Abstract
本发明属于保健品领域,公开一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品,包括如下重量份的原料:麦苗粉、银杏叶、黑樱桃、葵花盘、秦艽、玉米须、薏苡仁;其制备方法为:称取银杏叶、葵花盘、秦艽、玉米须,粉碎后加乙醇浸泡,超声提取,过滤得滤渣和上清液;将滤渣加入乙醇超声提取,将两次上清液合并,浓缩冻干得提取物;将黑樱桃去核后打浆提取,浓缩、真空干燥得黑樱桃干粉;将薏苡仁粉碎后磨成粉,与上述提取物混合均匀得到保健食品。本发明保健食品具有良好的预防和治疗高血尿酸及痛风的能力,治疗效果显著,且制备方法简单,制备成本低,环境友好,适用于高血尿酸及痛风人群使用,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明属于保健品领域,具体涉及一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
痛风是一种由于嘌呤生物合成代谢增加,尿酸产生过多或因尿酸排泄不良而致血中尿酸升高,尿酸盐结晶沉积在关节滑膜、滑囊、软骨及其他组织中引起的反复发作性炎性疾病。痛风为嘌呤代谢紊乱及尿酸排泄减少所致,其发病率逐年增高。随着我国人民群众生活水平的不断提高,痛风病已成为继糖尿病之后的人类第二大代谢疾病。痛风发作的诱因主要由于摄入过多的嘌呤,使血尿酸水平升高。近年来,痛风在群体中的发病率有所提高,患有痛风的患者的关节不能活动,难以行走,疼痛难以忍受,另外痛风患者需要忌口,海鲜、蘑菇、啤酒、动物内脏及豆制品等含嘌呤高的食物根本不能食用。
目前治疗痛风病的药物有秋水仙碱、别嘌醇等口服类西药,但只适用于患者在疼痛发作时服用,而且服用后只能缓解疼痛症状,治标不治本,长期服用,严重损害肾脏器官。另外,服用这些药都强调忌口,药物的副作用大。因此痛风患者的日常营养保健和预防尤为重要,开发提高痛风患者的免疫力、治疗痛风的保健食品具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品,包括如下重量份的原料:麦苗粉20-40份,银杏叶10-30份,黑樱桃10-20份,葵花盘8-15份,秦艽8-15份,玉米须5-15份,薏苡仁5-15份。
优选的,一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品,包括如下重量份的原料:麦苗粉30份,银杏叶20份,黑樱桃15份,葵花盘12份,秦艽10份,玉米须10份,薏苡仁8份。
优选的,所述原料中还包括5-10重量份的核桃仁。
优选的,所述原料中还包括1-8份重量份的柠檬酸。
麦苗粉:含有丰富的叶绿素、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E及维生素B族和矿物质及抗氧化剂SOD、有益酵素;
银杏叶:含有天然活性黄酮及苦内酯等与人体健康有益的多种成份,具有溶解胆固醇,扩张血管的作用,对改善脑功能障碍、动脉硬化、高血压、眩晕、耳鸣、头痛、老年痴呆、记忆力减退等有明显效果。
黑樱桃:味甘甜,性温,滋补强身,最新研究:樱桃有修复胰岛细胞和降血糖的功能,含丰富维生素和微量元素及黄酮类化合物,具有很高的保健价值。
葵花盘:药性甘、寒,归肝经,能够平肝止血,清热止痛,可用于治疗高血压、头晕头痛、耳鸣、子宫出血和疮疹等疾病。现代药理研究表明,葵花盘具有降尿酸、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗心绞痛、抑菌、镇痛、降血压等多种药理活性。
秦艽:秦艽:苦;辛;微寒。归胃;肝;胆经。祛风湿;舒筋络;清虚热;利湿退黄。主治风湿痹通痛;筋骨拘挛;手足不遂。
玉米须:含有糖类、黄酮、矿物质元素、挥发油、生物碱、氨基酸等多种化学成分,具有利尿、提高免疫力、抗氧化、抑菌、抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血压及肝保护等药理作用。
薏苡仁:健脾、补肺、清热、利湿,治泄泻,湿痹,筋脉拘挛,屈伸不利,水肿,脚气,肺痿,肺痈,肠痈,淋浊,白带。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份分别称取银杏叶、葵花盘、秦艽、玉米须,粉碎后分别加入8-10倍乙醇浸泡15-25min,超声提取30-40min,过滤得滤渣和上清液;将滤渣再加入6-8倍量的乙醇,超声提取30-40min,过滤得上清液;将两次上清液合并,浓缩冻干得提取物,将各组分提取物合并;
(2)将黑樱桃去核后打浆,用3-6倍重量的水提取2次,合并提取物,然后浓缩、真空干燥得黑樱桃干粉;
(3)按重量份将薏苡仁、核桃仁粉碎后磨成粉,与麦苗粉、步骤(1)得到的提取物、步骤(2)得到的黑樱桃干粉、柠檬酸搅拌混合均匀得到治疗痛风的保健食品。
优选的,步骤(1)所述乙醇的体积浓度为70-75%。
优选的,步骤(1)所述超声功率为25-40kHz。
优选的,步骤(2)所述真空干燥温度为50-60℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明专利的有益效果是:
(1)本发明保健食品中的各原料有机地结合在一起,易于吸收,且通过各组分配合,使吸收率提高,可平衡人体酸碱,降低血液粘度,促进新陈代谢,进行可促进尿酸的中和与排出,不仅能减轻痛风所带来的疼痛,而且能起到很好治疗痛风的效果,增强人体内细胞物质的代谢,防止骨质疏松及骨骼的老化,不但对痛风有治疗的作用,还可以防止其复发。
(2)本发明保健食品具有良好的预防和治疗高血尿酸及痛风的能力,治疗效果显著,且制备方法简单,制备成本低,环境友好,适用于高血尿酸及痛风人群使用,应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品,包括如下重量份的原料:麦苗粉20份,银杏叶10份,黑樱桃10份,葵花盘8份,秦艽8份,玉米须5份,薏苡仁5份,核桃仁5份,柠檬酸1份。
一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份分别称取银杏叶、葵花盘、秦艽、玉米须,粉碎后分别加入8倍体积浓度为70%乙醇浸泡25min,在功率25kHz下超声提取40min,过滤得滤渣和上清液;将滤渣再加入6倍量的体积浓度为75%乙醇,超声提取30min,过滤得上清液;将两次上清液合并,浓缩冻干得提取物,将各组分提取物合并;
(2)将黑樱桃去核后打浆,用3倍重量的水提取2次,合并提取物,然后浓缩,在50℃下真空干燥得黑樱桃干粉;
(3)按重量份将薏苡仁、核桃仁粉碎后磨成粉,与麦苗粉、步骤(1)得到的提取物、步骤(2)得到的黑樱桃干粉、柠檬酸搅拌混合均匀得到治疗痛风的保健食品。
实施例2
一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品,包括如下重量份的原料:麦苗粉30份,银杏叶20份,黑樱桃15份,葵花盘12份,秦艽10份,玉米须10份,薏苡仁8份,核桃仁5份,柠檬酸3份。
一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份分别称取银杏叶、葵花盘、秦艽、玉米须,粉碎后分别加入9倍体积浓度为72%乙醇浸泡20min,在功率35kHz下超声提取35min,过滤得滤渣和上清液;将滤渣再加入7倍量的体积浓度为72%乙醇,超声提取35min,过滤得上清液;将两次上清液合并,浓缩冻干得提取物,将各组分提取物合并;
(2)将黑樱桃去核后打浆,用5倍重量的水提取2次,合并提取物,然后浓缩,在55℃下真空干燥得黑樱桃干粉;
(3)按重量份将薏苡仁、核桃仁粉碎后磨成粉,与麦苗粉、步骤(1)得到的提取物、步骤(2)得到的黑樱桃干粉、柠檬酸搅拌混合均匀得到治疗痛风的保健食品。
实施例3
一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品,包括如下重量份的原料:麦苗粉40份,银杏叶30份,黑樱桃20份,葵花盘15份,秦艽15份,玉米须15份,薏苡仁15份,核桃仁15份,柠檬酸8份。
一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份分别称取银杏叶、葵花盘、秦艽、玉米须,粉碎后分别加入10倍体积浓度为75%乙醇浸泡15min,在功率40kHz下超声提取30min,过滤得滤渣和上清液;将滤渣再加入8倍量的体积浓度为75%乙醇,超声提取30min,过滤得上清液;将两次上清液合并,浓缩冻干得提取物,将各组分提取物合并;
(2)将黑樱桃去核后打浆,用6倍重量的水提取2次,合并提取物,然后浓缩,在60℃下真空干燥得黑樱桃干粉;
(3)按重量份将薏苡仁、核桃仁粉碎后磨成粉,与麦苗粉、步骤(1)得到的提取物、步骤(2)得到的黑樱桃干粉、柠檬酸搅拌混合均匀得到治疗痛风的保健食品。
对比例1
一种用于治疗痛风的保健食品,包括如下重量份的原料:麦苗粉30份,银杏叶20份,葵花盘12份,秦艽10份,玉米须10份,薏苡仁8份,核桃仁5份,柠檬酸3份。

(2)将黑樱桃去核后打浆,用5倍重量的水提取2次,合并提取物,然后浓缩,在55℃下真空干燥得黑樱桃干粉;
(3)按重量份将薏苡仁、核桃仁粉碎后磨成粉,与麦苗粉、步骤(1)得到的提取物、步骤(2)得到的黑樱桃干粉、柠檬酸搅拌混合均匀得到治疗痛风的保健食品。
试验例
雄性SPF级昆明雄性小鼠90只,重量15-20g,随机分为9组,其中,第1-7组为实验组,第8组为模型对照组,第9组为空白对照组;将实施例1-3,以及对比例1-4的保健食品溶于适量水中后,分别灌胃第1-7组小鼠,剂量为0.3g/Kg(以保健食品干粉计);第8-9组小鼠分别灌胃等量生理盐水,并持续灌胃15日;除空白对照组外,其余各组小鼠在第11日起,按照50mg/Kg的剂量,在药后灌胃给予腺嘌呤;末次给药后1h,腹腔注射氧嗪酸钾,剂量为300mg/Kg,注射后2h眼眶取血清分离,测定血清尿酸含量,结果如下表所示:
如上的对照试验数据结果可知,本发明实施例保健食品能够有效控制实验小鼠体内的尿酸水平,并且能够使得实验小鼠的尿酸水平恢复至接近正常水平;同时,由实施例和对比例效果对照可知,按照本发明保健食品进行原料配比所能够达到的尿酸水平控制和治疗效果明显更优,而由此也可以看出,本发明中,通过各组分间的复配作用,能够起到更好的治疗和保健效果。
实施例2所述用于治疗痛风的保健食品的具体实施案例:
选取100例痛风患者,其中男性50位、女性50位,年龄30-70岁,服用本发明所述用于治疗痛风的保健食品,服用方法为:早、中、晚分别服用本发明所述用于治疗痛风的保健食品2g。服用本发明用于治疗痛风的保健食品一个月后的实验效果为,治愈率达到98%以上,患者关节处疼痛和肿胀消失。
王某,女,40岁,2009年患痛风病,右足及小腿疼痛,趾关节肿大,曾在多家医院治疗过,均未痊愈,服用本发明用于治疗痛风的保健食品一个疗程后,疼痛感减轻,继续服用本发明所述用于治疗痛风的保健品一个疗程后,患者疼痛和肿胀基本消失,检查血尿酸接近正常,又坚持服用本发明所述用于治疗痛风的保健品一个疗程后,恢复正常且至今未复发。
李某,男,65岁,2012年确诊为痛风,手脚关节疼痛,一直服用秋水仙碱药物进行治疗,但是病情反复发作且副作用比较明显,2015年服用本发明用于治疗痛风的保健食品,一个月后,痛风发作时的疼痛感减轻,继续服用本发明保健食品两个月后,疼痛感全部消失,红肿也全部消失。
孙某,女,30岁,2006年患痛风病,疼痛难忍,手脚关节已发生变形活动不便,经常性全身手脚关节红肿疼痛,严重时痛不欲生,用过很多药物进行治疗,但对疼痛只有缓解的作用,病情反复发作,且副作用比较大,2010年,开始服用本发明用于治疗痛风的保健食品,一个月后,王某的疼痛有所减轻,继续服用本发明所述用于治疗痛风的保健品1个月后,疼痛消失,关节红肿消失,坚持服用本发明用于治疗痛风的保健食品半年后,痛风症状完全消失,且至今无复发。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗痛风的保健食品,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的原料:麦苗粉30份,银杏叶20份,黑樱桃15份,葵花盘12份,秦艽10份,玉米须10份,薏苡仁8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗痛风的保健食品,其特征在于:还包括5-10重量份的核桃仁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗痛风的保健食品,其特征在于:还包括1-8份重量份的柠檬酸。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一项所述的用于治疗痛风的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份分别称取银杏叶、葵花盘、秦艽、玉米须,粉碎后分别加入8-10倍乙醇浸泡15-25min,超声提取30-40min,过滤得滤渣和上清液;将滤渣再加入6-8倍量的乙醇,超声提取30-40min,过滤得上清液;将两次上清液合并,浓缩冻干得提取物,将各组分提取物合并;
(2)将黑樱桃去核后打浆,用3-6倍重量的水提取2次,合并提取物,然后浓缩、真空干燥得黑樱桃干粉;
(3)按重量份将薏苡仁、核桃仁粉碎后磨成粉,与麦苗粉、步骤(1)得到的提取物、步骤(2)得到的黑樱桃干粉、柠檬酸搅拌混合均匀得到治疗痛风的保健食品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于治疗痛风的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述乙醇的体积浓度为70-75%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于治疗痛风的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述超声功率为25-40kHz。
8.根据权利要求5所述的用于治疗痛风的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述真空干燥温度为50-60℃。
