(2)一次提取滤渣进行柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为乙醇和醋酸的混合溶剂,pH为1-2,收集柱色谱分离产物,制得绿原酸提取物组分1。
(3)向色谱纯乙醇中加入一次提取滤渣,加入食品级醋酸,调节溶液的pH,超声分散均匀后,置于微波反应仪中,进行微波处理,离心分离,取上层清液为二次提取液,下层溶液,喷雾干燥后制得二次提取滤渣。
(4)将二次提取滤渣进行柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为乙醇和醋酸的混合溶剂,pH为1-2,收集柱色谱分离产物,制得绿原酸提取物组分2。

(1)将绵茵陈剪碎,打成细粉末,置于去离子水中,加入食品级醋酸,调节溶液的pH为1.5,进行水提过程,离心分离,取上层清液为一次提取液,下层溶液,喷雾干燥后制得一次提取滤渣。
(2)一次提取滤渣进行柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为乙醇和醋酸的混合溶剂,pH为1.5,收集柱色谱分离产物,制得绿原酸提取物组分1。
(3)向色谱纯乙醇中加入一次提取滤渣,加入食品级醋酸,控制溶液的滤渣的浓度为12g/L,调节溶液的pH为2,超声分散均匀后,置于微波反应仪中,在600W中,进行微波处理25min,离心分离,取上层清液为二次提取液,下层溶液,喷雾干燥后制得二次提取滤渣。
(4)将二次提取滤渣进行柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为乙醇和醋酸的混合溶剂,pH为2,收集柱色谱分离产物,制得绿原酸提取物组分2。
(5)将绿原酸提取物组分1和绿原酸提取物组分2混合均匀,通过辐照灭菌,制得绿原酸提取产物。
(6)将山楂质量为160份、薏苡仁为200份、淮山药280份、泽泻40份、制首乌为40份、草决明20份和黄连30份混合,打成细粉末,加入蒸馏水和色谱纯乙醇,在90℃中,进行醇水提过程提取,将溶液离心分离,除去不溶性产物,取上层清液,喷雾干燥后制得生物碱混合成分。
(7)将乌龙茶质量为100份、生物碱混合成分为0.35份、绿原酸提取产物为0.06份混合均匀,制成茶包,制得茵陈降脂减肥茶。
实施例4
(1)将绵茵陈剪碎,打成细粉末,置于去离子水中,加入食品级醋酸,调节溶液的pH为1,进行水提过程,离心分离,取上层清液为一次提取液,下层溶液,喷雾干燥后制得一次提取滤渣。
(2)一次提取滤渣进行柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为乙醇和醋酸的混合溶剂,pH为1,收集柱色谱分离产物,制得绿原酸提取物组分1。
(3)向色谱纯乙醇中加入一次提取滤渣,加入食品级醋酸,控制溶液的滤渣的浓度为12g/L,调节溶液的pH为2,超声分散均匀后,置于微波反应仪中,在600W中,进行微波处理30min,离心分离,取上层清液为二次提取液,下层溶液,喷雾干燥后制得二次提取滤渣。
(4)将二次提取滤渣进行柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为乙醇和醋酸的混合溶剂,pH为1.5,收集柱色谱分离产物,制得绿原酸提取物组分2。
(5)将绿原酸提取物组分1和绿原酸提取物组分2混合均匀,通过辐照灭菌,制得绿原酸提取产物。
(6)将山楂质量为200份、薏苡仁为200份、淮山药300份、泽泻50份、制首乌为20份、草决明25份和黄连30份混合,打成细粉末,加入蒸馏水和色谱纯乙醇,在90℃中,进行醇水提过程提取,将溶液离心分离,除去不溶性产物,取上层清液,喷雾干燥后制得生物碱混合成分。
(7)将乌龙茶质量为100份、生物碱混合成分为0.4份、绿原酸提取产物为0.08份混合均匀,制成茶包,制得茵陈降脂减肥茶。
实施例5
(1)将绵茵陈剪碎,打成细粉末,置于去离子水中,加入食品级醋酸,调节溶液的pH为2,进行水提过程,离心分离,取上层清液为一次提取液,下层溶液,喷雾干燥后制得一次提取滤渣。
(2)一次提取滤渣进行柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为乙醇和醋酸的混合溶剂,pH为2,收集柱色谱分离产物,制得绿原酸提取物组分1。
(3)向色谱纯乙醇中加入一次提取滤渣,加入食品级醋酸,控制溶液的滤渣的浓度为15g/L,调节溶液的pH为3,超声分散均匀后,置于微波反应仪中,在800W中,进行微波处理30min,离心分离,取上层清液为二次提取液,下层溶液,喷雾干燥后制得二次提取滤渣。
(4)将二次提取滤渣进行柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为乙醇和醋酸的混合溶剂,pH为2,收集柱色谱分离产物,制得绿原酸提取物组分2。
(5)将绿原酸提取物组分1和绿原酸提取物组分2混合均匀,通过辐照灭菌,制得绿原酸提取产物。
(6)将山楂质量为200份、薏苡仁为250份、淮山药350份、泽泻60份、制首乌为50份、草决明30份和黄连40份混合,打成细粉末,加入蒸馏水和色谱纯乙醇,在100℃中,进行醇水提过程提取,将溶液离心分离,除去不溶性产物,取上层清液,喷雾干燥后制得生物碱混合成分。
(7)将乌龙茶质量为100份、生物碱混合成分为0.5份、绿原酸提取产物为0.1份混合均匀,制成茶包,制得茵陈降脂减肥茶。

Claims (8)

1.一种茵陈降脂减肥茶,其特征在于:所述茵陈降脂减肥茶的制备方法如下所示:
(1)将绵茵陈剪碎,打成细粉末,置于去离子水中,加入食品级醋酸,调节溶液的pH,进行水提过程,离心分离,取上层清液为一次提取液,下层溶液,喷雾干燥后制得一次提取滤渣;
(2)一次提取滤渣进行柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为乙醇和醋酸的混合溶剂,pH为1-2,收集柱色谱分离产物,制得绿原酸提取物组分1;
(3)向色谱纯乙醇中加入一次提取滤渣,加入食品级醋酸,调节溶液的pH,超声分散均匀后,置于微波反应仪中,进行微波处理,离心分离,取上层清液为二次提取液,下层溶液,喷雾干燥后制得二次提取滤渣;
(4)将二次提取滤渣进行柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为乙醇和醋酸的混合溶剂,pH为1-2,收集柱色谱分离产物,制得绿原酸提取物组分2;
(5)将绿原酸提取物组分1和绿原酸提取物组分2混合均匀,通过辐照灭菌,制得绿原酸提取产物;
(6)将山楂、薏苡仁、淮山药、泽泻、制首乌、草决明和黄连打成细粉末,加入蒸馏水和色谱纯乙醇,进行醇水提过程,将溶液离心分离,除去不溶性产物,取上层清液,喷雾干燥后制得生物碱混合成分;
(7)将乌龙茶、生物碱混合成分和绿原酸提取产物混合均匀,制成茶包,制得茵陈降脂减肥茶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茵陈降脂减肥茶,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的溶液的pH为1-2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种茵陈降脂减肥茶,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的溶液的pH为1-3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种茵陈降脂减肥茶,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的溶液中滤渣的浓度为4-15g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种茵陈降脂减肥茶,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的微波处理在400-800W中,处理15-30min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种茵陈降脂减肥茶,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中的山楂质量为100-200份、薏苡仁为120-250份、淮山药160-350份、泽泻20-60份、制首乌为20-50份、草决明10-30份和黄连10-40份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种茵陈降脂减肥茶,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中的醇水提取在80-100℃中,提取6-12h。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种茵陈降脂减肥茶,其特征在于:所述步骤(7)中的乌龙茶质量为100份、生物碱混合成分为0.05-0.5份、绿原酸提取产物为0.02-0.1份。
