Abstract
The invention discloses a method for ecologically breeding Fengxiang chickens under litchi trees, which comprises the following steps: selecting and trimming land, planting litchi trees, breeding chicks, preparing feed and feeding, regularly disinfecting and cleaning a chicken coop, collecting chicken manure and preparing fertilizer; the raw materials for preparing the feed comprise crushed corns, bean pulp, peanut bran, rice bran, bone meal, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and Chinese herbal medicines, and the self-made feed is prepared by decocting the Chinese herbal medicines, stirring and mixing, sealing and fermenting. According to the invention, the mountain land with a certain gradient is selected, so that the chicken can be fully exercised in the process of going up and down the mountain, the meat quality is tighter, mountain spring water is introduced as drinking water for the chicken, the drinking water is rich in various mineral substances, the self-made feed is used, the disease resistance and the survival rate of the chicken can be enhanced while the nutrition is increased, and the periodically cleaned chicken manure can be used as nutrients for litchi trees after being fermented by piled manure, so that the litchi-chinensis-rich chicken manure is ecological and environment-friendly and has good economic benefits.
Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention belongs to the technical field of chicken breeding, and particularly relates to a method for ecologically breeding Fengxiang chickens under litchi trees.
[ background of the invention ]
The existing chicken raising modes are various, most of farms adopt a captive breeding mode in order to meet market demands, so that the raised chicken is rough in quality, poor in taste and deficient in nutrition, the quality demand of food is gradually increased along with the improvement of the living standard of people, and the chicken with the quality is difficult to meet the demand of people on high-quality meat.
Local chicken, a name of chicken living in natural environment, breathing fresh air and being raised scattered. The local chicken live in the natural environment, the local chicken eat natural food, the meat quality does not contain various hormones and antibiotics, and the free-range chicken have certain exercise amount every day, so that the chicken is guaranteed to be compact in quality and good in taste, and is the most popular chicken at present. However, the local chicken needs a relatively large moving place and needs a large place on the flat ground; the local chickens are generally fed directly by natural vegetables and the like, the matching of the feed is unreasonable, the utilization rate of the feed for the chickens is not high, the growth speed of the chickens is slow, the nutrient content in the feed is low, the chickens are easy to get ill, the survival rate is reduced, the yield is reduced, and the economic benefit is reduced.

Examples of the experiments
1. Detecting time and place
The detection time is from 30 days in 5 months in 2019 to 17 days in 6 months in 2019, the trigeminy villages of two rivers and towns in the Wuming area in Guangxi Nanning city, and the detection of related indexes is carried out by an animal health supervision institute in the Wuming area in Nanning city.
2. Test object and test standard
The Fengxiang chickens which are fed by the feed prepared by the invention for more than 3 months, have the age of more than 6 months and live weight of about 3000g are randomly selected.
The detection project is to detect the residual quantity of the fluoroquinolones in the muscle, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method and No. 1025 bulletin-8-2008 of Ministry of agriculture are used for detecting the residual quantity of the fluoroquinolones in the animal-derived food, and the main instruments used in the experiment are an enzyme-labeling instrument (YQ-85), a table type low-speed centrifuge (YQ-77) and a vortex mixer (YQ-100) under the environmental condition of 22 ℃ and 65 percent, after chicken is separated out, the detection is carried out under the conditions of solid state, refrigeration and no putrefaction.
3. The results are shown in Table 1 below
TABLE 1 test results report
As can be seen from table 1, no fluoroquinolone drug residue was detected in the detection of fluoroquinolone drug residues in animal-derived foods by animal health supervision in the waring zone of nanning city in the phoenix chickens bred under the litchi tree using the method of the present invention. Therefore, the culture method is ecological and environment-friendly, self-made feed is used, no additive contains Chinese herbal medicines, and harmful drug residues such as fluoroquinolone can not be generated.
And 300 chicken seedlings which grow well and are 90 days old are selected and divided into six groups, 50 chicken seedlings are cultured in each group for 3 months according to examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3, result data are recorded, and the result data of the weight, the hair color, the taste, the number of sick, the number of dead and the survival rate are obtained and are counted as shown in the following table.
TABLE 2 comparison of feeding results of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3
As can be seen from Table 2, the survival rate of the chickens bred by the method is over 98 percent, and the number of sick chickens is controlled to be below 2; and in most example 3, the survival rate reached 100%, which was 12% higher than that of comparative example 2. The disease resistance of the chicken can be enhanced and the survival rate of the chicken can be improved by the Chinese herbal medicine formula of the self-made feed disclosed by the invention. The reason is that the effective components of glossy ganoderma, red date, astragalus root, isatis root, white vine, gardenia, grosvenor momordica fruit and the like are added into the Chinese herbal medicine components, so that the body constitution of the chicken can be effectively enhanced, and the effect of enhancing the disease resistance of the chicken can be achieved by using other Chinese herbal medicines as auxiliary materials. However, the weight of the chickens in the comparative example 1 is reduced probably because the feed lacks nutrients such as plant fibers, and the weight of the chickens in the comparative example 3 is increased because the hormone content in the chickens is increased, the growth of the chickens is stimulated, and the weight of the chickens is increased.
In conclusion, the test results show that the taste and the appearance of the survival rate chicken of the Fengxiang chicken cultured under the litchi forest on the sloping field are superior to those of other comparative examples, the quality of the chicken of the Fengxiang chicken can be obviously improved by adding the Chinese herbal medicine formula and the raw materials in the feed for combined use, the chicken does not contain residues of fluoroquinolones, and the produced chicken is a high-quality healthy mailing ecological broiler chicken.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made in the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
