When no problem exists on the production line, the indicator light 11 is green; when a problem exists on a production line, a production line worker presses a corresponding calling key 12 of the calling machine 1 according to the problem on the production line, then a key indicator lamp is turned on, meanwhile, an indicator lamp 11 is changed from green to red, the calling is successful, and the called worker waits for the problem to be processed; when someone answers the call request on the production line, the indicator light 11 is changed from red to yellow, so that production line personnel can judge whether the call is successful according to the color of the production line indicator light 11, further judge whether other call contents are needed, and meanwhile, the answering personnel can also quickly judge the position of the problem production line according to the production line indicator light 11; when the employee considers that the relevant person has solved the problem and is satisfied, the confirmation button on the calling machine 1 can be pressed and the indicator light 11 changes from yellow to green.

The central server 4 adopts an intranet computer, and is internally provided with an andon system workbench and three main menus of the system; the three menus are respectively the safety lamp terminal management, the safety lamp calling and feedback and the safety lamp data query.
The light terminal management is divided into terminal category, terminal key definition and calling terminal. The terminal class defines the classes of the calling machine and the answering machine, which is a large class and must be established, otherwise the system cannot operate normally. The display signboard 6 is a database content display system for displaying the real-time operation status of each production line of the whole plant based on the data of the central server 4. The bulletin board 6 is installed in a production shop, an office, a warehouse, or the like. The display board 6 is divided into a left column and a right column, the left column is used for displaying a process diagram which is classified according to each workshop and each production line and consists of each process point, and the right column is used for displaying call information received by the central server 4, wherein the call information comprises a called workshop number, a production line name, a process point, problem category attribution, time and a problem state (called or answered). When the production line in the workshop has no problem, each process point in the left column is green, and the right column has no information; when a production line in a workshop has a problem, the process point of the left column on the display billboard 6 corresponding to the call problem is changed into red, and the right column displays call information; when the problem of a production line in a workshop is solved, the process point of the left column of the display billboard 6 corresponding to the calling problem is changed into green, and meanwhile, the calling information of the right column disappears and is recovered to a simple display picture.
