The shower gel disclosed by the invention is rich in foam, strong in cleaning capability, mild and low in irritation, has a good skin moisturizing effect, and can enhance the self-repairing capability of skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to grease-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel, in particular to moisturizing grease-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of daily chemical products.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard, the requirements of people on washing and caring articles are continuously improved, and more people tend to select the shower gel with lower irritation, higher moisture retention and better biocompatibility. The shower gel is a daily necessary washing and protecting article for cleaning skin dirt during bathing, and is very popular with consumers compared with the prior soap washing and protecting. The traditional shower gel is generally prepared by mixing various chemicals, has great irritation and side effects, can remove skin dirt, can also remove natural oil and fat of the skin, and natural conditioning and moisturizing components, and causes a plurality of problems of dry and tight skin, rough and yellow skin, full body itching and the like, especially sensitive skin. The harm of the traditional shower gel to human bodies is usually greater than the cleaning function of the traditional shower gel. Aiming at the existing defects, the traditional formula is improved, and a certain amount of grease-based acyl amino acid salt surfactant and amphoteric surfactant are added to prepare the novel grease-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel. Compared with the traditional formula, the oil-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel is mild in property, low in irritation and closer in pH value to the pH value of human skin, can enhance the self-repairing capacity of the skin, and can inhibit inflammation, relieve pain and improve skin moisture retention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the grease-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel with moisturizing and skin-moistening effects and the preparation method thereof. The mild shower gel is prepared by adding natural plant extracts, the grease-based acyl amino acid salt surfactant, the amphoteric surfactant and other components, has low affinity and irritation, has moisture retention property and can obviously change the skin state.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the moisturizing and skin-moistening oil-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5-15% of natural extract, 15-30% of fatty acyl amino acid salt surfactant, 2.5-10% of cocoyl propyl betaine and/or 1-5% of cocoamide (also called as coconut monoethanolamide, MEA), 0-2% of betaine (also called as trimethylamine ethyl lactone, N-trimethylglycine or 1-carboxyl-N, N, N-trimethylglycine), 3-10% of glycerol, 0.01-0.1% of chelating agent, 0.5-2% of sodium chloride, 0.1-1% of citric acid, 0.1-0.3% of preservative, 0.1-0.3% of essence and the balance of deionized water.
Preferably, the essence is food-grade essence.
Preferably, the natural plant extract with the moisturizing and skin-moistening effects in the formula of the oil-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel is one or more of jasmine extract, linlan sugar and aloe leaf juice extract.
Preferably, the natural plant extract in the formula of the oil-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel comprises 0-15% of jasmine extract, 0-15% of linlan sugar and 0-15% of aloe leaf juice extract by mass percent.
Preferably, the grease acyl amino acid salt surfactant in the formula of the grease acyl amino acid salt shower gel is one or a plurality of components selected from cotton seed oil acyl sodium glycinate, sodium cocoyl glutamate, sodium lauroyl glutamate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate.
Preferably, the oil-based acyl amino acid salt surfactant in the formula of the oil-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel is prepared by compounding one or more of 5-10% of cottonseed oil acyl sodium glycinate, 5-10% of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 5-15% of sodium cocoyl glutamate, 5-15% of sodium lauroyl glutamate, 5-20% of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and the like in percentage by mass, has good cleaning, foaming and moisturizing capabilities, has a pH value close to that of human skin, and is a basic substance forming protein by adding amino acid, so that the oil-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel is mild and moisturized, and is suitable for sensitive skin.
The soap comprises 2.5-10% of cocoyl propyl betaine and/or 1-5% of cocoamide (MEA), 0-2% of betaine and other surfactants in the formula of the grease-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel, has good foamability, thickening property and emulsibility, can improve the softness and low-temperature stability of the shower gel product, and is a main component of the shower gel product.
Preferably, the chelating agent in the formula of the oil-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel is one or two of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate (EDTA-2Na) and tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate (EDTA-4Na), and the chelating agent can soften water and reduce the oxidation of metal ions.
Preferably, the preservative in the formula of the oil-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel is prepared by compounding one or more of p-hydroxybenzoate, potassium sorbate and benzethonium chloride, and can effectively inhibit the growth of microorganisms, bacteria and the like and prolong the shelf life.
Preferably, the thickening agent in the grease-based acyl amino acid salt bath cream formula is 0.5-2% of sodium chloride, and the sodium chloride is used as the thickening agent, and the sodium chloride is actually salt, so that the concentration required by the surfactant for forming worm-like micelles is reduced, and the surfactant can more easily form a viscoelastic fluid.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the moisturizing and skin-moistening oil-based acyl amino acid salt shower gel, which comprises the following steps:
s1: dissolving oil-based acyl amino acid salt surfactant, cocoyl propyl betaine and/or cocamide (MEA), betaine, glycerol and chelating agent in deionized water under stirring, adding natural plant extract, and stirring;
s2: under the condition of stirring, adding sodium chloride and citric acid into the solution obtained in S1, and uniformly stirring;
