SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology and it is a composition for washing and lavation of babies containing myristyl sarcosinate sodium and methyl cocoyl taurate sodium, sodium cocoamphoacetate, lauryl glucoside, cocamidoprophyl betaine, styrene / acrylate copolymer and coco glucoside, allantoin, coco glucoside and glyceryl oleate, panthenol, propylene glycol extract of calendula, laurdimony hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein, propylene glycol and PEG-55 propylene glycol oleate, disodium EDTA 2-aqueous, citric acid monohydrate, methyl chloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, magnesium chloride, magnesium nitrate, perfume and drinking water, components in composition are in a certain ratio by wt%.

EFFECT: invention provides absence of general toxic, irritating and sensitizing actions and is hypoallergenic.

Description

The invention relates to the field of cosmetology and relates to means for washing the body and washing children.

The child’s health, especially in infancy, his mood and well-being depend on how well organized his care is. Healthy skin in childhood is the key to its healthy condition in the future. Therefore, a child needs good care and impeccable cleanliness in everything that surrounds him.

The basic hygiene procedures for the newborn include daily bathing in a baby bath, daily facial skin care and washing. Detergents used to carry out hygiene procedures should not only clean the skin, but also care and protect it.

Currently, the market offers a huge variety of products for bathing, washing and washing children. Funds intended for children from the first days of life are becoming more widespread. Many detergents for children contain sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide DEA and sodium chloride, which are not recommended for use in products intended for infants and young children.

The objective of the present invention is to develop a new hypoallergenic agent for washing and washing babies, based on mild surfactants recommended for use in detergents for children from the first days of life.

The problem is solved by the composition of the claimed composition for washing and washing babies, which combines mild surfactants: Lauryl glucoside - nonionic surfactant, Cocoamphoacetate sodium - amphoteric surfactant, Cocamidopropyl betaine - amphoteric surfactant, Myristil Sarkosinate Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurat Sodium - a mixture of anionic surfactants; thickener - Propylene glycol and PEG-55 Propylene glycol Oleate; caring components: Styrene / acrylate copolymer and Coco-Glucoside - opacifier, Coco-Glucoside and Glyceryl Oleate - lipid enhancer, Allantoin, Panthenol, Calendula extract, Laurdimonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein - biologically active additives; Citric acid - pH regulator; EDTA 2-disodium salt - a chelating agent; Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Magnesium chloride, Magnesium nitrate - preservative; Fragrance free of allergens and Water, in the following ratio of components, wt. % :.

The detergent base of the composition for washing and washing babies consists of mild surfactants:

A mixture of anionic surfactants - Myristyl Sarkosinate Sodium and Methyl Cocoyl Taurat Sodium. Trademark Protelan MST 35 (Sodium Myristoyl Sarcosinate and Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate). Myristyl Sarkosinate Sodium is a very mild surfactant with good foaming ability and forming a stable foam. A protective film is created on the skin and hair, as a result of which there is no irritating effect on the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes. Methyl Cocoyl Taurat Sodium also has a high foaming ability and good cleansing properties, does not irritate the skin and eyes. This surfactant mixture is recommended for use in children's cosmetics [1, 2].

Nonionic surfactant - Lauryl Glucoside. Trademark Plantacare 1200 UP (Lauryl Glucoside). This ingredient is synthesized from natural raw materials in the process of rectification of vegetable fats (coconut oil) and glucose. It has good foaming ability and has a mild cleansing effect [2-4]. When Lauryl Glucoside is combined with other surfactants, a synergistic effect is observed, which allows to reduce the concentration of the main surfactants and thereby improve the dermatological characteristics of the finished product while maintaining good consumer properties. Lauryl glucoside has the least irritating effect on the skin compared to other surfactants [5].

Amphoteric surfactants - Cocamidopropyl Betaine (Trademark Dehyton K / Genagen CAB) and Sodium Cocoamphoacetate (Trademark Miranol Ultra C32 / Rewoteric AM C).

Cocamidopropylbetaine - a mild auxiliary surfactant that does not irritate the skin - is one of the safest. A derivative of coconut oil fatty acid amides. It has good foaming and cleansing properties. It has a softer effect on the skin than anionic surfactants. Its combination with anionic surfactants leads to a significant improvement in the dermatological qualities of the final product [2-5].

Sodium cocoamphoacetate is a surfactant with a mild cleansing effect. Its main property is associated with the absence of eye irritating effects, as confirmed by RBC tests. This surfactant also has good foaming ability, not depending on the degree of water hardness and pH changes; It is highly effective even in the presence of overwhelming cosmetic ingredients; good washing action [3-6].

The combination of surfactants — Myristyl Sarkosinate Sodium and Methyl Cocoil Taurat Sodium, Cocoamphoacetate Sodium, Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Lauryl Glucoside — has optimal dermatological properties. In addition, this combination is characterized by the best foaming and thickens well.

The creamy appearance of the product is achieved using a cloud agent. The styrene / acrylate copolymer and Coco-Glucoside (Trademark Euperlan RSO) are used as a clouding agent - it has excellent clouding properties and gives the formulations a milky white creamy appearance. The composition of this product also includes a mild surfactant (Coco-glucoside), which promotes foaming [2, 7].

Coco-glucoside and Glyceryl Oleate (Lamesoft PO65 Brand), a natural product that protects the skin from overdrying, a microlipid for softness and moisturization of the skin, are used as an enhancer of the lipid layer of the skin.

The product is made from natural raw materials (coconut, palm, sunflower and corn oils), it is an amplifier of the lipid layer of the skin, which prevents unwanted degreasing and dry skin. It softens and moisturizes the skin due to the adsorption of glyceryl oleate. Stated as a lipid identical to a lipid located on the surface of the skin [2, 8].

Allantoin, Panthenol, Calendula extract and Laurdimonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein were selected as biologically active additives:

Allantoin (Trademark Allantoine) is a powerful anti-irritant that reduces inflammation and protects the skin from irritation. It has a softening and effective moisturizing effect on the skin and hair, stimulates the healing of the skin [2];

Panthenol (Trademark D-Panthenol 50 P) is used as provitamin B5. It has a healing, moisturizing and smoothing effect. Gives skin elasticity, soothes, relieves irritation and inflammation [2];

Calendula extract has a bactericidal, disinfectant, wound healing and soothing effect [2, 9, 10];

Laurdimonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein (trademark Gluadin WQ) due to the cationic charge exhibits high substantivity to hair and skin. Wheat protein hydrolysates can significantly reduce the irritation of formulations that contain surfactants. This product is especially suitable for children's products. It strengthens, protects and restores hair, soothes irritated skin and has anti-inflammatory activity [2, 11].

The product PEG-55 propylene glycol oleate and Propylene glycol (Trademark ANTIL 141 liguid), which is a 40% solution of PEG-55 Propylene Glycol Oleate in Propylene Glycol, was chosen as a thickener. This product is used as a thickening agent for aqueous surfactant solutions. It is compatible with all standard anionic, cationic, amphoteric and nonionic surfactants. ANTIL 141 liguid shows good dermatological compatibility, this property is best manifested in especially mild formulations. In addition to the thickening effect, ANTIL 141 is also a moderate solubilizer, which helps to obtain clear solutions with a high content of perfume compositions and essential oils.

The aromatic composition in the claimed composition does not contain components related to the group of substances that are potential allergens in accordance with Appendix No. 3 of the European Regulation on Cosmetic Products No. 1223/2009 (ANNEX III of EUROPEAN COSMETIC REGULATION (EC)).

Technology for preparing compositions for washing and washing babies

Water and EDTA disodium salt are charged into the reactor, heated to a temperature of 40-45 ° C with stirring until the raw materials are completely dissolved. Then, Allantoin is added to the reactor and also stirred until it is completely dissolved.

Myristyl Sarkosinate Sodium and Methyl Cocoil Taurat Sodium, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Lauryl Glucoside, Coco-Glucoside and Glyceryl Oleate, Styrene / Acrylate Copolymer and Coco-Glucoside are then charged. At the end of the feed loading, stirring is switched on and the mass is mixed at a temperature of 40-45 ° C until the raw materials are completely dissolved.

Then turn off the heat and add an aqueous solution of citric acid. Then include cooling and mixing until a homogeneous mass.

During cooling at a temperature of 30-33 ° C, PEG-55 Propylene glycol Oleate and Propylene glycol, Panthenol, Calendula extract, Laurdimonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein, Methyl chloroisoisiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone and Magnesium chloride and Magnesium nitrate and perfume are introduced. The mass is stirred for 10-15 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

A sample of the finished composition for washing and washing babies for physico-chemical analysis is taken.

The finished composition for washing and washing babies is pumped into the storage hopper and then served on the packaging.

The quality of the composition for washing and washing babies should comply with GOST 31696-2012.

An experimental batch of compositions for washing and washing babies has been developed.

The composition for washing and washing babies has been tested in the Test Laboratory Center ANO "Cosmetic Test". Tests were conducted on a group of children aged 1 month to 5 years (25 children). According to the results of the studies, it was concluded that this tool can be attributed to effective non-irritating eye mucous cosmetics for children and can be marked with the phrase “Without tears”.

We also tested the composition for washing and washing babies on volunteers at the Laboratory Center of the Center for Oncology Research Center LLC and concluded that this product does not have irritating and sensitizing effects, is hypoallergenic.

In addition, the claimed composition was tested in the Testing laboratory center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "State Scientific Center of Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Tests showed the absence of a general toxic, irritating and sensitizing effect.

The test results of the claimed composition for washing and washing babies for microbial purity showed a complete absence of bacteria, yeast and molds.
