then placing the holding tray 17 into the cooling bin 4, blowing natural wind into the cooling bin 4 by using the damp and hot adjusting component 1, rapidly cooling withered tea leaves to room temperature by the natural wind, stopping ventilation, then placing the holding tray 17 into the top of a group of third circular trays 13 in the drying bin 2 for drying in the shade, blowing air with the relative humidity of 45-55% and the temperature of 25-28 ℃ into the drying bin 2 by using the damp and hot adjusting component 1, so that the withered tea leaves in the holding tray 17 are dried in the shade in the environment, taking out the holding tray 17 when the water content of the tea leaves is reduced to 10%, introducing hot air with the temperature of 35 ℃ for 2 hours until the water content is 6-8%, piling the tea leaves at the bottom in the holding tray 17, sealing, and storing at room temperature for 15-28 ℃ for two years to obtain finished tea.
