Abstract
本发明公开了一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,使用的原料有三大部分,分别是混纺织造原料、抗菌剂、功能性助剂,其中混纺织造原料包括玉米纤维、棉纤维、锦纶纤维、羊绒纤维、化纤维、亚麻纤维、三醋酸纤维、薄荷纤维、壳聚糖纤维和聚乳酸纤维,抗菌剂包括金银花绿原酸溶液、纳米银抗菌溶液、氧化锌溶液、磷酸二氢铵溶液和碳酸锂溶液,功能性助剂包括分散剂和改性剂,本发明制作出的棉织造面料具有很强的抑菌性,使用过程中健康卫生,并且生产规模不大,生产成本低,提高了产品的性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及棉织造产品相关技术领域,具体为一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺。
背景技术
棉织造即是将棉花、丝绸等棉原材料利用手工或者机器将其织成一块完整的布,我国棉纺织行业高速发展,截止2011年,我国环锭纺、转杯纺和织机的数量分别达到1.2亿、232万头和126万台,纺纱生产能力更是达到了全球总产量的50%。
现有技术中的抗菌棉织造面料,抗菌性能并不是很理想,存在一定的缺陷,并且现有的抗菌棉织造面料的生产工艺比较复杂,需要花费大量的人力物力,并且经济成本也会非常的高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,使得制作出的棉织造面料具有很强的抑菌性,使用过程中健康卫生,并且生产规模不大,生产成本低,提高了产品的性能。
本发明为实现上述技术目的所采用的技术方案为:一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,原料成分包括三大部分,分别是混纺织造原料、抗菌剂、功能性助剂,其中混纺织造原料包括玉米纤维、棉纤维、锦纶纤维、羊绒纤维、化纤维、亚麻纤维、三醋酸纤维、薄荷纤维、壳聚糖纤维和聚乳酸纤维,抗菌剂包括金银花绿原酸溶液、纳米银抗菌溶液、氧化锌溶液、磷酸二氢铵溶液和碳酸锂溶液,功能性助剂包括分散剂和改性剂,其中原料成分的具体含量为:玉米纤维:20—30重量份、棉纤维:20—40重量份、锦纶纤维:25—50重量份、羊绒纤维:15—25重量份、竹纤维:10—30重量份、亚麻纤维:25—35重量份、三醋酸纤维:20—50重量份、薄荷纤维:35—60重量份、壳聚糖纤维:15—45重量份、聚乳酸纤维:20—40重量份、金银花绿原酸溶液:8—20重量份、纳米银抗菌溶液:10—25重量份、氧化锌溶液:12—30重量份、磷酸二氢铵溶液:15—40重量份、碳酸锂溶液:10—35重量份、分散剂:10—15重量份、改性剂:15—20重量份,按照以上的量,将混纺织造原料20—30重量份的玉米纤维与20—40重量份的棉纤维放入8—20重量份的金银花绿原酸溶液中浸泡,按照以上的量,将混纺织造原料25—50重量份的锦纶纤维与15—25重量份的羊绒纤维放入10—25重量份的纳米银抗菌溶液中浸泡,按照以上的量,将混纺织造原料10—30重量份的竹纤维与25—35重量份的亚麻纤维放入12—30重量份的氧化锌溶液中浸泡,将浸泡后的玉米纤维、棉纤维、锦纶纤维、羊绒纤维、竹纤维、亚麻纤维进行烘干处理,烘干完毕后进行静置处理,将磷酸二氢铵溶液与碳酸锂溶液进行搅拌处理,搅拌结束先静置一阶段,然后在静置的液体中加入分散剂与改性剂,再次进行搅拌处理,然后再将搅拌结束后的液体放入冷藏室进行冷藏处理,待有沉淀物时即可取出,按照以上的量,将20—50重量份的三醋酸纤维、35—60重量份的薄荷纤维、15—45重量份的壳聚糖纤维、20—40重量份的聚乳酸纤维放入步骤5中冷藏静置后的液体中进行浸泡,将浸泡后的三醋酸纤维、薄荷纤维、壳聚糖纤维、聚乳酸纤维进行烘干处理,烘干完毕后再进行静置处理,将步骤4中烘干静置后的纤维与步骤7中烘干静置后的纤维混纺织造成混纺面料。
进一步的,步骤1中将混纺织造原料20—30重量份的玉米纤维与20—40重量份的棉纤维放入8—20重量份的金银花绿原酸溶液中浸泡时间为25—40min。
进一步的,步骤2中将混纺织造原料25—50重量份的锦纶纤维与15—25重量份的羊绒纤维放入10—25重量份的纳米银抗菌溶液中浸泡时间为20—30min。
进一步的,步骤3中将混纺织造原料10—30重量份的竹纤维与25—35重量份的亚麻纤维放入12—30重量份的氧化锌溶液中浸泡时间为15—20min。
进一步的,步骤4中将浸泡后的玉米纤维、棉纤维、锦纶纤维、羊绒纤维、竹纤维、亚麻纤维进行烘干处理,烘干处理的温度为65℃—80℃,烘干后静置的时间为50min—60min。
进一步的,步骤6中将20—50重量份的三醋酸纤维、35—60重量份的薄荷纤维、15—45重量份的壳聚糖纤维、20—40重量份的聚乳酸纤维放入步骤5中冷藏静置后的液体中进行浸泡的时间为20—35min。
进一步的,步骤7中将浸泡后的三醋酸纤维、薄荷纤维、壳聚糖纤维、聚乳酸纤维进行烘干处理,烘干的温度为60℃—70℃,烘干后静置的时间为30—45min。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的阐述,以下步骤中所用的原料均为本领域常规的原料或者是从市面上能够购买得到。
一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,原料成分包括三大部分,分别是混纺织造原料、抗菌剂、功能性助剂,其中混纺织造原料包括玉米纤维、棉纤维、锦纶纤维、羊绒纤维、化纤维、亚麻纤维、三醋酸纤维、薄荷纤维、壳聚糖纤维和聚乳酸纤维,抗菌剂包括金银花绿原酸溶液、纳米银抗菌溶液、氧化锌溶液、磷酸二氢铵溶液和碳酸锂溶液,功能性助剂包括分散剂和改性剂,其中原料成分的具体含量为:玉米纤维:20—30重量份、棉纤维:20—40重量份、锦纶纤维:25—50重量份、羊绒纤维:15—25重量份、竹纤维:10—30重量份、亚麻纤维:25—35重量份、三醋酸纤维:20—50重量份、薄荷纤维:35—60重量份、壳聚糖纤维:15—45重量份、聚乳酸纤维:20—40重量份、金银花绿原酸溶液:8—20重量份、纳米银抗菌溶液:10—25重量份、氧化锌溶液:12—30重量份、磷酸二氢铵溶液:15—40重量份、碳酸锂溶液:10—35重量份、分散剂:10—15重量份、改性剂:15—20重量份。
具体步骤为:
a.按照以上的量,将混纺织造原料20—30重量份的玉米纤维与20—40重量份的棉纤维放入8—20重量份的金银花绿原酸溶液中浸泡,浸泡时间为25—40min。
b.按照以上的量,将混纺织造原料25—50重量份的锦纶纤维与15—25重量份的羊绒纤维放入10—25重量份的纳米银抗菌溶液中浸泡,浸泡时间为20—30min。
c.按照以上的量,将混纺织造原料10—30重量份的竹纤维与25—35重量份的亚麻纤维放入12—30重量份的氧化锌溶液中浸泡,浸泡时间为15—20min。
d.将浸泡后的玉米纤维、棉纤维、锦纶纤维、羊绒纤维、竹纤维、亚麻纤维进行烘干处理,烘干完毕后进行静置处理,烘干处理的温度为65℃—80℃,烘干后静置的时间为50min—60min。
e.将磷酸二氢铵溶液与碳酸锂溶液进行搅拌处理,搅拌结束先静置一阶段,然后在静置的液体中加入分散剂与改性剂,再次进行搅拌处理,然后再将搅拌结束后的液体放入冷藏室进行冷藏处理,待有沉淀物时即可取出。
f.按照以上的量,将20—50重量份的三醋酸纤维、35—60重量份的薄荷纤维、15—45重量份的壳聚糖纤维、20—40重量份的聚乳酸纤维放入步骤5中冷藏静置后的液体中进行浸泡,浸泡的时间为20—35min。
g.将浸泡后的三醋酸纤维、薄荷纤维、壳聚糖纤维、聚乳酸纤维进行烘干处理,烘干完毕后再进行静置处理,烘干的温度为60℃—70℃,烘干后静置的时间为30—45min。
h.将步骤d中烘干静置后的纤维与步骤g中烘干静置后的纤维混纺织造成混纺面料。

Claims (7)
1.一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,其特征在于:原料成分包括三大部分,分别是混纺织造原料、抗菌剂、功能性助剂,其中混纺织造原料包括玉米纤维、棉纤维、锦纶纤维、羊绒纤维、化纤维、亚麻纤维、三醋酸纤维、薄荷纤维、壳聚糖纤维和聚乳酸纤维,抗菌剂包括金银花绿原酸溶液、纳米银抗菌溶液、氧化锌溶液、磷酸二氢铵溶液和碳酸锂溶液,功能性助剂包括分散剂和改性剂。
其中原料成分的具体含量为:
玉米纤维:20—30重量份
棉纤维:20—40重量份
锦纶纤维:25—50重量份
羊绒纤维:15—25重量份
竹纤维:10—30重量份
亚麻纤维:25—35重量份
三醋酸纤维:20—50重量份
薄荷纤维:35—60重量份
壳聚糖纤维:15—45重量份
聚乳酸纤维:20—40重量份
金银花绿原酸溶液:8—20重量份
纳米银抗菌溶液:10—25重量份
氧化锌溶液:12—30重量份
磷酸二氢铵溶液:15—40重量份
碳酸锂溶液:10—35重量份
分散剂:10—15重量份
改性剂:15—20重量份
步骤1:按照以上的量,将混纺织造原料20—30重量份的玉米纤维与20—40重量份的棉纤维放入8—20重量份的金银花绿原酸溶液中浸泡。
步骤2:按照以上的量,将混纺织造原料25—50重量份的锦纶纤维与15—25重量份的羊绒纤维放入10—25重量份的纳米银抗菌溶液中浸泡。
步骤3:按照以上的量,将混纺织造原料10—30重量份的竹纤维与25—35重量份的亚麻纤维放入12—30重量份的氧化锌溶液中浸泡。
步骤4:将浸泡后的玉米纤维、棉纤维、锦纶纤维、羊绒纤维、竹纤维、亚麻纤维进行烘干处理,烘干完毕后进行静置处理。
步骤5:将磷酸二氢铵溶液与碳酸锂溶液进行搅拌处理,搅拌结束先静置一阶段,然后在静置的液体中加入分散剂与改性剂,再次进行搅拌处理,然后再将搅拌结束后的液体放入冷藏室进行冷藏处理,待有沉淀物时即可取出。
步骤6:按照以上的量,将20—50重量份的三醋酸纤维、35—60重量份的薄荷纤维、15—45重量份的壳聚糖纤维、20—40重量份的聚乳酸纤维放入步骤5中冷藏静置后的液体中进行浸泡。
步骤7:将浸泡后的三醋酸纤维、薄荷纤维、壳聚糖纤维、聚乳酸纤维进行烘干处理,烘干完毕后再进行静置处理。
步骤8:将步骤4中烘干静置后的纤维与步骤7中烘干静置后的纤维混纺织造成混纺面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1中将混纺织造原料20—30重量份的玉米纤维与20—40重量份的棉纤维放入8—20重量份的金银花绿原酸溶液中浸泡时间为25—40min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2中将混纺织造原料25—50重量份的锦纶纤维与15—25重量份的羊绒纤维放入10—25重量份的纳米银抗菌溶液中浸泡时间为20—30min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤3中将混纺织造原料10—30重量份的竹纤维与25—35重量份的亚麻纤维放入12—30重量份的氧化锌溶液中浸泡时间为15—20min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4中将浸泡后的玉米纤维、棉纤维、锦纶纤维、羊绒纤维、竹纤维、亚麻纤维进行烘干处理,烘干处理的温度为65℃—80℃,烘干后静置的时间为50min—60min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤6中将20—50重量份的三醋酸纤维、35—60重量份的薄荷纤维、15—45重量份的壳聚糖纤维、20—40重量份的聚乳酸纤维放入步骤5中冷藏静置后的液体中进行浸泡的时间为20—35min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌效果强的棉织造面料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤7中将浸泡后的三醋酸纤维、薄荷纤维、壳聚糖纤维、聚乳酸纤维进行烘干处理,烘干的温度为60℃—70℃,烘干后静置的时间为30—45min。
