Abstract

本发明涉及包装技术领域,且公开了一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,包括包装箱本体和检测压板,所述包装箱本体内部开设有活动槽,活动槽内部活动连接有移动块,移动块外侧活动连接有检测压板,检测压板顶部固定连接有正极金属片,正极金属片顶部固定连接有碳棒,碳棒顶部固定连接有绝缘包裹层,包装箱本体内部固定连接有负极金属片,负极金属片底部固定连接有锌板。该具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,负极金属片连通电路后使得电磁铁通电具有磁性,与磁铁推块之间产生排斥力,通过磁铁推块挤压存储气囊,将存储气囊内部的臭氧气体挤入容纳腔内,将已经涨袋的真空包装袋进行消毒杀菌,防止微生物进一步滋生。

一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱
技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,具体为一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱。
背景技术
胀袋一般是包装破损或者透气引起的,由于食品不含防腐剂,微生物进入食品袋,分解食物中的有机物质产生气体,而且有异味,这种食品已经腐坏,不能食用,胀袋不能食用指的不是防腐剂危险,而是变质危险。食品变质了以后,微生物会分解食物中的有机物质产生气体,因此会减少固体的体积而增加气体,也就是通常所见到的“胀袋”。
在真空包装袋运输过程中,一般是放置在包装箱内,但是一旦有某一包装袋已经出现胀袋,如果不及时发现进行清理,在运输过程中,微生物持续发酵,则可能会进一步污染其他包装袋,因此,我们提出了一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱来解决以上问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,具备可抑制胀袋,具有杀菌消毒的效果的优点,解决了一旦有某一包装袋已经出现胀袋,如果不及时发现进行清理,在运输过程中,微生物持续发酵,则可能会进一步污染其他包装袋的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现可抑制胀袋,具有杀菌消毒的效果的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,包括包装箱本体和检测压板,所述包装箱本体内部开设有活动槽,活动槽内部活动连接有移动块,移动块外侧活动连接有检测压板,检测压板顶部固定连接有正极金属片,正极金属片顶部固定连接有碳棒,碳棒顶部固定连接有绝缘包裹层,包装箱本体内部固定连接有负极金属片,负极金属片底部固定连接有锌板,锌板内侧固定连接有糊状电介质,锌板外侧固定连接有绝缘保护层,包装箱本体内部固定连接有电磁铁,包装箱本体内部开设有容纳槽,容纳槽内壁固定连接有复位弹簧,复位弹簧顶部固定连接有磁铁推块,磁铁推块顶部固定连接有存储气囊,存储气囊内部填充有臭氧气体,存储气囊顶部固定连接有出气管道。
优选的,所述负极金属片电性连接至电磁铁,电磁铁与磁铁推块对应面所带磁性相同,负极金属片连通电路后使得电磁铁通电具有磁性,与磁铁推块之间产生排斥力。
优选的,所述包装箱本体内部开设有存储腔,出气管道顶部固定连接至存储腔内部,将真空包装袋放置在存储腔内部。
优选的,所述出气管道内部固定连接有气体开关阀,负极金属片电性连接至气体开关阀,负极金属片连通电路后打开气体开关阀,开放出气管道。
优选的,所述锌板为圆筒形结构,锌板内侧固定连接有绝缘托板,糊状电介质固定连接在绝缘托板顶部,糊状电介质提供电离环境。
优选的,所述绝缘包裹层外侧活动连接在糊状电介质内部,碳棒受到顶压后,将碳棒顶部顶入糊状电介质内部。
优选的,所述包装箱本体内部开设有进出口槽,进出口槽内部活动连接有密封挡板,通过进出口槽向存储腔内放置真空包装袋。
优选的,所述检测压板底部固定连接有抑菌层,检测压板底部与真空包装袋活动接触,防止检测压板污染真空包装袋。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,具备以下有益效果:
1、该具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,包装箱本体内部开设有进出口槽,进出口槽内部活动连接有密封挡板,通过进出口槽向存储腔内放置真空包装袋,当真空包装袋发生胀袋后,将检测压板向上顶起,碳棒受到顶压后,将碳棒顶部顶入糊状电介质内部,碳棒通过糊状电介质与锌板进行反应,从而在正极金属片和负极金属片之间产生电流。
2、该具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,负极金属片连通电路后使得电磁铁通电具有磁性,与磁铁推块之间产生排斥力,通过磁铁推块挤压存储气囊,将存储气囊内部的臭氧气体挤入容纳腔内,将已经涨袋的真空包装袋进行消毒杀菌,防止微生物进一步滋生。

请参阅图1-4,一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,包括包装箱本体1和检测压板4,包装箱本体1内部开设有活动槽2,活动槽2内部活动连接有移动块3,移动块3外侧活动连接有检测压板4,检测压板4底部固定连接有抑菌层,检测压板4底部与真空包装袋活动接触,防止检测压板4污染真空包装袋,检测压板4顶部固定连接有正极金属片5,正极金属片5顶部固定连接有碳棒6,碳棒6顶部固定连接有绝缘包裹层7,包装箱本体1内部固定连接有负极金属片8,负极金属片8底部固定连接有锌板9,锌板9内侧固定连接有糊状电介质10,锌板9外侧固定连接有绝缘保护层11,锌板9为圆筒形结构,锌板9内侧固定连接有绝缘托板,糊状电介质10固定连接在绝缘托板顶部,糊状电介质10提供电离环境,绝缘包裹层7外侧活动连接在糊状电介质10内部,碳棒6受到顶压后,将碳棒6顶部顶入糊状电介质10内部;
包装箱本体1内部固定连接有电磁铁12,包装箱本体1内部开设有容纳槽13,容纳槽13内壁固定连接有复位弹簧14,复位弹簧14顶部固定连接有磁铁推块15,负极金属片8电性连接至电磁铁12,电磁铁12与磁铁推块15对应面所带磁性相同,负极金属片8连通电路后使得电磁铁12通电具有磁性,与磁铁推块15之间产生排斥力,磁铁推块15顶部固定连接有存储气囊17,存储气囊17内部填充有臭氧气体16,存储气囊17顶部固定连接有出气管道18,包装箱本体1内部开设有存储腔,出气管道18顶部固定连接至存储腔内部,将真空包装袋放置在存储腔内部,出气管道18内部固定连接有气体开关阀,负极金属片8电性连接至气体开关阀,负极金属片8连通电路后打开气体开关阀,开放出气管道18。
工作原理:包装箱本体1内部开设有进出口槽,进出口槽内部活动连接有密封挡板,通过进出口槽向存储腔内放置真空包装袋,当真空包装袋发生胀袋后,将检测压板4向上顶起,碳棒6受到顶压后,将碳棒6顶部顶入糊状电介质10内部,碳棒6通过糊状电介质10与锌板9进行反应,从而在正极金属片5和负极金属片8之间产生电流,负极金属片8连通电路后使得电磁铁12通电具有磁性,与磁铁推块15之间产生排斥力,通过磁铁推块15挤压存储气囊17,将存储气囊17内部的臭氧气体16挤入容纳腔内,将已经涨袋的真空包装袋进行消毒杀菌,防止微生物进一步滋生。

1.一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,包括包装箱本体(1)和检测压板(4),其特征在于:所述包装箱本体(1)内部开设有活动槽(2),活动槽(2)内部活动连接有移动块(3),移动块(3)外侧活动连接有检测压板(4),检测压板(4)顶部固定连接有正极金属片(5),正极金属片(5)顶部固定连接有碳棒(6),碳棒(6)顶部固定连接有绝缘包裹层(7),包装箱本体(1)内部固定连接有负极金属片(8),负极金属片(8)底部固定连接有锌板(9),锌板(9)内侧固定连接有糊状电介质(10),锌板(9)外侧固定连接有绝缘保护层(11),包装箱本体(1)内部固定连接有电磁铁(12),包装箱本体(1)内部开设有容纳槽(13),容纳槽(13)内壁固定连接有复位弹簧(14),复位弹簧(14)顶部固定连接有磁铁推块(15),磁铁推块(15)顶部固定连接有存储气囊(17),存储气囊(17)内部填充有臭氧气体(16),存储气囊(17)顶部固定连接有出气管道(18);
所述负极金属片(8)电性连接至电磁铁(12),电磁铁(12)与磁铁推块(15)对应面所带磁性相同;
所述包装箱本体(1)内部开设有存储腔,出气管道(18)顶部固定连接至存储腔内部;
所述检测压板(4)底部固定连接有抑菌层,检测压板(4)底部与真空包装袋活动接触。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,其特征在于:所述锌板(9)为圆筒形结构,锌板(9)内侧固定连接有绝缘托板,糊状电介质(10)固定连接在绝缘托板顶部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌消毒功能的真空包装箱,其特征在于:所述绝缘包裹层(7)外侧活动连接在糊状电介质(10)内部。
