具体实施方式
图1示出了一种机电的制动装置,其用于此外未进一步示出的机动车。所述机动车包括两个布置在后桥上的制动装置。在此,所述机动车的每个后桥-驱动轮都分配了制动装置,该制动装置具有被设计为制动盘的制动体2。
所述制动装置具有电伺服马达4,利用该电伺服马达能够将摩擦制动衬片6以摩擦的方式贴靠到制动体2上,用于对所述机动车进行制动。为此,能够将所述伺服马达4的用于摩擦制动衬片6的操作力经由传动机构8传递到制动执行器10上,该制动执行器将旋转运动转换为摩擦制动衬片6的线性运动,并且该制动执行器为此例如被设计为螺杆传动机构。
所述传动机构8具有三个相互平行地偏置地布置的旋转轴线12、13、15。马达轴30相对于第一旋转轴线12同轴地布置。轴14相对于第二旋转轴线13同轴地布置,该轴防旋转地容纳在支架部件16中,该支架部件属于未进一步示出的传动机构壳体或所述制动装置的支撑结构。传动齿轮18以及与该传动齿轮18防旋转地连接的中间齿轮20滚子支承并且可旋转地被布置在所述轴14上。在此,所述中间齿轮20的滚子支承通过所述支架部件16的套筒状的区域21间接地实现,所述轴14的端部利用挤压配合而插入该套筒状的区域中。相对于第三旋转轴线15同轴地布置了所述制动执行器10,该制动执行器的可旋转地支承的外壳33在外周上具有从动齿轮22。
所述中间齿轮20和传动齿轮18彼此一体地制成。所述中间齿轮20具有外齿部24,该外齿部啮合到小齿轮28的外齿部26中,该小齿轮防旋转地与所述伺服马达4的马达轴30相连接。所述轴14相对于马达轴30平行地偏置地布置。所述传动齿轮18是外齿的,并且与制动执行器10的从动齿轮22相啮合。
所述传动机构8具有i>1的传动比。为此,所述小齿轮28小于中间齿轮20,并且传动齿轮18小于制动执行器10的从动齿轮22。因此,所述传动机构8具有两个相互接着的“减速级”或者说变为低速的速比级。
为了夹紧在摩擦制动衬片6和另外的摩擦制动衬片32之间的制动盘,以便因此对与该制动盘相连接的车轮进行制动,使所述伺服马达4通电,从而使得该伺服马达的马达轴30沿着第一旋转方向旋转。通过所述传动机构8使得制动执行器10的外壳33进行旋转。因此,所述螺杆传动机构的操作螺杆34伸出来,所述摩擦制动衬片6被支撑在该操作螺杆上。为此,所述操作螺杆34相对于摩擦制动衬片6和/或支架部件16防旋转地被支撑。在此,一直朝着制动盘的方向移动所述操作螺杆34,直到该制动盘以所期望的程度在两个摩擦制动衬片6、32之间夹紧。
当所述制动盘在两个摩擦表面6、32之间夹紧或者挤紧时,如果要停放所述车辆,则操作驻车制动器,下面进一步说明该驻车制动器。
所述滑套36借助于图2所示出的轴毂连接38在保持旋转间隙的情况下防旋转地与所述轴14相连接,从而所述传动齿轮18能够相对于支架部件16防旋转地进行固定。所述轴毂连接38具有带有所述旋转间隙的齿轴轮廓。
所述驻车制动器在传动齿轮18的、背离中间齿轮20的一侧上具有套筒状的滑套36,为了防旋转地固定所述传动齿轮18,该套筒状的滑套能够借助于图3所示意性地示出的操作机构41朝着传动齿轮18的方向相对于所述轴14同轴地移动。因此,所述滑套36能够与传动齿轮18借助于形状配合耦联器42来耦联。在此,所述滑套36以及从属的操作机构41形成调节机构40的部分。所述操作机构41可以例如是电磁铁、线性马达或者带有摇杆的电机。
所述形状配合耦联器42被设计为爪式耦联器,并且就这方面来说具有两个轴向齿部46、48,该两个轴向齿部分别分配给两个耦联器半部之一,两个耦联器半部的齿仅沿着两个周向方向中的一个周向方向具有插入斜面50、52。由于所述旋转间隙受到限制,所以所述形状配合耦联器42的其中一个耦联器半部的每个齿都分配了另一个耦联器半部的相应的齿。设置了扭转弹簧44,该扭转弹簧在形状配合耦联器42接合时,关于第二旋转轴线13分别沿周向彼此压紧两个相应的齿,从而如果所述操作机构41未被通电,那么所述形状配合耦联器42也停留在结合的位置中,只要传动齿轮18被所述摩擦锁合地贴靠在制动盘上的磨擦衬片6、32保持在周向位置中。因此,所述旋转间隙与形状配合耦联器42的互相朝向的轴向齿部46、48相匹配,该轴向齿部这样地成形:使得滑套36在与传动齿轮18进行形状配合地耦联时,抵抗所述扭转弹簧44的弹力而旋转。因此,沿着周向方向在扭转弹簧44的弹力下相互贴靠的轴向齿部46、48在操作机构41未被通电时被固定,防止形状配合耦联器42自动打开。
因此,在滑套36与直齿圆柱形的传动齿轮18通过所述形状配合耦联器42相耦联之后,可以关闭所述伺服马达4。在此,制动磨擦衬片6、32在制动盘2上的贴靠力根据在轴毂连接38上的旋转间隙而相应地减小。此力的减小通过所述操作螺杆34的、朝着远离所述制动盘的方向的路径而引起。此非常短的路径可以例如总计0.015 mm。通过将两个轴向齿部46、48拉紧,滑套36被固定,以防止轴向移动,从而操作机构41可以再次返回移动。在驻车制动器打开或关闭时都不需要对操作机构41永久地通电。
滑套36借助于力存储器54能够在该滑套的起始位置中或者沿着形状配合耦联器42的打开方向来移动。所述力存储器54是压缩弹簧,该压缩弹簧一方面被轴向地支撑在所述轴14上,另一方面被轴向地支撑在轴环56上,该轴环从滑套36径向地向内延伸。
所述压缩弹簧被部分地容纳在所述轴14的盲孔中。通过该盲孔作为附加的结构长度,能够使用相对长的压缩弹簧。
所述力存储器54被布置在部分被所述轴14并且部分被滑套36所限定的空间58中,其中,该滑套36具有图3所示出的压力平衡开口60,该压力平衡开口建立了在空间58和环境之间的平衡连接。
在所述操作机构41被设计为电磁铁的情况下,属于此电磁铁的构件能够被布置在所述空间58中,并且围绕被设计为压缩弹簧的力存储器54,该力存储器未在图3中示出。这种电磁铁的构件可以例如是线圈,并且尤其可以是管状地设计的衔铁。
在伺服马达4的远离小齿轮28的端部上设置了冷却体62。在此端部的一侧上在所述轴14上布置了所述调节机构40(图3)。在同一侧上在操作螺杆34上布置了所述摩擦制动衬片6。
在可替代的实施例中,所述中间齿轮2和传动齿轮18并非相互一体地,而是以其它方式防旋转地相互连接。例如,能够将所述中间齿轮2和传动齿轮18在共同的空心轴上压紧或者收缩。

Claims (9)

1.用于机动车的机电的制动装置,该机电的制动装置具有电伺服马达(4),利用该电伺服马达能够将摩擦制动衬片(6)以摩擦的方式贴靠到制动体(2)上,用于对所述机动车进行制动,其方法是,能够将所述伺服马达(4)的用于摩擦制动衬片(6)的操作力经由带有传动齿轮(18)的传动机构(8)传递到制动执行器(10)上,该制动执行器将所述传动齿轮(18)的旋转运动转换为摩擦制动衬片(6)的线性运动,其中,所述传动齿轮(18)能够借助于调节机构(40)这样地防旋转地来固定:使得贴靠到制动体(2)上的摩擦制动衬片(6)保持贴靠在该制动体(2)上,用于实现驻车制动,其特征在于,所述调节机构(40)具有与所述传动齿轮(18)关于该传动齿轮的旋转轴线(13)轴向地邻近的滑套(36),为了防旋转地固定所述传动齿轮(18),该滑套能够朝着该传动齿轮(18)的方向进行移动,并且该滑套能够与该传动齿轮(18)借助于形状配合耦联器(42)来耦联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述传动齿轮(18)能旋转地并且轴向能移动地支承在轴(14)上,该轴被防旋转地容纳在所述传动机构(8)的支架部件(16)中,并且该轴借助于轴毂连接(38)与所述滑套(36)相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制动装置,其特征在于,在所述轴(14)与滑套(36)之间的轴毂连接(38)具有旋转间隙,该旋转间隙与所述形状配合耦联器(42)的互相朝向的轴向齿部(46、48)相匹配,该轴向齿部这样地成形:使得在与所述传动齿轮(18)进行形状配合地耦联时,所述滑套(36)抵抗弹簧的弹力、尤其是扭转弹簧(44)的弹力而旋转,从而沿着周向方向在所述弹力的作用下相互贴靠的轴向齿部(46、48)被固定,防止形状配合耦联器(42)自动打开。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述形状配合耦联器(42)是爪式耦联器,该爪式耦联器的齿仅沿着两个周向方向中的一个周向方向具有插入斜面(50、52)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述滑套(36)借助于力存储器(54)能够沿着所述形状配合耦联器(42)的打开方向进行移动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述力存储器(54)是压缩弹簧,该压缩弹簧一方面轴向地支撑在所述轴(14)上,另一方面轴向地支撑在轴环(56)上,该轴环从滑套(36)径向地向内延伸。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述力存储器(54)被布置在部分被所述轴(14)并且部分被所述滑套(36)所限定的空间(58)中,其中,该滑套(36)具有压力平衡开口(60),该压力平衡开口建立了在所述空间(58)和环境之间的平衡连接。
8.根据权利要求2所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述传动齿轮(18)防旋转地与中间齿轮(20)相连接,该中间齿轮被布置在所述传动齿轮(18)的、背离所述滑套(36)的一侧上,并且该中间齿轮具有外齿部(24),该外齿部啮合在小齿轮(28)的外齿部(26)中,该小齿轮防旋转地与所述伺服马达(4)的马达轴(30)相连接;所述轴(14)相对于所述马达轴(30)平行地偏置地布置;所述传动齿轮(18)是外齿的,并且与所述制动执行器(10)的从动齿轮(22)相啮合;所述小齿轮(28)小于所述中间齿轮(20);并且所述传动齿轮(18)小于所述制动执行器(10)的从动齿轮(22)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制动装置,其特征在于,
- 所述轴(14)、
- 所述制动执行器(10)的操作螺杆(34)以及
- 所述伺服马达(4)的马达轴(30)
相互平行地偏置地布置;在伺服马达(4)的、远离小齿轮(28)的端部上设置了冷却体(62);在此端部的一侧上在所述轴(14)上布置了操作机构(41),借助于该操作机构,所述滑套(36)能够朝着所述传动齿轮(18)的方向来移动;并且在同一侧上在所述操作螺杆(34)上布置了所述摩擦制动衬片(6)。
