Description
a)駐車制動機操作信号を受けると、電動駆動可能な操作装置が車輪制動機の押付け方向 に操作され、その際電動駆動可能な操作装置が連結装置により押付け装置に連結され 、
b)第1の所定の操作位置及び/又は押付け力に達すると、電動駆動可能な操作装置が連 結装置により押付け装置から分離され、その際電動駆動可能な操作装置が更に車輪制 動機の押付け方向へ操作され、
c)第2の所定の操作位置及び/又は押付け力に達すると、電動駆動可能な操作装置が遮 断される。
まず連結装置6が閉じられていると、即ち連結ピン64が繰出されていると電動機30が押付け方向に操作される。この場合伝動軸34を介して伝達される回転運動が、拘束されている可変伝動装置5により、直接ナット7へ伝達される。これによりねじ軸8従って第2の押圧片9が、制動ライニング1へ向かって移動する。この作動状態で電動機30は、それにより発生可能な押付け力がすくなくともほぼ得られるまで、作動せしめられる。それから連結装置6が開かれ、即ち連結ピン64が繰込まれる。これに加えて、場合によっては電動機30が短時間停止されるか、又は連結装置6の荷重を除くため、押付け方向とは逆に少し操作される。これにより駆動素子52は被動素子50との連結を解除されるので、両方の部分52,50には互いに動くことができる。それから電動機30が再び押付け方向に操作される。これにより伝動軸34及び歯車33が、玉傾斜路装置5の長さ変化のため右方へ動く。これによりばね蓄勢素子4が更に応力をかけられる。同時に第2の押圧片9を介して制動ライニングへ及ぼされる押付け力が更に高められる。ばね蓄勢素子4の十分な予荷重又は十分な押付け力に達すると、電動機30が遮断される。
Claims (12)
- 車両用空気圧車輪制動機であって、車輪制動機が、圧縮空気シリンダ(10)により操作可能な少なくとも1つの制動レバー(11)及び制動レバー(11)により操作可能な押付け装置(20)を持ち、制動レバー(11)の操作の際押付け装置(20)を介して、第1の制動素子(1)が第2の制動素子(2)へ押付けられ、車輪制動機が電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)を持ち、少なくとも制動レバー(11)が操作されない場合、押付け装置(20)の少なくとも部分(7,8,9)が操作装置(3)を介して力を加えられ、これにより第1の制動素子(1)が第2の制動素子(2)へ押付けられるものにおいて、車輪制動機が圧縮空気シリンダ(10)外に設けられているばね蓄勢素子(4)を持ち、電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)によりばね蓄勢素子(4)が力を加えられることで、第1の制動素子(1)が第2の制動素子(2)へ押付けられた後にばね蓄勢素子(4)の予荷重が増加され、少なくとも制動レバー(11)が操作されない場合、ばね蓄勢素子(4)により押付け装置(20)の少なくとも部分(7,8,9)が力を加えられ、これにより第1の制動素子(1)が第2の制動素子(2)へ押付け可能であることを特徴とする、空気圧車輪制動機。
- 電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)が、制動レバー(11)の操作の際、これにより生じる力を全く加えられないか又は全部は加えられないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気圧車輪制動機。
- ばね蓄勢素子(4)が、制動レバー(11)の操作の際これにより生じる力を全く加えられないか又は全部は加えられないことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の空気圧車輪制動機。
- ばね蓄勢素子(4)が電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)により予荷重を受けることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の空気圧車輪制動機。
- ばね蓄勢素子(4)が皿ばねとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の空気圧車輪制動機。
- 電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)が、可変伝動装置(5)を介して押付け装置に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の空気圧車輪制動機。
- 可変伝動装置(5)が、制動レバー(11)の操作の際これにより生じる力を全く加えられないか又は全部は加えられないことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の空気圧車輪制動機。
- 可変伝動装置(5)が押付け方向に減少する行程特性曲線を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の空気圧車輪制動機。
- 電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)が切換え可能な連結装置(6)に結合され、連結装置を介して電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)が選択的に押付け装置(20)に連結又はこれから分離可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の空気圧車輪制動機。
- 可変伝動装置(5)が切換え可能な連結装置(6)により拘束可能であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の空気圧車輪制動機。
- 車輪制動機が圧縮空気シリンダ(10)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の空気圧車輪制動機。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の空気圧車輪制動機により車両を停止状態に固定する方法であって、
a)駐車制動機操作信号を受けると、電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)が車輪制動機の押付け方向に操作され、その際電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)が連結装置(6)により押付け装置(20)に連結され、
b)第1の所定の操作位置及び/又は押付け力に達すると、電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)が連結装置(6)により押付け装置(20)から分離され、その際電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)が更に車輪制動機の押付け方向へ操作され、
c)第2の所定の操作位置及び/又は押付け力に達すると、電動駆動可能な操作装置(3)が遮断される
ことを特徴とする、方法。
