Abstract
The invention discloses a fermented organic fertilizer of bamboo shoot leftovers and a preparation method thereof, wherein the fermented organic fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-150 parts of mixed biomass, 300-400 parts of water, 6-8 parts of microbial leavening agent, 10-20 parts of azotobacter compound and 3-8 parts of composite additive.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fermented organic fertilizers, and particularly relates to a fermented organic fertilizer for bamboo shoot leftovers and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Bamboo shoots in China are abundant in resources, and the resources are at the top of the world, the yield of the bamboo shoots is about 500-600 ten thousand tons every year, and the bamboo shoots can be divided into three parts according to the structural characteristics and edibility of the bamboo shoots: edible bamboo shoot meat, the outer shell of the coated bamboo shoot meat and bamboo shoot stump with higher lignification degree in the bamboo shoot body. The organic fertilizer can provide comprehensive nutrition for crops, has long fertilizer efficiency, can increase and update soil organic matters, promote microbial propagation and improve the physical and chemical properties and biological activity of soil; has obvious advantages compared with the conventional fertilizer.

8. The bamboo shoot leftovers fermented organic fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the compound additive is at least 2 of astragalus membranaceus, leonurus igniarius, cinnamomum kanehirae, peach leaves, star anise and ginkgo.

A preparation method of a bamboo shoot leftover fermented organic fertilizer is characterized by adding mixed biomass, water and a microbial starter into a mixer, uniformly stirring, carrying out composting fermentation for 1-2 months to obtain an organic fermented product, then adding a nitrogen-fixing bacterium compound and a composite additive, stirring, and standing for 10-20 days to obtain the fermented organic fertilizer.
