In the using process, the cone part and the clamping needle of the elastic clamping clamp can be inserted into the side part (the right side and the upper part of the lower part in the figure 1) of the Chinese cabbage in the ejecting state, and in the retracting state of the cone part and the clamping needle of the elastic clamping clamp, the cone part and the clamping needle of the elastic clamping clamp are drawn out of the side part of the Chinese cabbage to drop the side part from the clamping pit (the leftmost side of the lower part in the figure 1).
As shown in fig. 1, the fault-tolerant return member is disposed at a side portion (i.e., a right side portion in fig. 1) of the holding pit during rotation from the upper portion to the lower portion of the endless conveyor, and includes a material return chute 201 filled with purified water and a return chute baffle 202 disposed vertically and on a side of the material return chute away from the endless conveyor.
In this embodiment, the material collected by the material returning groove returns to the feeding slide plate for re-feeding operation. As shown in figure 1, when a very small number of cabbages do not fall into the clamping pits or the side parts of the cabbages do not fall into the clamping pits, the cone parts and the clamping needles of the elastic clamping clamps can not fix the cabbages, so that the cabbages can fall into the material returning groove in the rotating process, and when the number of the cabbages is about 10, the fallen cabbages can be conveyed to the feeding sliding plate again to enter the production line again.
As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning apparatus includes a cleaning tank, a cleaning component, a rinsing component and a water treatment component, the cleaning component includes a cleaning water high pressure nozzle 301, a cleaning water spray chamber 302, a cleaning water spray chamber inlet 303, a cleaning water return pipe 304, a make-up water inlet pipe 305 and a detergent make-up chamber 306, the cleaning water high pressure nozzle is closely arranged with a plurality of cleaning water and vertically sprays cleaning water upwards, the cleaning water spray chamber is arranged below the cleaning water high pressure nozzle and supplies water to the cleaning water high pressure nozzle, the bottom of the cleaning water spray chamber is provided with the cleaning water spray chamber inlet, the outlet end of the cleaning water return pipe is communicated with the cleaning water spray chamber inlet, and the cleaning water return pipe is provided with the make-up water inlet pipe and the detergent make-up chamber, the make-up water inlet pipe is used for providing make-up water into the cleaning water spray chamber through the cleaning water return pipe when needed, the detergent supplement chamber is used for supplying detergent into the washing water spray chamber through a washing water return pipe. The rinsing component comprises a clean water high-pressure nozzle 308, a clean water spraying cavity 309, a clean water spraying cavity inlet and a clean water return pipe 310; the clear water high-pressure nozzles are densely arranged and are all used for vertically and upwardly spraying clear water, the clear water spraying cavity is arranged below the clear water high-pressure nozzles and supplies water to the clear water high-pressure nozzles, a clear water spraying cavity inlet is formed in the bottom of the clear water spraying cavity, and the outlet end of the clear water return pipe is communicated with the clear water spraying cavity inlet; the washing tank is wrapped at the lower part and the side part of the washing water spray cavity and the clear water spray cavity, and a washing tank water outlet 312 is arranged on the bottom wall of the washing tank. As shown in fig. 1, the washing water high-pressure nozzle is provided at the right end of the clean water high-pressure nozzle. As shown in fig. 1, a washing water pump is provided on the washing water return pipe, and a clean water pump is provided on the clean water return pipe.
As shown in fig. 1, the washing water high pressure nozzle is disposed at a front end of the clean water high pressure nozzle.
As shown in fig. 1, the water treatment part includes a water treatment chamber housing, a water treatment chamber inlet, a filtering inclined plate 313, an adsorption inclined plate 314, a sludge enrichment tank 315, and a water treatment chamber outlet 316. The roof of water treatment room shell is seted up on the water treatment room water inlet to water treatment room water inlet and washing tank outlet intercommunication, the inside slope of water treatment room shell and from the top down set gradually filter the swash plate and adsorb the swash plate (as shown in figure 1 for high-low on the left and right sides), the lateral wall department of meeting of the lower end of filtering the swash plate and water treatment room shell is provided with opening and intercommunication and has miscellaneous mud enrichment case, it has the adsorbent ball to adsorb the swash plate for the centre of two-layer densely covered through-hole board from top to bottom, has seted up the water treatment room delivery port in the lateral wall bottom of water treatment room shell, just the water treatment room delivery port communicates with the entry end of washing water wet return and clear water wet return respectively.
In this embodiment, the adsorbent balls are porous quartz sand balls.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the transverse cutting component includes a grid fixing ring plate 401, a cutter rotating shaft 402, a transverse arc cutter 403, a cutter driving motor 404 and a vegetable leaf temporary storage drum 405. The grid fixed ring plate is C-shaped, one end of the grid fixed ring plate is rotationally connected with the cutter rotating shaft through a bearing (as shown in figure 2), the cutter rotating shaft is vertically arranged, a plurality of horizontal gaps (as shown in figure 1) are uniformly arranged on the grating fixing ring plate, a plurality of transverse arc cutters (the number is equal to the number of the horizontal gaps) are arranged on the cutter rotating shaft, the height position of each transverse arc cutter is arranged at the position of the horizontal gap on the grid fixed ring plate, so that each transverse arc cutter passes through the horizontal gap on the grid fixing ring plate in the process of rotating along with the cutter rotating shaft, the cutter driving motor is connected with the cutter rotating shaft through a speed reducer and drives the rotation of the cutter rotating shaft, a vegetable leaf temporary storage barrel is vertically arranged right below the grating fixing ring plate, the vegetable leaf temporary storage barrel is of a cylindrical structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, and the diameter of the vegetable leaf temporary storage barrel is equal to that of the grating fixing ring plate. The transverse cutting and falling of the leaf parts of the Chinese cabbages are realized when the transverse arc cutters pass through the horizontal gaps, and because the diameter of the temporary storage barrel of the leaf parts is the same as that of the grid fixing ring plate and the transverse arc cutters cut simultaneously, the falling leaf parts are also stacked in the temporary storage barrel of the leaf parts.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the fine cutting and sorting part comprises a fine cutting ring barrel 500, a vegetable leaf sorting longitudinal cutting groove (a sector separation groove in fig. 3), a vegetable leaf longitudinal cutting blade 501, a fine cutting rotating shaft 502, a sorting barrier 503, a squeezing sector plate 504 and a sorting storage box 505; as shown in fig. 1, the fine cutting ring cylinder is a horizontally arranged circular ring structure, as shown in fig. 3, the fine cutting ring cylinder is divided into 8 fan-shaped vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting grooves, a classification barrier strip is uniformly distributed between two adjacent vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting grooves, vegetable leaf longitudinal cutters are vertically and densely arranged in each vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting groove, cutting edges of the vegetable leaf longitudinal cutters are arranged at the top, as shown in fig. 4, an extrusion fan-shaped plate is hinged to the edge of each vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting groove, a fine cutting rotating shaft is vertically arranged at the center of the fine cutting ring cylinder, the fine cutting rotating shaft can drive the fine cutting ring cylinder to rotate by taking the fine cutting rotating shaft as a shaft, one of the vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting grooves is positioned right below the vegetable leaf temporary storage cylinder in the rotating process, and a classification storage box is clamped right below each vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting groove. After one layer of vegetable leaves falls into one of the vegetable leaf classifying longitudinal cutting grooves in the vegetable leaf temporary storage barrel, the vegetable leaves can be kept in the classifying longitudinal cutting groove under the assistance of rotation and the classifying barrier strips, and meanwhile, the next vegetable leaf classifying longitudinal cutting groove is positioned below the vegetable leaf temporary storage barrel to receive the vegetable leaves on the previous layer and receive the vegetable leaves on the layer into the second classifying longitudinal cutting groove through the rotation blocking of the classifying barrier strips. The classification vertical cutting groove rotated out from the vegetable leaf temporary storage cylinder rotates the extrusion fan-shaped plate and is changed on the classification vertical cutting groove, and the vegetable leaves in the classification vertical cutting groove are longitudinally cut and fall into the classification storage box below the classification vertical cutting groove through extrusion.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the shape of the extruding fan-shaped plate is matched with the shape of the longitudinal cutting groove of the vegetable leaf classification.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the chopping board includes a chopping board 601, a vertical bar 602, a chopping board longitudinal cutter 603, a chopping board cutting cavity 604, and a chopping board storage box 605. The chopping board side cutting device is characterized in that the chopping board side cutting cavity is of a cylindrical structure with openings at the top and the bottom, the chopping board side cutting cavity is vertically arranged below the annular conveyor belt, multiple rows of chopping board side longitudinal cutters are arranged in the chopping board side cutting cavity, the chopping board side longitudinal cutters are vertically arranged, blades of the chopping board side longitudinal cutters are upwards arranged at the top end, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, a chopping board side extrusion plate is hinged to the top end of the chopping board side cutting cavity, multiple extrusion vertical strips are arranged on the chopping board side extrusion plate, the position and the width of each extrusion vertical strip are matched with the gap between every two adjacent chopping board side longitudinal cutters, and the chopping board side storage box is communicated with the position and the width below the chopping board side cutting cavity. When a certain clamping pit rotates to a position right above the chopping board cutting cavity, the cone part and the clamping needle of the elastic clamping clamp both shrink into the barrel part, so that the chopping board is released and falls into the chopping board cutting cavity, chopping of the chopping board is achieved through extrusion of the vertical strips and the chopping board longitudinal cutters on the chopping board extrusion plate, and the chopping board falls into the chopping board storage box to achieve storage of the chopped chopping board.
As shown in fig. 5, after the chopping board is rotated to the chopping board cutting cavity, the chopping board is cut by the chopping board longitudinal cutter and falls downwards by pressing the pressing vertical bar downwards.
As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning device, the transverse cutting component and the cut-up component are arranged below the endless conveyor belt from front to back in sequence, wherein the front is the direction of contacting the Chinese cabbage clamped in the clamping concave pit firstly (namely, the lower part of the endless conveyor belt in fig. 1, the right part is the front part and the left part is the back part).
As shown in fig. 1, the fault-tolerant return unit, the washing device, the transverse cutting unit and the upper chopping unit are arranged in sequence in the direction of conveyance of the endless conveyor.

Claims (10)

1. The full-flow processing device for the spicy cabbages is characterized by comprising an annular conveying component, a fault-tolerant return component, a cleaning device, a transverse cutting component, a fine cutting and classifying component and a chopping component for vegetable sides;
the annular conveying part comprises a feeding sliding plate, an annular conveying belt, a clamping pit, an elastic clamping clamp, a clamping needle and a conveying roller; the feeding sliding plate is arranged above the annular conveying belt and used for providing materials to the annular conveying belt in a sliding mode, the conveying rollers are provided with a plurality of conveying rollers which are arranged horizontally, the annular conveying belt is wrapped outside the whole conveying roller, the annular conveying belt circularly runs in an annular mode through rotation of the conveying rollers, a plurality of clamping pits are uniformly distributed on the annular conveying belt, a plurality of elastic clamping clamps are arranged on the inner side wall of each clamping pit, each elastic clamping clamp comprises a barrel part and a cone part, the barrel part is vertically connected with the inner side wall of each clamping pit, the cone part is arranged on the inner side of the barrel part and can be ejected out of and retracted from the barrel part, and clamping needles are further arranged on the elastic clamping clamps;
the fault-tolerant return component is arranged at the side part of the clamping pit in the process of rotating from the upper part to the lower part of the annular conveyor belt, the fault-tolerant return component comprises a material return groove and a return groove baffle, purified water is filled in the material return groove, and the return groove baffle is vertically arranged and is arranged at one side of the material return groove, which is far away from the annular conveyor belt;
the cleaning device comprises a cleaning tank, a cleaning component, a rinsing component and a water treatment component, wherein the cleaning component comprises a cleaning water high-pressure nozzle, a cleaning water spraying cavity inlet, a cleaning water return pipe, a make-up water inlet pipe and a detergent make-up cavity, the washing water high-pressure nozzles are densely arranged and vertically upwards spray washing water, the washing water spray cavity is arranged below the washing water high-pressure nozzles and supplies water to the washing water high-pressure nozzles, the bottom of the washing water spray cavity is provided with a washing water spray cavity inlet, the outlet end of the washing water return pipe is communicated with the washing water spray cavity inlet, a supplementary water inlet pipe and a detergent supplementary cavity are arranged on the washing water return pipe, the supplementary water inlet pipe is used for providing supplementary water for the washing water spray cavity through the washing water return pipe, the detergent supplementing cavity is used for providing detergent into the washing water spraying cavity through a washing water return pipe; the rinsing component comprises a clean water high-pressure nozzle, a clean water spraying cavity inlet and a clean water return pipe; the clear water high-pressure nozzles are densely arranged and are all used for vertically and upwardly spraying clear water, the clear water spraying cavity is arranged below the clear water high-pressure nozzles and supplies water to the clear water high-pressure nozzles, a clear water spraying cavity inlet is formed in the bottom of the clear water spraying cavity, and the outlet end of the clear water return pipe is communicated with the clear water spraying cavity inlet; the cleaning tank is arranged at the lower part and the side part of the washing water spraying cavity and the clear water spraying cavity in a wrapping way, and a cleaning tank water outlet is formed in the bottom wall of the cleaning tank;
the water treatment component comprises a water treatment chamber shell, a water inlet of the water treatment chamber, a filtering inclined plate, an adsorption inclined plate, a mixed mud enrichment box and a water outlet of the water treatment chamber; the water treatment chamber is characterized in that a water inlet of the water treatment chamber is formed in the top wall of a water treatment chamber shell, the water inlet of the water treatment chamber is communicated with a water outlet of a cleaning tank, the interior of the water treatment chamber shell is inclined, a filtering inclined plate and an adsorption inclined plate are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, an opening is formed in the joint of the lower end of the filtering inclined plate and the side wall of the water treatment chamber shell and communicated with the miscellaneous mud enrichment box, the adsorption inclined plate is formed by densely distributing upper and lower through hole plates, an adsorbent ball is clamped between the upper and lower through hole plates, a water treatment chamber water outlet is formed in the bottom wall or the bottom end of the side wall of the water treatment chamber shell;
the transverse cutting component comprises a grating fixing ring plate, a cutter rotating shaft, a transverse arc cutter, a cutter driving motor and a vegetable leaf temporary storage barrel; the cutting device comprises a grid fixing ring plate, a cutter rotating shaft, a plurality of transverse arc cutters, a cutter driving motor, a vegetable leaf temporary storage cylinder and a vegetable leaf temporary storage cylinder, wherein the grid fixing ring plate is C-shaped, one end of the grid fixing ring plate is rotatably connected with the cutter rotating shaft through a bearing, the cutter rotating shaft is vertically arranged, a plurality of horizontal gaps are uniformly formed in the grid fixing ring plate, the plurality of transverse arc cutters are arranged on the cutter rotating shaft, the height position of each transverse arc cutter is arranged at the position of the horizontal gap on the grid fixing ring plate, so that each transverse arc cutter passes through the horizontal gap on the grid fixing ring plate in the rotating process along with the cutter rotating shaft, the cutter driving motor is connected with the cutter rotating shaft through a speed reducer and drives the rotation of the cutter rotating shaft, the vegetable leaf temporary storage;
the fine cutting classification component comprises a fine cutting ring cylinder, a vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting groove, a vegetable leaf longitudinal cutter, a fine cutting rotating shaft, a classification barrier strip, an extrusion sector plate and a classification storage box; the precise cutting ring cylinder is of a horizontally arranged annular structure, the precise cutting ring cylinder is divided into a plurality of fan-shaped vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting grooves, a classification barrier strip is uniformly distributed between every two adjacent vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting grooves, vegetable leaf longitudinal cutters are vertically and densely arranged in each vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting groove, the cutting edges of the vegetable leaf longitudinal cutters are arranged at the top, the edge part of each vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting groove is hinged with an extrusion fan-shaped plate, a precise cutting rotating shaft is vertically arranged at the center part of the precise cutting ring cylinder, the precise cutting rotating shaft can drive the precise cutting ring cylinder to rotate by taking the precise cutting rotating shaft as a shaft, one of the vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting grooves is positioned right below the vegetable leaf temporary storage cylinder in the rotating process, and a classification storage box is clamped and connected right below each vegetable leaf classification longitudinal cutting groove;
the chopping part comprises a chopping board extrusion plate, an extrusion vertical bar, a chopping board longitudinal cutter, a chopping board cutting cavity and a chopping board storage box; the chopping board side cutting device is characterized in that the chopping board side cutting cavity is of a cylindrical structure with openings at the top and the bottom, the chopping board side cutting cavity is vertically arranged below the annular conveyor belt, a plurality of rows of chopping board side longitudinal cutters are arranged in the chopping board side cutting cavity, the chopping board side longitudinal cutters are vertically arranged, blades of the chopping board side longitudinal cutters are upwards arranged at the top end, a chopping board side extrusion plate is hinged to the top end of the chopping board side cutting cavity, a plurality of extrusion vertical strips are arranged on the chopping board side extrusion plate, the position and the width of each extrusion vertical strip are matched with the gap between every two adjacent chopping board side longitudinal cutters, and the chopping board side storage box is communicated with the position right below the chopping board side cutting cavity;
the cleaning device, the transverse cutting component and the cut-up component are sequentially arranged below the annular conveyor belt from front to back, and the front of the position is the direction of firstly contacting the Chinese cabbages clamped in the clamping concave pits.
2. The kimchi full flow processing device according to claim 1, wherein the fault-tolerant return unit, the washing unit, the crosscut unit, and the cut-off unit are sequentially disposed in a conveying direction of the endless conveyor.

The kimchi full-flow processing device according to claim 1, wherein the width of the holding pits is greater than or equal to the width of the conventional chinese cabbage, and the depth of the holding pits is greater than or equal to the height of the side of the conventional chinese cabbage (for example, the diameter of the holding pits is 15-20 cm, and the depth of the holding pits is 10-15 cm).

The kimchi flow processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the tapered portion and the gripping pin of the elastic gripping clip can be inserted into the upper portion of the kimchi in an ejected state, and the tapered portion and the gripping pin of the elastic gripping clip are withdrawn from the upper portion of the kimchi to drop the upper portion from the gripping recess in a retracted state of the tapered portion and the gripping pin of the elastic gripping clip.
5. The kimchi continuous processing device as set forth in claim 1, wherein the material collected in the material returning groove is returned to the material feeding slide for re-feeding operation.
6. The kimchi full-process treatment apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein a washing water pump is provided on the washing water return pipe, and a clean water pump is provided on the clean water return pipe.
7. The kimchi full flow processing device according to claim 1, wherein the washing water high pressure nozzle is provided at the front end of the clean water high pressure nozzle.
8. The kimchi full flow processing device according to claim 1, wherein the adsorbent balls are porous quartz sand balls and/or porous activated carbon balls.
9. The kimchi global flow processing device as set forth in claim 1, wherein the shape of said extruding fan-shaped plate is matched with the shape of the longitudinal cutting groove for sorting the leaves.
10. The kimchi full flow processing device according to claim 1, wherein after the counter pressing plate is rotated to the counter cutting cavity, the counter is cut up by the counter longitudinal cutter and falls downward by pressing the pressing vertical bar downward.
