Abstract

一种锂电芯,所述锂电芯包括:卷绕式电极组件,所述卷绕式电极组件主要由正极片、隔膜和负极片叠合并卷绕而成;所述卷绕式电极组件的第一端设置有至少两个连接极耳,其中一个连接极耳与所述正极片连接,另外一个连接极耳与所述负极片连接;铝塑膜,包覆所述卷绕式电极组件,并且密封所述卷绕式电极组件。在一些示例中,卷绕式电极组件的第二端可以包覆电极保护胶;在另一些示例中,该锂电芯还包括有一端伸入到铝塑膜的容腔内并与连接极耳远离正极片和负极片的焊接段焊接的转接极耳,在转接极耳和连接极耳焊接的焊印的外表面包覆有焊印保护胶。通过设置电极保护胶或者焊印保护胶,可以降低铝塑膜被刺破的风险,提高锂电芯的安全性。本发明还提供一种智能电池。
