As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5, the buffer unit 3 is located in the storage cavity and is fixedly mounted on the connecting plate unit 1 through the vertical plate 31. The buffer unit 3 comprises a buffer wheel group 33 and a buffer wheel power device. The sealing profiles delivered from the feeding unit 2 into the storage chamber are wound between the buffer wheel sets 33 to form buffer stock. The buffer wheel power device drives the buffer wheel set 33 to rotate, and the buffer material is conveyed out of the buffer unit 3. The buffer wheel set 33 has a fixed wheel set and a sliding wheel set. The distance between the sliding wheel set and the fixed wheel set is adjusted through the adjusting device, and the storage amount value of the buffer storage material is adjusted.
As shown in fig. 5, the buffer wheel power device is a buffer feeding motor 32. The output shaft of the buffer feeding motor 32 is connected with the rotating shaft of the fixed wheel set through chain transmission. The output shaft of the material transmission motor 41 is connected with the input end of the material transmission clutch 42. The output end of the material transmission clutch 42 is connected with the rotating shaft of the material transmission rotating wheel 44 through a gear transmission structure.
The material transmission clutch 42 is used for connecting or disconnecting the output power of the material transmission motor 41 to the material transmission rotating wheel 44. When the difference value of the output distance value of the seal profile is larger than the displacement value of the connecting plate unit 1 driven by the vehicle door as the reference moving device to move relative to the vehicle door, the material transmission clutch 42 disconnects the output power of the material transmission motor 41, so that the speed of the moving device driving the connecting plate unit 1 to move relative to the vehicle door is equal to the speed of the discharge unit 5 outputting the seal profile, the seal profile is prevented from being stretched in the installation process, and the installation effect of the seal profile is further improved. The material transfer clutch 42 may be an electromagnetic clutch.
One side of passing material auxiliary wheel 43 is provided with the material tensioning texture 45 that passes that maintains the clamping-force to the seal section bar, is favorable to increasing the frictional force between passing material runner 44 and the seal section bar, prevents that the seal section bar from taking place the phenomenon of skidding at passing the material in-process, has improved and has passed the material precision, and then has improved the degree of accuracy of ejection of compact unit 5 to the output distance value of seal section bar. The material conveying tensioning structure 45 can be a jackscrew structure.
For example, the output end of the material transmission clutch 42 is connected with the rotating shaft of the material transmission rotating wheel 44 through a bevel gear transmission structure. In order to further improve the transmission precision of the material transmission chain transmission structure between the two groups of material transmission rotating wheels 44, the material transmission chain transmission structure is also provided with a material transmission tensioning chain wheel. The material conveying tensioning chain wheel is fixedly arranged on the material conveying end head 46 through a material conveying adjusting seat.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 7, the discharging unit 5 is fixedly installed on the connecting plate unit 1. The discharge unit 5 comprises a discharge power device, a cutting device for cutting the seal profile, a discharge end 56 for clamping the seal profile, a guard band guide wheel 59 and a rolling device for applying clamping force to the seal profile. The discharging power device conveys the sealing section out of the outlet of the discharging end 56, and can adjust the output distance value of the sealing section according to the displacement value of the connecting plate unit 1 driven by the vehicle door serving as a reference moving device to move relative to the vehicle door. The protective strip of the sealing profile is stripped off at the outlet of the discharge end 56. The bonding surface of the sealing section bar is bonded with the vehicle door under the action of the rolling device. The guard belt is conveyed to the guard belt recovery unit 6 by the guard belt guide wheel 59.
The cutting device includes a cutting cylinder 53 and a cutting blade 54. The cutting cylinder 53 is fixedly mounted on the discharge end 56. A cutting blade 54 is fixedly mounted on the piston end of the cutting cylinder 53. When the moving device drives the connecting plate unit to travel for a circle along the contour of the vehicle door, the piston end of the cutting cylinder 53 moves to drive the cutting knife 54 to cut the sealing strip 7.
The stitching device comprises stitching wheels 57. The stitching wheel 57 applies a clamping force to the weather strip 7 by a stitching clamping cylinder. The rolling clamping cylinder can be a diaphragm type cylinder.
As shown in fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 8, the discharging power device includes a discharging motor 51 and a discharging clutch 52. The discharge end 56 is provided with a discharge runner 58. An output shaft of the discharging motor 51 is connected with an input end of a discharging clutch 52. The output end of the discharging clutch 52 is connected with the rotating shaft of the discharging rotating wheel 58. Whether the discharging rotating wheel 58 has power output or not is adjusted by controlling the on-off of the discharging clutch 52, and then the output distance value of the sealing section bar is adjusted according to the displacement value of the connecting plate unit 1 driven by the vehicle door as a reference motion device to move relative to the vehicle door.
The outlet end 56 is also provided with an interface detection sensor 55. The interface detection sensor 55 is used for detecting the interface of the sealing strip after the door sealing strip pasting installation system rolls for a circle, namely the end of the sealing strip when pasting the starting point. The signal of the interface information detected by the interface detection sensor 55 is transmitted to the cutting device, and the piston end of the cutting cylinder 53 acts to drive the cutting knife 54 to cut the sealing tape 7.
As shown in fig. 9 in conjunction with fig. 10, the guard band recovering unit 6 includes a recovering power unit and a recovering tip 62 that holds the guard band. The trailing end of the recovery head 62 is provided with a guard band outlet 68. The recovery power means pulls the guard band 8 to the guard band outlet 68.
The recovery power unit includes a recovery motor 65 and a recovery clutch 61. The recovery head 62 is provided with a recovery turning wheel 66 and a recovery auxiliary wheel 67. The recovery turning wheel 66 and the recovery auxiliary wheel 67 form a grip on the guard belt. The output shaft of the recovery motor 65 is coupled to the input of the recovery clutch 61. The output end of the recovery clutch 61 is coupled to the rotating shaft of the recovery pulley 66. One side of the recovery auxiliary wheel 67 is provided with a guard belt tensioning mechanism 63 that improves the clamping force.
A guard band detection sensor 64 is also provided at the inlet of the recovery head 62. The guard band detection sensor 64 is used to detect whether the guard band 8 is broken, ensuring that the guard band 8 is pulled and completely recovered.
When the vehicle door sealing strip pasting and installing system provided by the invention is used, the vehicle door sealing strip pasting and installing system comprises:

1. A door weather strip attachment system, comprising:
the connecting plate unit is internally provided with a storage cavity for storing the sealing section bar, and the bottom of the connecting plate unit is connected with a movement device for driving the connecting plate unit to move along the contour of the vehicle door;
the feeding unit is fixedly arranged on the connecting plate unit, clamps the sealing section and conveys the sealing section to the storage cavity through the feeding power device;
the buffer unit is positioned in the storage cavity and fixedly installed on the connecting plate unit through the vertical plate, the buffer unit comprises a buffer wheel set and a buffer wheel power device, a sealing profile conveyed into the storage cavity from the feeding unit is wound between the buffer wheel sets to form buffer stock, the buffer wheel power device drives the buffer wheel set to rotate and conveys the buffer stock out of the buffer unit, the buffer wheel set is provided with a fixed wheel set and a sliding wheel set, and the sliding wheel set adjusts the distance between the sliding wheel set and the fixed wheel set through an adjusting device to form adjustment of the stock value of the buffer stock;
the material conveying unit is fixedly arranged on the connecting plate unit and clamps the sealing section conveyed out of the buffer unit, and a material conveying power device in the material conveying unit conveys the sealing section to the discharging unit;
the discharging unit is fixedly arranged on the connecting plate unit and comprises a discharging power device, a cutting device for cutting off the sealing section, a discharging end for clamping the sealing section, a protective belt guide wheel and a rolling device for applying clamping force to the sealing section, the discharging power device conveys the sealing section out of an outlet of the discharging end, the output distance value of the sealing section can be adjusted according to a displacement value of the connecting plate unit driven by a vehicle door serving as a reference moving device to move relative to the vehicle door, the protective belt of the sealing section is stripped at the outlet of the discharging end, the adhesive surface of the sealing section is attached to the vehicle door under the action of the rolling device, and the protective belt is conveyed to the protective belt recovery unit through the protective belt guide wheel;
the protective belt recovery unit comprises a recovery power device and a recovery end for clamping the protective belt, a protective belt outlet is formed in the tail end of the recovery end, and the recovery power device pulls the protective belt to the protective belt outlet.

The vehicle door sealing strip pasting and installing system according to claim 1, wherein the connecting plate unit comprises a bottom plate, a vertical frame and a connecting plate, the bottom plate is connected with the power device, a pair of vertical frames is fixedly installed on the bottom plate, the connecting plate is fixedly installed on the bottom plate and encloses a storage cavity with the vertical frames, side plates are arranged on the outer sides of the pair of vertical frames, the material conveying unit and the material discharging unit are both fixedly installed on the connecting plate, the vertical plate is fixedly installed on the side plates, and the protective belt recycling unit is fixedly installed on the side walls of the side plates.
