如图1和图2所述,本发明的一种胶带粘贴装置,用于将胶带9粘贴于目标附件上,所述胶带9包括胶纸91和离型纸92,包括安装板1、以及设置在安装板1上的胶带放卷机构2、胶带传输机构3、胶带切断机构4、胶带压紧机构5和离型纸收集机构6,胶带传输机构3包括胶带导向轮31、离型纸导向轮32、第一气缸33、第一滑板34和剥离块35,第一气缸33横向固定在安装板1上,第一滑板34通过滑轨滑块连接装在安装板1上,第一滑板34与第一气缸33的活动端连接,第一气缸33带动第一滑板34在安装板1上左右滑动,胶带导向轮31、离型纸导向轮32和剥离块35从右至左依次安装在第一滑板34上,胶纸9在粘贴过程中先通过胶纸放卷机构2放料后通过胶带导向轮31传输至剥离块35,同时第一气缸33伸出带动第一滑板34将处于剥离块35前端的胶带9传递到胶带压紧机构5下方,胶带压紧机构5上装有第一传感器54,第一传感器54感应到胶带送达到胶带压紧机构5的正下方后,第一传感器54将信号通过控制系统(图中未示出),控制系统启动胶带压紧机构5将胶纸91压在目标附件上,接着第一气缸33向右收缩,根据需要在目标附件上粘贴的胶带长度,第一气缸33的向右收缩相应的行程,接着离型纸92经过离型纸导向轮32被卷收至离型纸收集机构6上,最后由胶带切断机构4切断胶带。由于本装置的胶带传输机构3上的第一滑板34能够相对于安装板1左右滑动,使得本装置在胶带粘贴的操作过程中能够对胶带的输送进行灵活的控制,胶带传递到剥离块35的前段后,并且胶带压紧机构5在第一传感器54感应到有胶纸输送过来后,才开始反馈信号给控制系统来驱动第一气缸33进行工作,进而胶带切断机构等其他机构开始相应的其他工作,即可以确保只有在胶带压紧机构5的压紧头53下方确保有胶纸输送到时,整体装置的粘贴工作才会开始进行,这样通过胶带传输机构3和胶带压紧机构5的配合,从而保证胶带粘结装置不会出现无料工作(即空压)而产生的粘贴不良品;并且胶带压紧机构5将剥离块35前端的胶带压在目标附件上后,再通过第一气缸33的缩回后再对离型纸的进行收卷,这样的离型纸回收工作机制,能够保证胶纸91和离型纸92之间的完全分离,杜绝胶纸和离型纸一同被卷入下一机构的现象发生。本发明的胶带可以是用于汽车玻璃装饰板安装的泡棉胶带,也可以是任意一种含有胶纸和离型纸的双面胶带。As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , an adhesive tape sticking device of the present invention is used for sticking an
