As shown in fig. 7, the adhesive tape cutting mechanism 4 includes a third cylinder 41, a second sliding plate 42, a fourth cylinder 43 and a tape cutting blade 44, the third cylinder 41 is longitudinally fixed on the back of the mounting plate 1, the second sliding plate 42 is mounted on the back of the mounting plate 1 through a sliding rail slider, the second sliding plate 42 is connected with the movable end of the third cylinder 41, the third cylinder 41 can drive the second sliding plate 42 to move up and down, the fourth cylinder 43 is mounted on the right side of the second sliding plate 42, the tape cutting blade 44 is detachably mounted on the movable end of the fourth cylinder 43, and the fourth cylinder 43 can drive the tape cutting blade to move back and forth along the thickness direction of the mounting plate 1.

The operation process of the tape sticking device is as follows:
step 1: the adhesive tape pasting device is loaded onto the mechanical arm 10 through the connecting base 8, a preset operation program is called on the mechanical arm 10, the mechanical arm 10 drives the adhesive tape pasting device to move to the position above a target accessory, the adhesive tape is preloaded on the adhesive tape pasting device, the preloading concrete steps belong to the existing conventional technology, and therefore the detailed description is omitted here.

Step 3: when the first sensor 54 of the tape pressing mechanism 5 senses the adhesive tape 91, the first cylinder 33 stops moving, then the second cylinder 51 drives the pressing head 53 to descend to press the adhesive tape 91 onto the target accessory, the length of the adhesive tape is pasted as required to enable the first cylinder 33 to retract to the left by a corresponding distance, then the manipulator 10 drives the device pressing head 53 to press the adhesive tape once according to the tape pasting track, so as to ensure that the adhesive tape is pressed onto the product, the servo motor 68 drives the release paper guide wheel 62 to control the length of the collected release paper 92, the release paper 92 is sequentially transferred along the sequence of the stripping block 35, the release paper guide wheel 32, the release paper guide wheel 62 and the release paper collection wheel 63, and the release paper 92 is wound onto the release paper collection wheel 63.
And step 4: the up-down position of the rubber cutting blade 44 is adjusted by the third cylinder 41, then the fourth cylinder 43 drives the rubber cutting blade 44 to move back and forth to cut off the adhesive paper 91 adhered to the target accessory, the fourth cylinder 44 drives the blade 55 to return to the original station, the second cylinder 51 drives the pressing head 53 to return to the original station, the first cylinder 31 moves forward to drive the first sliding plate 34 to slide leftward, so that the adhesive tape is conveyed forward to prepare the next adhesive tape pasting action, and an automatic adhesive tape pasting action flow is completed.

The tape applying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the tape pressing mechanism (5) comprises a second cylinder (51), a pressing slider (52) and a pressing head (53), the pressing slider (52) is slidably connected to the mounting plate (1), the second cylinder (51) is fixed to the mounting plate (1), the pressing slider (52) is connected to an output end of the second cylinder (51), the pressing head (53) is mounted at a bottom of the pressing slider (52), the second cylinder (51) drives the pressing head (53) to move up and down, the sensing component is a first sensor (54), and the first sensor (54) is mounted on a left side of a bottom end of the pressing head (53).

The tape applying apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the tape supplying wheel assembly (22) comprises a driving shaft (221), a tape supplying wheel (222), a tension spring (223), and a baffle (224), the driving shaft (221) is coupled to the upper end of the first fixing plate (21), the tape supplying wheel (222) is installed at the front end of the driving shaft (221), the tension spring (223) is installed on the tape supplying wheel (222), and the baffles (224) are installed at both sides of the tape supplying wheel (222).

The tape application apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a driving wheel (225) is provided at a rear end of the driving shaft (221), a fixed wheel (226) is provided on the first fixing plate (21) directly below the driving wheel (225), and a first circular tape (227) is connected between the driving wheel (225) and the fixed wheel (226).
