Description

Moisturizing composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a moisturizing composition and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
The existing patch mask forms a closed environment on the surface layer of the skin, delays the evaporation speed and ensures that the stratum corneum of the skin has enough time to be soaked in water and essence; meanwhile, the characteristics of air permeability and water impermeability of the patch mask can form osmotic pressure on the surface of the skin, and moisturizing ingredients in the mask are pumped into a basal layer of the skin under the action of the osmotic pressure, so that the effect of moisturizing the skin is achieved. At present, the patch mask on the market is generally poor in lasting moisturizing effect: the existing moisturizers have high molecular weight (in the ten thousand grades), can not be absorbed through the horny layer to moisturize, and only simply cover the surface of the skin to form a moisturizing film; and many people have washed away immediately the paster facial mask, and moisture tester shows that this type of paster facial mask is 1 hour at most, and skin moisture numerical value restores to the original state, no longer has the effect of moisturizing promptly.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the moisturizing composition with better moisturizing effect and longer moisturizing time and the application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a moisturizing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of chitosan glycolate, 1-4 parts of glycerol and 1-4 parts of methyl propylene glycol.
The chitosan glycolate has an average molecular weight of less than 500, and the chitosan glycolate can stimulate the proliferation and rearrangement of hyaluronic acid, acid mucopolysaccharides, collagen and spandex, so that the skin becomes firm and elastic, and fine lines and wrinkles are also reduced. In addition, due to the increase of hyaluronic acid, the water retention capacity of the skin is improved, the trouble of skin dryness can be solved, and automatic microcirculation, moisture retention and water supplement of the skin are realized. Chitosan glycolate has unique water binding and cell membrane protecting properties, and can improve skin feel, reduce stickiness, and improve spreadability.
The glycerin and the methyl propylene glycol have the effects of moisturizing, moisturizing and locking water, and after the skin moisturizing cream is used, a protective film can be formed on the surface of the skin to protect the skin from being damaged by dust and impurities in the air, so that the skin can be kept moist for a long time.
Only in the proportion, the moisturizing composition has better moisturizing effect.
As a preferred embodiment of the moisturizing composition of the present invention, the moisturizing repair composition further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.03 parts of sodium hyaluronate and 0.5 parts of oat beta-glucan.
Sodium hyaluronate is a sodium salt form of Hyaluronic Acid (HA), is a high molecular weight linear polysaccharide widely distributed in the extracellular matrix of connective tissues of animals and humans, and HAs important physical properties, namely high viscoelasticity, plasticity, permeability and good biocompatibility, due to its random coil state in solution and its hydrodynamic characteristics. When HA is added into cosmetics and applied to the skin surface, a viscoelastic transparent hydrated film is formed, the film HAs good water retention effect, like HA naturally existing in intercellular substance, the film can increase the moisture of the skin stratum corneum, and the moisture of the stratum corneum is closely related to the maintenance of skin health and defense function to external stimulation. And in addition, a part of HA can permeate into the dermis to regulate the skin metabolism and increase the moisture, smoothness, fineness and tenderness of the skin, thereby playing the role of anti-wrinkle, beauty and health care.
The oat beta-glucan is natural high polysaccharide, can form a transparent, elastic and breathable film on skin, can effectively isolate the damage of harmful substances in the environment to the skin, can fully lock water by a macromolecular structure, prevents water loss, and has high-efficiency moisture retention, so that the skin is moist and smooth.
In addition, the invention also provides a skin-care moisture-keeping mask which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of chitosan glycolate, 1-4 parts of glycerol, 1-4 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.03 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of oat beta-glucan, 0.07-0.3 part of suspending agent, 0.02-0.9 part of thickening agent, 0.5-1.3 parts of preservative, 0.01-0.3 of pH regulator and the balance of water.
The moisturizing composition is added into the facial mask formula, so that the moisturizing effect of the facial mask can be improved, and the moisturizing time of the facial mask can be prolonged.
As a preferred embodiment of the skin care and moisture retention mask of the present invention, the suspending agent is 0.06 to 0.2 parts by weight of xanthan gum and 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl cellulose.
The components of various natural extracts or industrial chemical synthetic substances contained in the cosmetics are complex, and the physical and chemical properties of the components are different, so that a suspending agent is required to be added in the process of forming the cosmetics to enable various components to achieve a constant plastic effect.
Xanthan gum is also known as xanthan gum and xanthan gum, and is an extracellular acidic heteropolysaccharide produced by fermentation of Xanthomonas campestris. Is a polysaccharide macromolecular compound consisting of D-glucose, D-mannose and D-glucuronic acid according to the ratio of 2:2:1, and the relative molecular mass is more than 100 ten thousand. The secondary structure of xanthan gum is that the side chain winds around the main chain skeleton reversely, and a rodlike double-spiral structure is formed through a hydrogen bond system. The xanthan gum sol molecule can form a super-bonding banded spiral copolymer to form a fragile gel-like network structure, so that the form of solid particles, liquid drops and bubbles can be supported, and the emulsion stabilizer has strong emulsification stability and high suspension capacity. The hydroxyethyl cellulose is white or light yellow, tasteless and nontoxic powder or fibrous solid; has the characteristics of good viscosity increasing, uniform medium, solution emulsifying, bonding, moisture volatilization reduction, protective colloid providing and the like.
As a preferable embodiment of the skin care and moisture retention mask of the present invention, the thickener is 0.01 to 0.3 parts by weight of carbomer and 0.01 to 0.6 parts by weight of sodium polyacrylate.
Carbomer is a high molecular polymer of acrylic acid bonded allyl sucrose or pentaerythritol allyl ether, is dissolved in water and then neutralized by a neutralizing agent to form salt, so that curled molecules are opened due to electric repulsion, the viscosity of the solution can be remarkably increased, and the carbomer has the effects of thickening, dispersing, emulsifying, suspending and protecting colloid. The sodium polyacrylate is obtained by polymerizing acrylic acid and esters thereof through aqueous solution, can improve the viscosity of a system, change the rheological form of a product, enhance the stability of the system and has good skin feel.
As a preferred embodiment of the skin-care moisture-keeping mask, the preservative comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4-0.8 part of a mixture consisting of propylene glycol, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, 1, 2-hexanediol and glyceryl caprylate.
The p-hydroxyacetophenone is mild, free of additive and free of irritant preservative, has the functions of resisting oxidation, tranquilizing and relieving, and has a synergistic effect when being compounded with other preservatives.
As a preferred embodiment of the skin-care moisture-keeping mask, the mass ratio of the propylene glycol, the caprylyl hydroximic acid, the 1, 2-hexanediol and the glyceryl caprylate is propylene glycol: caprylyl hydroximic acid: 1, 2-hexanediol: glyceryl caprylate 60-80: 12-14: 2-6: 2-4.
The molecular structural formulas of the propylene glycol, the glyceryl caprylate and the 1, 2-hexanediol all contain hydroxyl groups which are 1, 2-ortho hydroxyl groups, and the bacteriostatic action can be realized by destroying the structures of cell walls and cell membranes of microorganisms, inhibiting the synthesis of DNA and inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial protein. The octanoyl hydroximic acid is weak acid, and the bacteriostatic action mechanism is that hydroxyl hydrogen and oximido hydrogen can generate hydrogen ions, and cations are generated in an acidic or alkaline environment, so that the octanoyl hydroximic acid has the optimal carbon chain length capable of promoting the degradation of a cell membrane structure.
As a preferred embodiment of the skin care and moisture retention mask of the present invention, the pH adjusting agent is 0.01 to 0.3 parts by weight of triethanolamine.
Triethanolamine is an acid-base neutralization regulator, has certain influence on the pH value, and has a pH range of 4.0-8.5 according to the standard requirement of QB/T2872-2017, so the triethanolamine is selected as the pH regulator of the skin-care and moisture-preserving facial mask for preparing the facial mask with proper pH value.
In a third aspect, the invention also provides a preparation method of the skin-care moisture-keeping mask, which comprises the following steps: adding xanthan gum, p-hydroxyacetophenone, sodium hyaluronate, carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, oat beta-glucan, glycerol, methyl propylene glycol, sodium polyacrylate and water into a pot for homogeneous dissolution, then heating to 80-85 ℃ for heat preservation, then cooling, adding chitosan glycolate, triethanolamine and a mixture consisting of propylene glycol, caprylyl hydroximic acid, 1, 2-hexanediol and glyceryl caprylate, and uniformly stirring to obtain the skin-care and moisture-retention facial mask.
As a preferable embodiment of the preparation method of the skin-care and moisture-keeping mask, the heat preservation time is 30 min.
