(1) preparing a pepper extract: adding edible alcohol into the pepper residues according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:10(W: v), uniformly mixing, then putting into an aluminum foil bag, sealing, and performing ultrahigh pressure auxiliary extraction, wherein the ultrahigh pressure auxiliary extraction pressure is 100MPa, the pressure maintaining time is 10min, and the ultrasonic extraction is performed after the ultrahigh pressure auxiliary extraction, wherein the ultrasonic temperature is 45 ℃, the ultrasonic time is 30min, the ultrasonic frequency is 35kHz, and the ultrasonic power is 80W; performing suction filtration after ultrasonic extraction, collecting filtrate, centrifuging for 10min at the rotation speed of 4500r/min, collecting supernatant, performing reduced pressure rotary evaporation and concentration on the supernatant at 45 ℃, removing edible alcohol to obtain pepper residue extract, placing the pepper residue extract in a refrigerator at-20 ℃ for prefreezing, finally vacuumizing to 60pa, heating to 90 within 1h, maintaining the temperature for 6h, then cooling to 45 ℃ within 12h, and performing vacuum freeze drying under the condition of maintaining for 7h to obtain pepper extract;

Example 2
The composition tablet candy for relieving swelling and aching of gum comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of pepper extract, 25 parts of sea buckthorn freeze-dried powder, 40 parts of erythritol, 7 parts of ginger powder, 3 parts of honeysuckle powder, 20 parts of maltodextrin and 10 parts of magnesium stearate.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a pepper extract: adding edible alcohol into the pepper residues according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:15(W: v), uniformly mixing, then putting into an aluminum foil bag, sealing, and performing ultrahigh pressure auxiliary extraction, wherein the ultrahigh pressure auxiliary extraction pressure is 200MPa, the pressure maintaining time is 5min, and the ultrasonic extraction is performed after the ultrahigh pressure auxiliary extraction, wherein the ultrasonic temperature is 55 ℃, the ultrasonic time is 45min, the ultrasonic frequency is 25kHz, and the ultrasonic power is 60W; performing suction filtration after ultrasonic extraction, collecting filtrate, centrifuging for 8min at the rotation speed of 5000r/min, collecting supernatant, performing reduced pressure rotary evaporation and concentration on the supernatant at the temperature of 45 ℃, removing edible alcohol to obtain pepper residue extract, pre-freezing the pepper residue extract in a refrigerator at the temperature of-20 ℃, finally vacuumizing to 80pa, heating to 95 ℃ within 1.2h, keeping the temperature for 7h, then cooling to 50 ℃ within 13h, and performing vacuum freeze drying under the condition of keeping for 8h to obtain pepper extract;
(2) preparing a wet material: uniformly mixing 30 parts of the pepper extract, 25 parts of sea buckthorn freeze-dried powder, 40 parts of erythritol, 7 parts of ginger powder, 3 parts of honeysuckle powder and 20 parts of maltodextrin, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, removing large-particle substances, adding purified water for blending, and preparing into a wet material, wherein the wet material is suitable for being molded by holding the material by hand and is loose when touching as a judgment standard;
(3) preparing a tablet candy: granulating the wet material in a swing granulator, drying at 70 ℃, sieving with a 15-mesh sieve to obtain mixed granules after drying, uniformly mixing the mixed granules with 10 parts of magnesium stearate, and tabletting to obtain the tabletting candy.

(1) preparing a pepper extract: adding edible alcohol into the pepper residues according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:12(W: v), uniformly mixing, then putting into an aluminum foil bag, sealing, and performing ultrahigh pressure auxiliary extraction, wherein the ultrahigh pressure auxiliary extraction pressure is 150MPa, the pressure maintaining time is 10min, and the ultrasonic extraction is performed after the ultrahigh pressure auxiliary extraction, wherein the ultrasonic temperature is 50 ℃, the ultrasonic time is 40min, the ultrasonic frequency is 30kHz, and the ultrasonic power is 70W; performing suction filtration after ultrasonic extraction, collecting filtrate, centrifuging for 10min at the rotation speed of 5000r/min, collecting supernatant, performing reduced pressure rotary evaporation and concentration on the supernatant at the temperature of 45 ℃, removing edible alcohol to obtain pepper residue extract, pre-freezing the pepper residue extract in a refrigerator at the temperature of-20 ℃, finally heating to 95 ℃ within 1.2h after vacuumizing to 70pa, maintaining the temperature for 6h, then cooling to 50 ℃ within 12h, and performing vacuum freeze drying under the condition of maintaining for 7h to obtain pepper extract;
(2) preparing a wet material: uniformly mixing 25 parts of the pepper extract, 20 parts of sea buckthorn freeze-dried powder, 30 parts of erythritol, 5 parts of ginger powder, 5 parts of honeysuckle powder and 15 parts of maltodextrin, sieving by using a 100-mesh sieve, removing large-particle substances, adding purified water for blending to prepare a wet material, wherein the wet material is suitable for being molded by holding the material by hand and is loose when touching as a judgment standard;
(3) preparing a tablet candy: granulating the wet material in a swing granulator, drying at the temperature of 60 ℃, sieving the dried wet material with a 14-mesh sieve to obtain mixed granules after drying, and tabletting the mixed granules after uniformly mixing the mixed granules with 8 parts of magnesium stearate to obtain the tabletting candy.
Comparative example 1
Comparative sample 1: the tablet candy is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of pepper extract, 40 parts of erythritol and 10 parts of maltodextrin, the preparation method is the same as example 1;
comparative sample 2: the tablet candy is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of seabuckthorn freeze-dried powder, 40 parts of erythritol and 10 parts of maltodextrin, and the preparation method is the same as that of example 1;
comparative sample 3: the tablet candy is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of pepper extract, 3 parts of ginger powder, 6 parts of honeysuckle powder, 40 parts of erythritol and 10 parts of maltodextrin, and the preparation method is the same as that of example 1;
comparative sample 4: the tablet candy is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of sea-buckthorn freeze-dried powder, 3 parts of ginger powder, 6 parts of honeysuckle powder, 40 parts of erythritol and 10 parts of maltodextrin, and the preparation method is the same as that of example 1;
when 90 subjects were selected to use the tabletted candies obtained in example 1 of the present invention and the comparative samples 1 to 4 for the treatment test of swelling and aching of gum, the subjects all had significant symptoms of swelling and aching of gum, among them, patients with swelling and aching of gum caused by endocrine dyscrasia, patients with swelling and aching of gum caused by inflammation of gum caused by excessive internal heat or infection of oral bacteria.
90 subjects were randomized into 5 treatment groups of 18 patients per group, half-life men and women, average age 28 years, and course greater than 7 days. Treatment group 1 the tabletted candies prepared in example 1 (buccal for 1 tablet at a time of 0.6g for each tablet 3 times a day) were used, and treatment groups 2, 3, 4, and 5 the tabletted candies of comparative samples 1, 2, 3, and 4 (buccal for 1 tablet at a time of 0.6g for each tablet at a time of 3 times a day) were used for 7 days continuously, and the therapeutic effects were counted. The test results are shown in table 1:

And the target gingiva of the subjects in each of the above treatment groups was examined using a blunt periodontal probe, and scored according to the following scoring criteria, respectively, and then averaged. The scoring standard is that 0 is healthy gum without red swelling and bleeding; 1, slight inflammation, slight change of gum color, slight edema and slight probe without bleeding; 2, when the inflammation is moderate, the gum is red and swollen, and the probe can slightly probe the blood; 3, it is highly inflammatory, markedly red, edematous, ulcerated and prone to autohemorrhage. The average gingival index before and after treatment is shown in table 2:

As can be seen from Table 1, the symptoms of swelling and aching of gum completely disappeared after 2 days in 8 cases of treatment group 1, and the symptoms of swelling and aching of gum were obviously relieved in 10 cases; in the treatment group 2, after 3 days, the symptoms of the swelling and aching gum completely disappear, 12 cases of the swelling and aching gum obviously relieve, and 4 cases of the swelling and aching gum obviously do not improve or aggravate; in the treatment group 3, after 3 cases, the symptoms of the swelling and aching gum completely disappear, 13 cases of the swelling and aching gum obviously relieve, and 2 cases of the treatment group obviously do not improve or aggravate; in the treatment group 4, after 2 cases, the symptoms of the swelling and aching gum completely disappear after 5 days, 10 cases of the swelling and aching gum symptoms are obviously relieved, and 6 cases of the swelling and aching gum symptoms are obviously not improved or aggravated; in the treatment group 5, after 3 days, the symptoms of the swelling and aching gum completely disappear, 14 cases of the swelling and aching gum obviously relieve, and 1 case of the treatment group obviously has no improvement or aggravation.
The results show that the tabletted candy prepared by the invention has a good treatment effect on the symptoms of swelling and aching of gum caused by inflammation of gum due to endocrine dyscrasia, excessive internal heat or oral bacteria infection, and compared with tabletted candies of other formulas, the tabletted candy of the formula has the most remarkable effect of relieving the swelling and aching of gum.
In conclusion, the formula of the tablet candy has a synergistic effect on relieving the swelling and aching of the gum, the pepper extract is combined with the sea-buckthorn freeze-dried powder, so that the tablet candy fully exerts the advantages of the inflammation diminishing and pain relieving effects and the food therapy value, has good taste, can relieve the swelling and aching of the gum well, and solves the technical problems that the use of pain relieving medicines causes side effects, causes certain damage to human health and causes dependence on medicines after long-term use. The tablet candy prepared by the invention has a good treatment effect on the symptoms of swelling and aching of gum caused by inflammation of gum caused by endocrine dyscrasia, excessive internal heat or oral bacteria infection and the like, is a leisure snack, can be conveniently eaten, has multiple consumption scenes, has a wide application prospect, and brings huge economic benefits.

2. The composition for relieving swelling and aching of gum as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials by weight: 20-25 parts of pepper extract, 20-30 parts of sea-buckthorn freeze-dried powder, 3-5 parts of ginger powder and 5-6 parts of honeysuckle powder.
3. The composition for relieving swelling and aching of gum as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the zanthoxylum bungeanum extract is zanthoxylum bungeanum residue extract; the pepper residue extract is extracted from pepper residues serving as raw materials.
4. Use of the composition for relieving swelling and aching of gum according to claim 1 or 2 in the preparation of health products or food for relieving swelling and aching of gum.
5. The use according to claim 4, wherein the nutraceutical or food product is selected from the group consisting of tabletted confectioneries.

The composition tabletting candy for relieving swelling and aching of gum is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of pepper extract, 25-30 parts of sea-buckthorn freeze-dried powder, 3-7 parts of ginger powder, 3-6 parts of honeysuckle powder, 25-40 parts of erythritol, 10-20 parts of maltodextrin and 5-10 parts of magnesium stearate.

The composition tabletted candy as claimed in claim 6, wherein the tabletted candy comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of pepper extract, 20-30 parts of sea-buckthorn freeze-dried powder, 3-5 parts of ginger powder, 5-6 parts of honeysuckle powder, 30-40 parts of erythritol, 10-15 parts of maltodextrin and 5-8 parts of magnesium stearate.
