comparative sample 4: the tablet candy is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of sea-buckthorn freeze-dried powder, 3 parts of ginger powder, 6 parts of honeysuckle powder, 40 parts of erythritol and 10 parts of maltodextrin, and the preparation method is the same as that of example 1;
when 90 subjects were selected to use the tabletted candies obtained in example 1 of the present invention and the comparative samples 1 to 4 for the treatment test of swelling and aching of gum, the subjects all had significant symptoms of swelling and aching of gum, among them, patients with swelling and aching of gum caused by endocrine dyscrasia, patients with swelling and aching of gum caused by inflammation of gum caused by excessive internal heat or infection of oral bacteria.
90 subjects were randomized into 5 treatment groups of 18 patients per group, half-life men and women, average age 28 years, and course greater than 7 days. Treatment group 1 the tabletted candies prepared in example 1 (buccal for 1 tablet at a time of 0.6g for each tablet 3 times a day) were used, and treatment groups 2, 3, 4, and 5 the tabletted candies of comparative samples 1, 2, 3, and 4 (buccal for 1 tablet at a time of 0.6g for each tablet at a time of 3 times a day) were used for 7 days continuously, and the therapeutic effects were counted. The test results are shown in table 1:

And the target gingiva of the subjects in each of the above treatment groups was examined using a blunt periodontal probe, and scored according to the following scoring criteria, respectively, and then averaged. The scoring standard is that 0 is healthy gum without red swelling and bleeding; 1, slight inflammation, slight change of gum color, slight edema and slight probe without bleeding; 2, when the inflammation is moderate, the gum is red and swollen, and the probe can slightly probe the blood; 3, it is highly inflammatory, markedly red, edematous, ulcerated and prone to autohemorrhage. The average gingival index before and after treatment is shown in table 2:

As can be seen from Table 1, the symptoms of swelling and aching of gum completely disappeared after 2 days in 8 cases of treatment group 1, and the symptoms of swelling and aching of gum were obviously relieved in 10 cases; in the treatment group 2, after 3 days, the symptoms of the swelling and aching gum completely disappear, 12 cases of the swelling and aching gum obviously relieve, and 4 cases of the swelling and aching gum obviously do not improve or aggravate; in the treatment group 3, after 3 cases, the symptoms of the swelling and aching gum completely disappear, 13 cases of the swelling and aching gum obviously relieve, and 2 cases of the treatment group obviously do not improve or aggravate; in the treatment group 4, after 2 cases, the symptoms of the swelling and aching gum completely disappear after 5 days, 10 cases of the swelling and aching gum symptoms are obviously relieved, and 6 cases of the swelling and aching gum symptoms are obviously not improved or aggravated; in the treatment group 5, after 3 days, the symptoms of the swelling and aching gum completely disappear, 14 cases of the swelling and aching gum obviously relieve, and 1 case of the treatment group obviously has no improvement or aggravation.
The results show that the tabletted candy prepared by the invention has a good treatment effect on the symptoms of swelling and aching of gum caused by inflammation of gum due to endocrine dyscrasia, excessive internal heat or oral bacteria infection, and compared with tabletted candies of other formulas, the tabletted candy of the formula has the most remarkable effect of relieving the swelling and aching of gum.
In conclusion, the formula of the tablet candy has a synergistic effect on relieving the swelling and aching of the gum, the pepper extract is combined with the sea-buckthorn freeze-dried powder, so that the tablet candy fully exerts the advantages of the inflammation diminishing and pain relieving effects and the food therapy value, has good taste, can relieve the swelling and aching of the gum well, and solves the technical problems that the use of pain relieving medicines causes side effects, causes certain damage to human health and causes dependence on medicines after long-term use. The tablet candy prepared by the invention has a good treatment effect on the symptoms of swelling and aching of gum caused by inflammation of gum caused by endocrine dyscrasia, excessive internal heat or oral bacteria infection and the like, is a leisure snack, can be conveniently eaten, has multiple consumption scenes, has a wide application prospect, and brings huge economic benefits.

3. The composition for relieving swelling and aching of gum as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the zanthoxylum bungeanum extract is zanthoxylum bungeanum residue extract; the pepper residue extract is extracted from pepper residues serving as raw materials.
