From the above, when the content of the suaeda glauca seeds accounts for 16-18% of the total mass of the raw materials, the fat reducing effect and the muscle increasing effect are both obviously improved, when the content of the suaeda glauca seeds accounts for 15-16.5% of the total mass of the raw materials, the formed tea cake has a relatively excellent forming effect, and when the content of the suaeda glauca seeds accounts for 16.5% of the total mass of the raw materials, the fat reducing and muscle increasing effects are superior to those of 16%, so that the proportion of the content of the suaeda glauca seeds in the total mass of the raw materials is preferably 16.5%.

s2: after harvesting, preparing the suaeda salsa seeds, the suaeda salsa stems and leaves and the suaeda salsa tender shoots according to the weight ratio of 25-40 parts of the suaeda salsa seeds, 60-75 parts of the suaeda salsa stems and leaves and 80-90 parts of the suaeda salsa tender shoots, even 28-35 parts of the suaeda salsa seeds, 65-70 parts of the suaeda salsa stems and leaves and 85-90 parts of the suaeda salsa tender shoots, and controlling the lengths of the suaeda salsa stems and leaves to be 1.5-3.5 mm, even;
s3: taking 20-25% of the prepared suaeda salsa seeds out for squeezing treatment to obtain suaeda salsa seed oil for later use;

s7: mixing sterilized common seepweed seeds, common seepweed stems and leaves and common seepweed tender shoots in a mixing tank, controlling the rotating speed to be 30-50 r/min, controlling the mixing time to be 2-5 h, controlling the mixing temperature to be 40-50 ℃, and uniformly adding the common seepweed seed oil obtained in the step S3 in the period to obtain a mixed tea material;
s8: drying the mixed tea material for the second time, wherein the drying time is controlled to be 20-30 min, the drying temperature is controlled to be 65-75 ℃, and the temperature is kept for 25-30 min after drying, and the temperature is kept to be 50-55 ℃;
s9: and (4) placing the dried mixed tea material in a mould, and hot-pressing the tea material into a tea cake to obtain a final product.
2. The preparation process of seed tea according to claim 1, wherein the suaeda glauca seeds account for 15-18% by mass, even 16.5% by mass of the total mass of the raw materials.
