(20) and the plurality of first scraping teeth (17) are arranged in a staggered manner, a collection box (21) is placed inside the seal box (6), the collection box (21) is positioned at the right lower side of the material guide plate (19), a through groove which is longitudinally penetrated is arranged at the bottom end of the bottom plate (1) below the arc-shaped plate (13), and a first material guide hopper (22) is fixedly connected inside the through groove, the top end of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected with a fixed box (23) at the outer side of the through groove, the upper side of the inside of the fixed box (23) is provided with a rotating groove, the inside of the rotating groove is rotatably connected with a rotating ring (24), the inside of the rotating ring (24) is fixedly connected with a throwing barrel (25), the side wall of the throwing barrel (25) is provided with a plurality of meshes, the bottom end of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected with a front connecting plate (26) and a rear connecting plate (26) at the lower part of the through groove, the bottom end of the connecting plate (26) is fixedly connected with a third motor (27), the output end of the third motor (27) is fixedly connected with a fourth rotating shaft (28), the top end of the fourth rotating shaft (28) extends to the upper part of the connecting plate (26) and
