本发明涉及印刷设备技术领域,具体是指一种放卷速度可调的印刷设备。
背景技术
现有的印刷设备,其收卷和放卷的张力无法进行调节,收卷和放卷的速度也无法进行调节,致使打印介质进卷的平顺性不佳,影响印刷质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对上述问题,提供一种收卷和放卷张力可调、收卷和放卷速度可调、打印介质进卷平顺度好、印刷质量佳的放卷速度可调的印刷设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种放卷速度可调的印刷设备,包括左支架和右支架,所述左支架和右支架之间转动连接有放卷气涨轴和收卷气涨轴,所述放卷气涨轴位于收卷气涨轴上方,所述右支架外表面上设有放卷电机和收卷电机,所述放卷电机驱动放卷气涨轴,所述收卷电机驱动收卷气涨轴,所述右支架外表面上设有放卷电机控制器和收卷电机控制器,所述放卷电机控制器与放卷电机信号连接,所述收卷电机控制器与收卷电机信号连接,所述左支架和右支架内表面前端均设有滑槽一,所述滑槽一内滑动连接有收卷张力辊,所述滑槽一上端设有超声波传感器一,所述左支架和右支架上端之间设有打印平台,所述打印平台前后两侧分别设有导向辊一和进卷胶辊,所述左支架外表面上设有进卷电机和进卷电机控制器,所述进卷电机控制器与进卷电机信号连接,所述进卷电机驱动进卷胶辊,所述进卷胶辊下方设有导向辊二,所述导向辊二下方设有滑槽二,所述滑槽二内滑动连接有放卷张力辊,所述滑槽二上端设有超声波传感器二,所述滑槽二上方后侧设有导向辊三。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:该放卷速度可调的印刷设备工作时,进卷电机控制器发出信号控制进卷电机转动,通过进卷胶辊带动打印介质运动;打印介质在进卷时带动放卷张力辊在滑槽二内向上移动,超声波传感器二检测放卷张力辊位移距离并转换相应大小电压到放卷电机控制器,放卷电机控制器收到超声波传感器二的信号控制放卷电机的放卷速度,当放卷张力辊位移较小时,放卷速度相应较慢,当放卷张力辊位移较大时,放卷速度相应较快,可保证打印介质进卷的平顺性,放卷张力辊可保证打印介质受到的收卷和放卷张力的平衡;同时收卷电机控制器与收卷电机与放卷电机控制器与放卷电机以相同原理工作。
作为改进,所述进卷胶辊和导向辊二之间设有导向辊四,导向辊四对打印介质的运动方向进行导向。
作为改进,所述左支架和右支架下端设有导向辊五,导向辊五对打印介质的运动方向进行导向。
作为改进,所述导向辊五有两根,两根所述导线辊五在左支架和右支架下端前后对称分布,保证导向辊五对打印介质的导向作用。

所述进卷胶辊14和导向辊二17之间设有导向辊四22。
所述左支架1和右支架2下端设有导向辊五23。
所述导向辊五23有两根,两根所述导线辊五23在左支架1和右支架2下端前后对称分布。
本发明的工作原理:放卷速度可调的印刷设备工作时,进卷电机控制器发出信号控制进卷电机转动,通过进卷胶辊带动打印介质运动。打印介质在进卷时带动放卷张力辊在滑槽二内向上移动,超声波传感器二检测放卷张力辊位移距离并转换相应大小电压到放卷电机控制器,放卷电机控制器收到超声波传感器二的信号控制放卷电机的放卷速度,当放卷张力辊位移较小时,放卷速度相应较慢,当放卷张力辊位移较大时,放卷速度相应较快,可保证打印介质进卷的平顺性,放卷张力辊可保证打印介质受到的收卷和放卷张力的平衡。打印介质带动收卷张力辊在滑槽一内向上移动,超声波传感器一检测收卷张力辊位移距离并转换相应大小电压到收卷电机控制器,收卷电机控制器收到超声波传感器一的信号控制收卷电机的收卷速度,当收卷张力辊位移较小时,收卷速度相应较慢,当收卷张力辊位移较大时,收卷速度相应较快,可保证打印介质进卷的平顺性,收卷张力辊可保证打印介质受到的收卷和放卷张力的平衡。
