本发明提供一种防撞充电桩,包括箱体和安装座,箱体下方通过弹簧与安装座固定连接,箱体上方与固定柱固定连接,固定柱一端与雨伞固定连接,箱体上方与报警器电性连接,箱体一侧与显示屏电性连接,箱体一侧与控制面板电性连接,所述箱体一侧与红外线感应器电性连接,红外线感应器共设有两个,固定柱共设有两个。本发明提供的一种防撞充电桩具有红红外线感应器、报警器和闪光灯装置,能够自动识别车辆距离充电桩的位置,位置达到危险距离,报警器就会发出信号,同时闪光灯闪烁,发出具有提示车辆的信号,解决了充电桩不具有防撞的功能,在电动汽车停放充电时,容易导致充电桩受到撞击,造成充电桩出现损坏的问题。

本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,尤其涉及一种防撞充电桩。
背景技术
充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面,通常安装于公共建筑、商场、公共停车场和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。充电桩一般提供常规充电和快速充电两种充电方式,人们可以使用特定的充电卡在充电桩提供的人机交互操作界面上刷卡或使用第三方支付软件扫码使用,进行相应的充电方式、充电时间等操作,充电桩显示屏能显示充电量、费用、充电时间等数据。
现有的充电桩由于桩体没有撞击缓冲装置和防撞击装置,往往由于驾驶者操作不当而发生与充电桩碰撞的事件发生,,在受到外力撞击时容易对充电桩本身造成损坏,需要经常维修更换,造成人力物力浪费的问题,使得现有的充电桩无法在市场上得到广泛应用及认可。
因此,有必要提供一种防撞充电桩解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防撞充电桩,解决了现有的充电桩由于桩体没有撞击缓冲装置和防撞击装置,往往由于驾驶者操作不当而发生与充电桩碰撞的事件发生,在受到外力撞击时容易对充电桩本身造成损坏,需要经常维修更换,造成人力物力浪费的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种防撞充电桩,包括箱体和安装座,所述箱体下方通过弹簧与安装座固定连接,所述箱体上方与固定柱固定连接,所述固定柱一端与雨伞固定连接,所述箱体上方与报警器电性连接,所述箱体一侧与显示屏电性连接,所述箱体一侧与控制面板电性连接,所述箱体一侧与红外线感应器电性连接,所述红外线感应器共设有两个,所述固定柱共设有两个。
优选的,所述安装座还包括安装孔、弹簧孔、弹簧和闪光灯,所述安装座2一侧与括安装孔固定连接,所述弹簧一端与弹簧孔固定连接,所述安装座四周与闪光灯电性连接,所述弹簧孔共设有六个,所述弹簧共设有六个,所述闪光灯共设有四个。
优选的,所述箱体还包括防撞板、散热孔,充电枪和气囊,所述箱体前后表面通过螺钉与防撞板固定连接,所述箱体两侧与气囊固定连接,所述充电枪一端与箱体固定连接,所述防撞板共设有两个,所述气囊共设有两个。
优选的,所述气囊还包充气嘴和反光条,所述气囊上表面与充气嘴固定连接,所述气囊一侧与反光条间隙配合,所述反光条共有两个。
优选的,所述充电枪还包括把手和充电线,所述把手一端与充电枪固定连接,所述充电线一端与充电枪电性连接。

本发明提供一种防撞充电桩,通过采用红红外线感应器、报警器和闪光灯相结合的结构,能够自动识别车辆距离充电桩的位置,位置达到危险距离,报警器就会发出信号,同时闪光灯闪烁,发出具有提示车辆的信号,提醒车辆注意,避免发生碰撞,解决了现有充电桩不具有防撞警报的功能,在电动汽车停放充电时,容易导致充电桩受到撞击,造成充电桩出现损坏的问题。
本发明提供一种防撞充电桩,通过采用箱体表面安装的防撞板和气囊的装置,能够在充电桩受到意外撞击时,对箱体所受的力进行减缓,使箱体受到的撞击力减少,达到保护充电桩的作用,解决了现有的充电桩不具有防撞装置,在受到意外的轻微的撞击时,不能保护充电桩而导致充电桩损坏的问题。
本发明提供一种防撞充电桩,通过采用底座弹簧机构,由于弹簧具有弹性,从而使充电桩对于突然的冲击和高频振动具有良好的缓冲效果,解决了现有充电桩由于自身没有缓冲装置,不能应对突然的冲击以及不可预料的震动而导致充电桩内部结构损坏的问题。

请结合参阅图1、图2、图3,其中,图1为本发明提供的一种防撞充电桩的一种较佳实施例的结构示意图;图2为图1所示底座的结构示意图;图3为图1所示箱体的右视图示意图。一种防撞充电桩,包括箱体1和安装座2,箱体1下方通过弹簧与安装座2固定连接,箱体1上方与固定柱9固定连接,固定柱9一端与雨伞固定连接,箱体1上方与报警器4电性连接,箱体1一侧与显示屏13电性连接,箱体1一侧与控制面板11电性连接,箱体1一侧与红外线感应器10电性连接,红外线感应器10共设有两个,固定柱9共设有两个。
安装座2还包括安装孔5、弹簧孔15、弹簧16和闪光灯14,安装座2一侧与括安装孔5固定连接,弹簧16一端与弹簧孔15固定连接,安装座2四周与闪光灯14电性连接,弹簧孔15共设有六个,弹簧16共设有六个,闪光灯共设有四个。
箱体1还包括防撞板17、散热孔18,充电枪8和气囊20,箱体1前后表面通过螺钉与防撞板17固定连接,箱体1两侧与气囊20固定连接,充电枪8一端与箱体1固定连接,防撞板17共设有两个,气囊20共设有两个,采用箱体1表面安装的防撞板17和气囊20的装置,能够在充电桩受到意外撞击时,对箱体所受的力进行减缓,使箱体受到的撞击力减少,达到保护充电桩的作用。
气囊20还包充气嘴19和反光条22,气囊20上表面与充气嘴19固定连接,气囊20一侧与反光条22间隙配合,反光条22共有两个。
控制面板11还包括按钮12,按钮12一端与控制面板11间隙配合,使得本发明可通过控制面板11进行操控。
本发明提供的一种防撞充电桩的工作原理如下:操作人员把红外线感应器10调节到合适的高度,并安装气囊20和防撞板17,由于红外线感应器10可以感应车辆距离箱体1的距离,距离过近时,报警器4和闪光灯14就会发出信号,提醒车辆注意,当充电桩受到撞击时,气囊20和防撞板17会对箱体进行保护,防止箱体与撞击物体直接接触而导致箱体内部零件损坏,箱体1遇到猛烈撞击时,底座2中的弹簧16会减缓这个撞击,从而保护充电桩的正常运行。

1.一种防撞充电桩,包括箱体(1)和安装座(2),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)下方通过弹簧与安装座(2)固定连接,所述箱体(1)上方与固定柱(9)固定连接,所述固定柱(9)一端与雨伞固定连接,所述箱体(1)上方与报警器(4)电性连接,所述箱体(1)一侧与显示屏(13)电性连接,所述箱体(1)一侧与控制面板(11)电性连接,所述箱体(1)一侧与红外线感应器(10)电性连接,所述红外线感应器(10)共设有两个,所述固定柱(9)共设有两个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撞充电桩,其特征在于,所述安装座(2)还包括安装孔(5)、弹簧孔(15)、弹簧(16)和闪光灯(14),所述安装座(2)一侧与安装孔(5)固定连接,所述弹簧(16)一端与弹簧孔(15)固定连接,所述安装座(2)四周与闪光灯(14)电性连接,所述弹簧孔(15)共设有六个,所述弹簧(16)共设有六个,所述闪光灯共设有四个。
