Abstract
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,特别是一种高温高效离型特氟龙与尼龙多层复合材料,与现有技术相比,该高温高效离型特氟龙与尼龙多层复合材料结构为三层或者五层,当结构为三层时,第一层为特氟龙,特氟龙包括FEP或是ETFE,第二层为粘合树脂,第三层为PA6或PA66;当结构为五层时,第一层为特氟龙,第二层为粘合树脂,第三层为PA6或PA66,第四层为粘合树脂,第五层为特氟龙,采用特氟龙与尼龙相结合的多层结构,可大大提高薄膜的耐高温、拉伸强度等性能,而且具有很好的离型性能,能满足高温高压成型要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,特别是一种高温高效离型特氟龙与尼龙多层复合材料。
背景技术
在碳纤维复合材料成型工艺中都要用到成型薄膜,现有技术中的成型薄膜都是采用纯尼龙薄膜,这种纯尼龙薄膜的耐温性和拉伸强度等性能上都不足,不能满足高温高压的产品成型中。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中碳纤维复合材料成型中所存在的缺陷和问题,提供一种高温高效离型特氟龙与尼龙多层复合材料。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的一种高温高效离型特氟龙与尼龙多层复合材料其结构为三层或者五层,当结构为三层时,第一层为特氟龙,第二层为粘合树脂,第三层为PA6或PA66;当结构为五层时,第一层为特氟龙,第二层为粘合树脂,第三层为PA6或PA66,第四层为粘合树脂,第五层为特氟龙。
所述的特氟龙包括FEP或是ETFE。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种高温高效离型特氟龙与尼龙多层复合材料采用特氟龙与尼龙相结合的多层结构,可大大提高薄膜的耐高温、拉伸强度等性能,而且具有很好的离型性能,能满足高温高压成型要求。
具体实施方式:
本发明的一种高温高效离型特氟龙与尼龙多层复合材料的结构为三层或者五层,当结构为三层时,第一层为特氟龙,所述的特氟龙包括FEP或是ETFE,第二层为粘合树脂,第三层为PA6或PA66;当结构为五层时,第一层为特氟龙,第二层为粘合树脂,第三层为PA6或PA66,第四层为粘合树脂,第五层为特氟龙。
通过实验对比发现,普通的尼龙薄膜与带有特氟龙的复合薄膜在耐高温、拉伸强度等性能上有明显的区别,下表为对比数据:

通过上述的实验数据对比可知,增加了特氟龙的复合薄膜的各项性能比普通纯尼龙薄膜要强很多,能有效的保证成型薄膜的性能要求。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本发明的一种高温高效离型特氟龙与尼龙多层复合材料采用特氟龙与尼龙相结合的多层结构,可大大提高薄膜的耐高温、拉伸强度等性能,而且具有很好的离型性能,能满足高温高压成型要求。

1.一种高温高效离型特氟龙与尼龙多层复合材料,其特征在于:其结构为三层或者五层,当结构为三层时,第一层为特氟龙,第二层为粘合树脂,第三层为PA6或PA66;当结构为五层时,第一层为特氟龙,第二层为粘合树脂,第三层为PA6或PA66,第四层为粘合树脂,第五层为特氟龙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温高效离型特氟龙与尼龙多层复合材料,其特征在于:所述的特氟龙包括FEP或是ETFE。
