The conveying module 3 comprises a first conveying device 31, a second conveying device 32 and a third conveying device 33, the first conveying device 31 is arranged at a potato sorting outlet, potatoes are sorted by the sorting assembly 22 and then conveyed to the first conveying device 31, the first conveying device 31 is connected with the second conveying device 32, the second conveying device 32 is obliquely arranged, an inlet of the second conveying device 32 is arranged below an outlet of the first conveying device 31, an outlet of the second conveying device 32 is arranged above an inlet of the third conveying device 33, the third conveying devices 33 are multiple, and the third conveying devices 33 are sequentially connected to enable the potatoes to be conveyed into the storehouse 4.
The first conveying device 31 and the second conveying device 32 have the same structure as the first impurity conveying device 52 and the second impurity conveying device 53, and are not described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 8 to 12, a storage bin 41 is disposed in the storehouse 4, the storage bin 41 is used for storing potatoes, the storage bin 41 is connected to a refrigeration and moisture preservation module 42, and the refrigeration and moisture preservation module 42 can reduce the temperature in the storage bin 41 and maintain the humidity in the storage bin 41. The top of the storage bin 41 is provided with a ventilation fan 411, and the ventilation fan 411 can accelerate the air flow of the storage bin 41; the top of the storage bin 41 is also provided with a green light 412, and the probability of the green potatoes can be reduced through the irradiation of the green light 412.
Specifically, the cooling and moisturizing module 42 includes an air supply chamber 43, a cooling chamber 44 is disposed in the air supply chamber 43, the bottom of the wall of the air supply chamber 43 is connected to the storage compartment 41 through an air tunnel 45, and the low-temperature humid air generated by the cooling chamber 44 is first delivered into the air supply chamber 43 and then delivered into the storage compartment 41 through the air tunnel 45. As shown in fig. 12, a water reservoir 441 is disposed in the cooling chamber 44, a water pump 442 is disposed in the water reservoir 441, the water pump 442 is connected to the water inlet slot 461 of the water curtain wall 46 through a pipe 443, the pipe 443 is accommodated in the water inlet slot 461, a plurality of water outlet holes are disposed on a side wall of the pipe 443, water in the pipe 443 flows into the water inlet slot 461 through the water outlet holes, a plurality of water inlet holes are uniformly distributed at a bottom of the water inlet slot 461, water in the water inlet slot 461 flows onto the baffle 463 through the water inlet holes, a water discharge hole is disposed at a bottom of the water outlet slot 462, the water on the baffle 463 can flow into the water outlet slot 462, and then flows back into the water reservoir 441 through the water discharge hole.
The reservoir 441 of the present embodiment is disposed at the middle portion in the cooling chamber 44, and the pipe 443 is T-shaped to facilitate the supply of water; correspondingly, the drain hole is disposed in the middle of the outlet channel 462, and the height of the two ends of the outlet channel 462 is higher than the height of the middle of the outlet channel 462, so as to facilitate the drainage of water. Preferably, the water curtain walls 46, the water pump 442 and the pipes 443 are symmetrically disposed on two sets of walls on two sides of the cooling chamber 44, respectively, so as to improve the production efficiency of the low-temperature humid air.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the wind tunnel 45 in the storage compartment 41 is connected to the ventilation hood 8, a plurality of wind outlets are uniformly distributed on the ventilation hood 8, and the low-temperature humid air delivered from the wind delivery chamber 43 is uniformly delivered into the storage compartment 41 through the wind outlets. Preferably, the surface of the ventilation hood 8 is waved to increase the gap between the potatoes and the ventilation hood 8, thereby improving the ventilation effect of the ventilation hood 8.
When potato storage is carried out, firstly, a truck runs onto a vehicle placing table 11 through a guide table 13, a lifting assembly 12 lifts the vehicle placing table 11, the truck inclines, the potatoes fall into a conveying groove 21 under the action of gravity, the potatoes and impurities are conveyed to a sorting assembly 22 through a sorting conveying belt 23 for sorting, and the impurities fall onto an impurity conveying assembly through a gap of a sorting roller 25 and are finally conveyed into an impurity collecting box 51; the potatoes are conveyed to a first conveying device 31 through a sorting roller 25, then conveyed to a second conveying device 32 through the first conveying device 31, and finally conveyed to the storehouse 4 through a plurality of third conveying devices 33 for storage.
The potato unloading device is ingenious in structural design, high in automation degree and convenient to store potatoes, the potatoes can be unloaded in a dumping mode through the unloading module, and labor cost is greatly saved; the potatoes are sorted by the sorting module, most of soil and weeds can be removed, and the potatoes are directly conveyed into a storehouse by the conveying module, so that the labor force for carrying the potatoes is greatly reduced; the refrigeration and moisture preservation module is arranged in the storehouse, so that the stability of a potato storage environment can be kept, and the probability of potato deterioration is reduced.

The potato warehousing system of claim 2, wherein the vehicle platform is provided with a vehicle restraint assembly, the vehicle restraint assembly comprising a restraint block and a restraint cylinder, the restraint block being spaced apart from the restraint cylinder, and a rear wheel of a truck on the vehicle platform being receivable between the restraint block and the restraint cylinder.
