The driven rotating wheel central shaft 54 and the driving rotating wheel central shaft 55 are in sealed rotating fit with the side wall of the dip coating tank 3, and the driving rotating wheel central shaft 55 is further fixedly connected with an output shaft of a first motor (not shown in the figure), so that the driving rotating wheel 51 is driven.
The discharge end of the fruit conveying pipeline 4 is connected with the fruit output pipeline 6, and the fruit output pipeline 6 is used for conveying fruits to the outside of the dip coating groove 3, so that subsequent air drying operation is facilitated. In order to bring the coating liquid out of the dip coating tank 3 as little as possible, the fruit output pipeline 6 is arranged obliquely and upwards relative to the fruit conveying pipeline 4, the feeding end of the fruit conveying pipeline 4 is soaked in the coating liquid, and the discharging end extends to the position above the liquid level of the coating liquid and outside the dip coating tank 3.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the second fruit conveying mechanism 7 is provided on the fruit output pipeline 6 in the present embodiment, so as to convey the fruit out of the dip coating tank 3. The second fruit conveying mechanism 7 comprises two rows of fruit pushing wheels 71 respectively arranged at the bottom side and the top side of the fruit output pipeline 6, the axial extending direction of the fruit pushing wheels 71 is parallel to the axial extending direction of the driving rotating wheel 51, the rotating direction of all the fruit pushing wheels 71 in the same row is the same, the rotating directions of the two rows of fruit pushing wheels 71 are opposite, and a fruit output channel is formed between the two rows of fruit pushing wheels 71.
The fruit pushing wheel 71 is installed in the following manner: two second accommodating openings 61 for accommodating the fruit pushing wheels 71 are oppositely arranged on the bottom side and the top side of the fruit output pipeline 6, one end of the central shaft 73 of the fruit pushing wheel is in rotating fit with the fruit output pipeline 6, and the other end of the central shaft is in sealing rotating fit with the side wall of the dip coating groove 3.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the fruit pushing wheel 71 at the bottom side of the fruit output duct 6 rotates: a first driving gear 72 is fixedly arranged on the driving rotating wheel central shaft 55, first driven gears 74 are fixedly arranged on the fruit pushing wheel central shaft 73, a first transmission gear 75 meshed with the first driven gear 74 and the first driving gear 72 is arranged between the first driving gear 72 and the first driven gear 74, and the first transmission gear central shaft 76 is in sealed rotating fit with the side wall of the dip coating groove 3; a second transmission gear 77 meshed with the two adjacent first driven gears 74 is arranged between the two adjacent first driven gears 74, and a central shaft 78 of the second transmission gear is also in sealed rotating fit with the side wall of the dip coating tank 3. Thus, when the first motor drives the driving wheel center shaft 55 to rotate, the first driving gear 72 also drives one fruit pushing wheel 71 to rotate through the engagement of the first driving gear 75 and the first driven gear 74, and then drives the other fruit pushing wheels 71 to rotate through the engagement of the second driving gear 77 and the first driven gear 74.
And for the fruit pushing wheel 71 at the top side of the fruit output pipeline 6, the rotation mode is as follows: a second driving gear 79 is fixedly mounted on one of the fruit pushing wheel central shafts 73, and the fruit pushing wheel central shaft 73 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a second motor (not shown in the figure); and a second driven gear 710 is fixedly arranged on the central shaft 73 of the other fruit propelling wheel, a third transmission gear 711 which can be meshed with the second driving gear 79 and the second driven gear 710 simultaneously is arranged between the second driven gear 710 and the second driving gear 79, a third transmission gear 711 which can be meshed with the two adjacent second driven gears 710 is also arranged between the two adjacent second driven gears 710, and the central shaft 712 of the third transmission gear is in sealed rotating fit with the side wall of the dip coating groove 3.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an air box 8 is provided outside the dip coating tank 3, an air inlet 81 is provided at the top of the air box 8, an air outlet 82 is provided at the bottom of the air box 8, and a fan 83 for driving air to flow inside and outside the air box 8 is provided in the fan 83 and between the air inlet 81 and the air outlet 82 in the box 8. The discharge end of the fruit output pipeline 6 is connected with an air drying pipeline 9 penetrating through the air box 8, the air drying pipeline 9 is obliquely arranged in the air box 8, and a plurality of ventilation openings 91 are formed in the pipe wall.
A coating liquid recovery port 84 is formed at the bottom of the bellows 8, and a coating liquid recovery pipeline 85 is connected between the coating liquid recovery port 84 and the dip coating tank 3; the air outlet 82 is provided with an extension sleeve 86 positioned in the air box 8, and after the coating liquid is accumulated at the bottom of the air box 8, the coating liquid can only flow out from the coating liquid recovery port 84 and cannot flow out from the air outlet 82 in the extension sleeve 86, so that the waste of the coating liquid is avoided.
In this embodiment, the inner diameters of the collecting pipeline 16, the fruit conveying pipeline 4, the fruit output pipeline 6 and the air drying pipeline 9 are all adapted to the outer diameter of the fruit to be coated poured into the feeding hopper, and the fruit to be coated can only pass through the collecting pipeline 16, the fruit conveying pipeline 4, the fruit output pipeline 6 and the air drying pipeline 9 one by one.
The working principle of the fruit screening and fresh-keeping film coating machine of the embodiment is as follows:
pouring fruits to be coated into a feed hopper 15, wherein the fruits to be coated fall onto a second conveyor belt 14 of the uppermost screening unit, and the fruits to be coated with the grain diameter larger than that of the second conveyor belt 14 are intercepted on the second conveyor belt 14, conveyed into a material collecting pipeline 16 by the second conveyor belt 14 and enter a corresponding fruit conveying pipeline 4 through a material outlet; the fruits to be coated with the film, the particle sizes of which are smaller than the distance between the second conveyor belts 14, fall onto the second conveyor belt 14 of the next layer of screening unit, and the steps are repeated, so that the finally screened fruits to be coated with the film of the three specifications enter the corresponding fruit conveying pipelines 4;
after the coated fruits enter the fruit conveying pipeline 4, the fruits move to the discharge end of the fruit conveying pipeline 4 under the action of the first conveyor belt 53, and the coating liquid filled in the fruit conveying pipeline 4 coats the fruits in the process; the fruits moving to the discharge end of the fruit conveying pipeline 4 enter the fruit output channel under the action of the two rows of fruit pushing wheels 71 and gradually climb into the air drying channel; the coated fruits are rolled one by one along the obliquely arranged air drying channel at the discharge end, and the fan 83 in the air box 8 dries the capsule on the surface of the fruits in the process.

and a third transmission gear (711) meshed with the second driving gear (79) and the second driven gear (710) and meshed with two adjacent second driven gears (710), wherein the central shaft of the third transmission gear (711) is in sealed rotating fit with the side wall of the dip coating tank (3).
