Abstract
A Chinese medicinal patch is prepared from bee venom, propolis, herba Taraxaci, radix Puerariae, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, radix Clematidis, herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae, radix Angelicae sinensis, radix Tripterygii Wilfordii, sanguis Draxonis, semen Sinapis Albae, ramulus Cinnamomi, rhizoma corydalis, and caulis Spatholobi. The bee venom and the eucommia bark in the invention are used together with the ligusticum wallichii and the salvia miltiorrhiza to mainly counteract poison with poison, promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, dispel wind and remove dampness. The plaster can be used for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis, cervical vertebra, waist and leg, sciatica and rheumatism, wherein the semen brassicae component can play a role in generating heat after contacting the skin without damaging the skin, and in addition, the propolis and the dandelion in the formula enable the plaster to achieve the effects of diminishing inflammation and resisting allergy, so that the phenomenon that most people are allergic to the plaster in the past is solved. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical patches, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition patch and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The black plaster is an external preparation for being pasted on the skin by refining medicinal materials, edible vegetable oil and red lead to prepare a paste and spreading the paste on a backing material. It has protective, sealing and therapeutic effects, thick ointment layer, and long-lasting effect. The modern Chinese medicine is mainly a black plaster which is mainly used for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and is externally applied to treat the diseases. The principle of treatment is conservative therapy, and it has been reported that about 90% of cases are cured by conservative therapy. Aiming at the conservative therapy, the traditional Chinese medicine can use a black plaster patch. However, the black plaster has limited effects and cannot be reused, so that the black plaster has limitations.

1-3 parts of bee venom, 2-4 parts of propolis, 3-4 parts of dandelion, 3-4 parts of radix puerariae, 2-3 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 6-7 parts of radix clematidis, 2-3 parts of garden balsam stem, 2-4 parts of angelica, 1-2 parts of tripterygium wilfordii, 1-2 parts of dragon's blood, 1-2 parts of brassica juncea, 1-2 parts of cassia twig, 1-2 parts of rhizoma corydalis and 2-3 parts of caulis spatholobi.
A preparation method of a Chinese medicinal composition patch comprises the following steps:
1) taking bee venom, propolis, dandelion, kudzu root, ligusticum wallichii, radix clematidis, garden balsam stem, angelica, thunder god vine, dragon's blood, mustard seed, cassia twig, corydalis tuber and caulis spatholobi, drying the raw materials, and grinding into ultrafine powder of 800 meshes;
2) placing the superfine powder obtained in step 1) into a container, decocting at high temperature to obtain paste, cooling, and coating on medical non-woven fabric loaded in advance to obtain Chinese medicinal composition patch;
3) the Chinese medicinal composition patch in the step 2) can be repeatedly used for 2-3 times after being baked at high temperature after being used.
Preferably, the bee venom is pungent, bitter and mild in property. Bee venom has inhibitory effect on nervous system, and the Andreotide component in bee venom is an antagonist for prostate gland E, and has strong antiinflammatory and analgesic activities. (1) By inhibiting microsomal cyclooxygenase (prostaglandin synthetase), prostaglandin synthesis is inhibited. The effect of inhibiting brain cyclooxygenase is 70 times of that of indomethacin. (2) By binding with opioid receptors in the brain, analgesic action is exerted through the central nerve.
Preferably, the propolis is bitter, pungent and cold in nature. Invigorating spleen and stomach channels, tonifying asthenia, eliminating turbid urine, and quenching thirst; it is used externally to relieve swelling and remove toxicity. It can be used for treating asthenia, senilism, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes; it can be used for external treatment of chapped skin, burn and scald.
Preferably, the rhizoma ligustici wallichii, pungent, warm, fragrant and dry in flavor, is used for activating blood and promoting qi circulation, and dispelling wind and relieving pain. It is indicated for wind-cold headache, dizziness, hypochondriac pain, abdominal pain, cold arthralgia, spasm of tendons, amenorrhea, dystocia, postpartum pain due to blood stasis, carbuncle, cellulitis, sore and ulcer. Can be used for treating menoxenia, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, pricking pain in chest and hypochondrium, traumatic injury, swelling and pain, headache, and rheumatalgia.
Preferably, the garden balsam stem has the effects of dispelling wind and removing dampness, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, and detoxifying and removing rash. Folk uses the whole herb as medicine to treat cold and traumatic injury, and externally treats carbuncle, eczema and scabies.
Preferably, the tripterygium wilfordii is bitter and cold in nature, has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, dispelling wind and dredging collaterals, relaxing muscles and tendons and promoting blood circulation and the like, and is used for treating rheumatoid arthritis and nephritis.
Preferably, the clematis root is pungent, salty, warm and toxic; it enters bladder meridian. A traditional Chinese medicine composition patch is prepared from the following raw material medicines in parts by weight:
2 parts of bee venom, 3 parts of propolis, 3 parts of dandelion, 3 parts of kudzu root, 3 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 7 parts of radix clematidis, 2 parts of garden balsam stem, 4 parts of angelica, 2 parts of tripterygium wilfordii, 2 parts of dragon's blood, 2 parts of brassica juncea, 2 parts of cassia twig, 1 part of corydalis tuber and 3 parts of caulis spatholobi.
The method for preparing the Chinese medicinal composition patches of the above embodiments 1-4 comprises the following steps:

2) placing the superfine powder obtained in step 1) into a container, decocting at high temperature to obtain paste, cooling, and coating on medical non-woven fabric loaded in advance to obtain Chinese medicinal composition patch;
3) the Chinese medicinal composition patch in the step 2) can be repeatedly used for 2-3 times after being baked at high temperature after being used.
