Abstract
A Chinese medicinal patch is prepared from bee venom, propolis, herba Taraxaci, radix Puerariae, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, radix Clematidis, herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae, radix Angelicae sinensis, radix Tripterygii Wilfordii, sanguis Draxonis, semen Sinapis Albae, ramulus Cinnamomi, rhizoma corydalis, and caulis Spatholobi. In the invention, bee venom, eucommia ulmoides, szechuan lovage rhizome and red sage root are used together, and mainly have the effects of detoxifying, activating blood and dissolving stasis, dispelling wind and removing dampness. The plaster has the effects of dredging meridian and collaterals, and can be used for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis, cervical vertebra, waist and leg, sciatica and rheumatic lesions, wherein the semen brassicae component can play a role in heating after contacting skin without hurting skin, and in addition, the propolis and dandelion in the formula can enable the plaster to achieve the effects of diminishing inflammation and resisting allergy, so that the phenomenon that most people are allergic to the plaster in the past is solved. Meanwhile, compared with the traditional black plaster, the plaster can be torn off and baked by fire, so that each plaster can be reused for 2-3 times.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical patches, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition patch and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The black plaster is an external preparation which is prepared by refining medicinal materials, edible vegetable oil and red lead into paste, spreading the paste on a backing material and applying the paste on skin. It has protecting, sealing and therapeutic effects, and has thick paste layer and lasting effect. The modern Chinese medicine mainly adopts 'black plaster' for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and externally applying the medicine for treating the diseases. The principle of treatment is conservative therapy, and about 90% of cases have been reported to be cured by conservative therapy. For the conservation therapy, a black plaster patch is used in the traditional Chinese medicine. However, the "black plaster" has a limited effect and cannot be reused, so that there is a limitation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition patch and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a Chinese medicinal composition patch is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1-3 parts of bee venom, 2-4 parts of propolis, 3-4 parts of dandelion, 3-4 parts of kudzuvine root, 2-3 parts of szechuan lovage rhizome, 6-7 parts of clematis root, 2-3 parts of garden balsam stem, 2-4 parts of Chinese angelica, 1-2 parts of tripterygium wilfordii, 1-2 parts of dragon's blood, 1-2 parts of brassica juncea, 1-2 parts of cassia twig, 1-2 parts of rhizoma corydalis and 2-3 parts of suberect spatholobus stem.
A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine composition patch comprises the following steps:
1) Taking bee venom, propolis, dandelion, kudzuvine root, szechuan lovage rhizome, clematis root, garden balsam stem, chinese angelica, common threewingnut root, dragon's blood, yellow mustard seed, cassia twig, rhizoma corydalis and suberect spatholobus stem, drying the raw materials, and grinding into 500-800 mesh ultrafine powder;
2) Placing the superfine powder in the step 1) into a container, decocting at high temperature to form paste, cooling, and coating on medical non-woven fabric yarns prepared in advance to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine composition patch;
3) After the traditional Chinese medicine composition plaster in the step 2) is used, the plaster can be repeatedly used for 2-3 times after being baked at high temperature.
Preferably, the bee venom is pungent, bitter and flat. The bee venom has an inhibitory effect on a nervous system, and an Andulcitol component in the bee venom is an antagonist of the prostate E and has strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities. (1) By inhibiting microsomal cyclooxygenase (prostaglandin synthase), prostaglandin synthesis is inhibited. The inhibition of brain cyclooxygenase was 70 times that of indomethacin. (2) By binding to the opioid receptors in the brain, analgesic effects are exerted through the central nerve.
Preferably, the propolis is bitter, pungent and cold in nature. Is effective in invigorating spleen and stomach meridian, and can be used for treating asthenia, turbid pathogen and lipid, and quenching thirst; it is used externally to detoxify and detumescence. Is used for treating deficiency, senilism, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes; it can be used for treating chapped skin, burn and scald.
Preferably, the ligusticum wallichii is spicy, warm and fragrant and dry, and is used for activating blood and promoting qi circulation, dispelling wind and relieving pain. For headache, dizziness, hypochondriac pain, abdominal pain, cold arthralgia, spasm of tendons, amenorrhea, dystocia, puerperal stasis, block pain, carbuncle, cellulitis and pyocutaneous disease. Can be used for treating menoxenia, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, chest and hypochondrium pain, traumatic injury, headache, and rheumatalgia.
Preferably, the garden balsam stem has the effects of dispelling wind and removing dampness, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, and detoxifying and removing eruption. The Chinese herbal medicines are used as medicines for folk use, and are used for treating common cold, traumatic injury, and external use for treating toxic sore, eczema and scabies.
Preferably, the tripterygium wilfordii has bitter and cold properties, has the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, dispelling wind and dredging collaterals, relaxing tendons and activating blood circulation and the like, and is used for treating rheumatoid arthritis and nephritis.
Preferably, the radix clematidis is pungent, salty, warm and toxic; enter bladder meridian. Has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, dredging collaterals, relieving pain, eliminating phlegm water, and dispelling lump accumulation. It is commonly used for stubborn arthralgia due to gout, rheumatalgia and numbness of limbs.
Preferably, the dragon's blood is pungent, salty, flat and slightly toxic. Is mainly used for dispelling blood stasis, relieving pain, stopping bleeding and promoting granulation. Treating traumatic injury, internal injury, blood stasis and pain; the traumatic hemorrhage is not enough, scrofula and ecthyma are not mixed for a long time.
Preferably, the delay Hu Suoju has the effects of promoting blood circulation, promoting qi circulation and relieving pain, and is used for treating chest and hypochondrium pain, epigastric pain, chest pain, amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea, postpartum blood stasis and traumatic injury.
The waste plaster can be soaked in boiled water after the plaster is applied for 2-3 times, and the plaster is used for soaking feet after being melted, thereby having the effects of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and treating beriberi.
