方剂中苍耳性味苦，入肺、脾、肝经，祛风散热、除湿解毒；辛夷性温，味辛，归肺、胃经，驱风散寒，宣通鼻窍；鹅不食草辛、温，入手太阴经气分，散发风寒，通鼻窍，解毒止痒；黄连、黄柏、黄芩清热燥湿，泻火解毒；荆芥穗疏风清热，活血止血；甘草性味甘平，入脾、胃、心、肺经，益气补中，调和诸药；扑尔敏能对抗过敏反应，适用于皮肤过敏症，各类湿疹、药疹、过敏性鼻炎、药物及食物过敏；双氯灭痛解热镇痛，抗菌消炎；地塞米松抗炎、抗过敏，上述药物为主药；石膏清热泻火，除烦止渴；冰片通窍止痛，消肿排脓；白芷散风除湿，通窍止痛，消肿排脓；生地清热凉血；牛黄清热解毒；薄荷解热祛暑，疏肝解郁，提神醒脑，止痒，消炎抗菌；连翘清热解毒，散结消肿；菊花散发风热，清肝明目，清热解毒；当归补血和血；赤芍清热凉血，活血祛瘀；栀子清热泻火，凉血；川芎活血行气，祛风止痛；大黄泻火通肠，凉血解毒，逐瘀痛经，桔梗开宣肺气，祛痰排脓，上述药物为辅药。
本发明药物的制法是将上述配方中药粉碎后混合均匀，取一定量加入西药灌制胶囊，也可以制成片剂或其它剂型。
由于本发明采用了中西合剂，既治标又治本，能较快清除鼻腔内炎症及过敏原，迅速缓解鼻噻、鼻痒、流鼻涕、打喷嚏、鼻腔水肿等症状，嗅觉消失逐渐好转，本发明药物成本低，疗效显著，服用方便。
具体实施方式
本发明一种治疗鼻炎的药剂包括：苍耳 50g、辛夷100g、鹅不食草100 g、黄连15g、黄柏10 g、黄芩50 g、荆芥穗15 g、甘草30 g、石膏80 g、冰片10 g、白芷15 g、生地60 g、牛黄2 g、薄荷30 g、连翘50 g、菊花40 g、当归50 g、赤芍15 g、栀子50 g、川穹15 g、大黄80g、桔梗15 g、扑尔敏1.68g、双氯灭痛10.5 g、地塞米松0.3 g。
制备方法：将苍耳 50g、辛夷100g、鹅不食草100 g、黄连15 g、黄柏10 g、黄芩50g、荆芥穗15 g、甘草30 g、石膏80 g、冰片10 g、白芷15 g、生地60 g、牛黄2 g、薄荷30 g、连翘50 g、菊花40 g、当归50 g、赤芍15 g、栀子50 g、川穹15 g、大黄80 g、桔梗15 g药物粉碎后混合均匀，取112 g加入扑尔敏1.68g、双氯灭痛10.5 g、地塞米松0.3 g，可灌制胶囊400粒。
本发明也可以制成片剂或其它剂型。
以下通过临床观察试验，进一步阐述本发明的有益效果：
1、本发明药剂治疗鼻炎类患者200例，男女各100，年龄自10岁至60岁。临床症状：由于肌体的抵抗力下降致病微生物感染或风寒风热的侵袭及刺激性气味引起的过敏症状，可出现鼻噻、鼻痒、流鼻涕、头昏脑胀、周身无力、嗅觉消失或减退等症状；
2、服用方法
每次1粒，每日3次，十天为一疗程，轻者1-2疗程，重者2-3个疗程治愈；
3、治疗标准
治愈：上述症状消失，嗅觉功能恢复且系统免疫力增强，鼻炎不易复发；
显效：上述症状得以缓解，发作次数明显减少，抵抗力有所增强；
无效：上述症状无改变；
4、治愈率
治愈65%，有效35%，无效0例，总有效率达100%。

1.一种治疗鼻炎的药剂，其特征在于：该药剂包括：苍耳 50g、辛夷100g、鹅不食草100g、黄连15 g、黄柏10 g、黄芩50 g、荆芥穗15 g、甘草30 g、石膏80 g、冰片10 g、白芷15 g、生地60 g、牛黄2 g、薄荷30 g、连翘50 g、菊花40 g、当归50 g、赤芍15 g、栀子50 g、川穹15g、大黄80 g、桔梗15 g、扑尔敏1.68g、双氯灭痛10.5 g、地塞米松0.3 g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗鼻炎的药剂， 其特征在于：该药剂的制备方法是将苍耳 50g、辛夷100g、鹅不食草100 g、黄连15 g、黄柏10 g、黄芩50 g、荆芥穗15 g、甘草30g、石膏80 g、冰片10 g、白芷15 g、生地60 g、牛黄2 g、薄荷30 g、连翘50 g、菊花40 g、当归50 g、赤芍15 g、栀子50 g、川穹15 g、大黄80 g、桔梗15 g药物粉碎后混合均匀，取112 g加入扑尔敏1.68g、双氯灭痛10.5 g、地塞米松0.3 g，可灌制胶囊400粒。
