Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗鼻炎的药剂，该药剂包括：苍耳55g、辛夷100g、荆芥15 g、扑尔敏1.68g、薄荷30 g、牡丹皮15 g、芥子15 g、冰片15 g、鹅不食草100 g、双氯灭痛10.5 g、黄芩65 g、天花粉40g、白芷15 g、蒲公英50 g、菊花40 g、当归50 g、栀子50 g、川穹15 g、大黄80g、甘草30 g、牡蛎30 g。本发明将上述中药粉碎后混合均匀，取一定量加入西药灌制胶囊或制成其它剂型。本发明采用了中西药合剂，标本兼治，通过科学配伍，施量精准，选材精良，工艺简洁，原始环保，确保药效，能快速清除鼻腔内炎症及过敏原，修复鼻黏膜，迅速缓解鼻噻、鼻痒、流鼻涕、打喷嚏、鼻腔水肿、头昏脑涨等诸多症状，本发明药物成本低廉，疗效显著，服用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药制剂领域，具体涉及一种治疗鼻炎的药剂。
背景技术
鼻炎一年四季均有发作，临床表现为打喷嚏、流鼻涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、鼻黏膜水肿、入睡困难、头昏脑涨、腭、耳、咽、眼角奇痒等病症，是临床上的常见病和多发病，其发病率可达5%左右，严重影响人们的生活和工作，该病受到身体免疫力低下、系统性紊乱、鼻腔通气不畅、鼻腔黏膜过敏及空气污染等因素的影响，限制了该病的治疗效果，因此临床上只说控制该病，而不用治愈这一术语。临床上主要是用消炎药和抗生素，消炎药只是对表面上的治疗，抗生素又是限制性用药，虽然现在市场上开发出一些疗效好，见效快的化学药物，但由于患者长期治疗，不可避免的出现毒副作用，造成人体损伤，多是治标不治本，让广大患者苦不堪言，因此鼻炎的治疗是一种长期治疗，需要一种有效的中西药制剂，实现标本兼治。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本低廉，工艺环保，疗效显著，服用方便的治疗鼻炎的中西合剂药物。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：一种治疗鼻炎的药剂包括：苍耳 55g、辛夷100g、荆芥15 g、扑尔敏1.68g、薄荷30 g、牡丹皮15 g、芥子15 g、冰片15 g、鹅不食草100g、双氯灭痛10.5 g、黄芩65 g、天花粉40g、白芷15 g、蒲公英50 g、菊花40 g、当归50 g、栀子50 g、川穹15 g、大黄80g、甘草30 g、牡蛎30 g。
方剂中苍耳散寒解表，宣通鼻窍，除湿解毒；辛夷驱风散寒，宣通鼻窍；荆芥疏风清热，透疹消疮，活血止血；扑尔敏能对抗过敏反应，适用于过敏性鼻炎、药物及食物过敏，上述为主药；薄荷解热祛暑，疏肝解郁，提神醒脑，利咽止痒，消炎抗菌；牡丹皮清热凉血，滋阴降火，解毒散结；芥子温肺豁痰利气，散结通络止痛；冰片通窍止痛，消肿排脓；鹅不食草散发风寒，宣通鼻窍，解毒止痒；双氯灭痛解热镇痛，抗菌消炎；黄芩清热燥湿，泻火解毒，黄芩中的黄芩苷具有抗过敏，抗菌消炎，抗氧化等作用；天花粉清热泻火，生津止渴，消肿排脓；白芷散风除湿，通窍止痛，消肿排脓；蒲公英清热解毒，消肿散结，利尿通淋；菊花散发风热，清肝明目，清热解毒；当归补血和血，调经止痛，润肠通便；栀子清热泻火；川芎活血行气，祛风止痛；大黄泻火通肠，凉血解毒，逐瘀痛经；甘草益气补中，调和诸药；牡蛎潜阳补阴，益智补钙，软坚散结，提高人体免疫力，上述药物为辅药。
本发明药物的制法是将上述配方中药粉碎后混合均匀，取一定量加入西药灌制胶囊，也可以制成片剂或其它剂型。
由于本发明采用了中西药合剂，标本兼治，通过科学配伍，施量精准，选材精良，工艺简洁，原始环保，确保药效，能快速清除鼻腔内炎症及过敏原，修复鼻黏膜，迅速缓解鼻噻、鼻痒、流鼻涕、打喷嚏、鼻腔水肿、头昏脑涨等诸多症状，本发明药物成本低廉，疗效显著，服用方便。
具体实施方式
本发明一种治疗鼻炎的药剂包括：苍耳 55g、辛夷100g、荆芥15 g、扑尔敏1.68g、薄荷30 g、牡丹皮15 g、芥子15 g、冰片15 g、鹅不食草100 g、双氯灭痛10.5 g、、黄芩65 g、天花粉40g、白芷15 g、蒲公英50 g、菊花40 g、当归50 g、栀子50 g、川穹15 g、大黄80g、甘草30 g、牡蛎30 g。
制备方法：将苍耳 55g、辛夷100g、荆芥15 g、薄荷30 g、牡丹皮15 g、芥子15 g、冰片15 g、鹅不食草100 g、黄芩65 g、天花粉40g、白芷15 g、蒲公英50 g、菊花40 g、当归50g、栀子50 g、川穹15 g、大黄80g、甘草30 g、牡蛎30 g的药物粉碎后混合均匀，取112 g加入扑尔敏1.68g、双氯灭痛10.5 g再次混合均匀后灌制胶囊400粒。
本发明也可以制成片剂或其它剂型。
以下通过临床观察试验，进一步阐述本发明的有益效果：
1、本发明药剂治疗鼻炎类患者800例，男女各400，年龄自10岁至60岁。临床症状：由于肌体的抵抗力下降、微生物感染、空气污染及刺激性气味引起的鼻炎症状，可出现鼻噻、鼻痒、打喷嚏、流鼻涕、头昏脑胀、周身无力、嗅觉下降或消失等症状；
2、服用方法
每次1粒，每日3次，十天为一疗程，轻者1-2疗程，重者2-3个疗程可治愈；
3、治疗标准
治愈：上述症状消失，嗅觉功能恢复且系统免疫力增强，鼻炎不易复发；
显效：上述症状得以缓解，发作次数明显减少，抵抗力有所增强；
无效：上述症状无改变；
4、治愈率
治愈65%，有效34%，无效1例，总有效率达99%。

1.一种治疗鼻炎的药剂，其特征在于：该药剂包括：苍耳 55g、辛夷100g、荆芥15 g、扑尔敏1.68g、薄荷30 g、牡丹皮15 g、芥子15 g、冰片15 g、鹅不食草100 g、双氯灭痛10.5g、、黄芩65 g、天花粉40g、白芷15 g、蒲公英50 g、菊花40 g、当归50 g、栀子50 g、川穹15g、大黄80g、甘草30 g、牡蛎30 g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗鼻炎的药剂， 其特征在于：该药剂的制备方法是将将苍耳 55g、辛夷100g、荆芥15 g、薄荷30 g、牡丹皮15 g、芥子15 g、冰片15 g、鹅不食草100 g、黄芩65 g、天花粉40g、白芷15 g、蒲公英50 g、菊花40 g、当归50 g、栀子50 g、川穹15 g、大黄80g、甘草30 g、牡蛎30 g的药物粉碎后混合均匀，取112 g加入扑尔敏1.68g、双氯灭痛10.5 g再次混合均匀后灌制胶囊400粒。
