In the embodiment, the walnut, the red date and the longan are hulled and kernel-removed from the food materials selected in the step S1, and the black bean is full and has the gram weight of 0.2 g; the pill size in S4 is 1.5 mm.

The walnut and black bean based food preparation method of claim 1, wherein the food material comprises: 40g of walnuts, 20g of sunflower seeds, 20g of apples, 25g of sesame, 15g of hawthorn, 25g of red dates, 15g of longan, 10g of laver, 9g of tremella, 35g of black beans, 9g of coconut milk and the balance of honey.

The walnut and black bean based food preparation method of claim 1, wherein the food material comprises: 45g of walnuts, 25g of sunflower seeds, 25g of apples, 30g of sesame, 20g of hawthorn, 30g of red dates, 20g of longan, 11g of laver, 12g of tremella, 40g of black beans, 11g of coconut milk and the balance of honey.

The walnut and black bean based food preparation method of claim 1, wherein the food material comprises: 50g of walnut, 30g of sunflower seed, 30g of apple, 35g of sesame, 25g of hawthorn, 35g of red date, 25g of longan, 12g of laver, 15g of tremella, 45g of black bean, 12g of coconut milk and the balance of honey.
7. The method for preparing a walnut and black bean based food according to claim 1, wherein the food materials selected in the step S1 comprise hulled walnuts, denucleated red dates and deheded longan seeds, and the black beans are full and have a gram weight of 0.15-0.25 g.
8. The method for preparing a walnut and black bean based food according to claim 1, wherein the pill in S4 has a particle size of 1.5mm, and the black beans are used after germination processing.
