本发明公开了一种高强度防火板,其具有两种结构,其第一种结构为三层热压复合结构,由上至下分别为纤维层、发泡纤维层、纤维层,其第二种结构为纤维层热压复合而成。本发明同时公开了一种耐磨防火饰面板,其由包含所述的高强度防火板经一次热压成型,或者可以二次热压成型,或者涂胶复合成型制得。本发明还公开了所述高强度防火板、以高强度防火板为基材的耐磨饰面板的制造方法,所述高强度防火板、耐磨饰面板采用热固性树脂制备而成,具有阻燃、耐磨、耐高低温、吸音、抗静电等特点。

技术领域
本发明属于板材技术领域,主要涉及的是一种高强度防火板、耐磨防火饰面板及其制造方法。
背景技术
从阻燃、环保和节能方面推进三聚氰胺泡沫新型后续加工产品,尤其是三聚氰胺泡沫、三聚氰胺泡沫新型纤维、三聚氰胺泡沫阻燃剂等三聚氰胺泡沫新型后续加工产品尽快地进入航天航空、高速交通、电子信息、环境保护等高技术领域的应用市场,显得越发重要。
三聚氰胺泡沫塑料发泡技术是先通过取代反应制取改性三聚氰胺泡沫,然后与甲醛合成三聚氰胺泡沫甲醛树脂,大力发展以三聚氰胺泡沫为原料的深加工新型产品,延伸其产业链,无疑是很好的解决途径。一方面,可以拉动三聚氰胺泡沫的市场消费,保证三聚氰胺泡沫产业健康稳定持续发展;另外,迅速增加的三聚氰胺泡沫生产能力也为这些新型产品产业化发展提供了稳定的原料保障。同时三聚氰胺泡沫较低的市场价格也使其下游新型产品的开发获得一个良好的市场机遇,使其下游产品具有较高的性价比,提高其市场竞争力。再加入环保的乳化剂,发泡剂和催化剂混合均匀,高温加热发泡和高温定型制造的一种开孔率高达99%以上的三维网格结构的新型泡沫塑料。
作为一种低密度、阻燃、吸音的新型化工材料,三聚氰胺泡沫在民用、工业、建筑、交通、航空、军事、日化、电子信息等工业领域具有十分重要的应用价值,特别是在有阻燃、高温、低频噪音吸收要求的恶劣环境条件下使用,成为化工新型材料界不可替代的材料和2l世纪中具有巨大发展前景的新型化工环保材料。三聚氰胺泡沫在汽车、轮船、火车、飞机等交通工具座位衬垫替代发泡聚苯乙烯的大量的应用,也能有效地降低其自身重量,减少能源的消耗,并具有优良的阻燃性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有装饰板材技术中的不足之处,提供了一种高强度防火板、以高强度防火板为基材的耐磨饰面板及其制造方法,高强度防火板、耐磨饰面板采用热固性树脂制备而成,具有阻燃、耐磨、耐高低温、吸音、抗静电等特点。
一种高强度防火板,其特征在于该高强度防火板具有两种结构,其第一种结构为ABA三层热压复合结构,由上至下分别为纤维层、发泡纤维层、纤维层,其第二种结构为纤维层热压复合而成。
本发明一种耐磨防火饰面板,其特征在于该耐磨防火饰面板可以一次热压成型也可以二次热压成型,或者涂胶复合成型。
耐磨防火饰面板一次热压成型具有四种结构,其第一种结构为由上至下分别是耐磨表现层、纤维层、发泡纤维层、纤维层、平衡层,其第二种结构为由上至下分别耐磨表现层、纤维层、平衡层,其第三种结构为由上至下分别耐磨层、花纹层、纤维层、发泡纤维层、纤维层、平衡层,其第四种结构为由上至下分别耐磨层、花纹层、纤维层、平衡层。
耐磨防火饰面板二次热压成型具有两种结构,其第一种结构为由上至下分别是耐磨表现层、高强度防火板、平衡层,其第二种结构为由上至下分别耐磨层、花纹层、高强度防火板、平衡层。
耐磨防火饰面板涂胶复合成型,其结构为由上至下分别是耐磨表现层、胶、高强度防火板、胶、平衡层。
所述的耐磨表现层是已商用的三聚氰胺喷涂纸或者用印刷花纹图案的花色纸经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液干燥后表面滚涂三聚氰胺耐磨胶后干燥裁切而成。
所述的耐磨层是已商用的透明三聚氰胺耐磨纸或者用透明纸浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液干燥后表面滚涂三聚氰胺耐磨胶后干燥裁切而成。
所述的纤维层是单张或者多张纤维毡经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液后干燥裁切组成。
所述的发泡纤维层是单张或者多张纤维毡经过浸渍热固性树脂发泡混合溶液后干燥裁切组成。
所述的花纹层是由PE、PP、PET、PETG、PVC等材料中的一种制备的白膜或者纸印刷花纹图案而成的。
本发明中平衡层是已商用的三聚氰胺平衡纸或者纸经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液后干燥裁切而成。
所述的纤维毡可以为化学纤维、天然纤维、无机纤维中的一种或几种编织或针刺而成的毡,常用的化学纤维包括:涤纶、丙纶、腈纶、氨纶、锦纶、维纶等,天然纤维包括:麻纤维、棉纤维、竹纤维、木纤维、秸秆纤维等,无机纤维包括碳纤维、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝纤维、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维等。

所述的高强度防火板制造方法为:根据高强度防火板的厚度选择相应的压机托盘,由下至上分别将离型膜、根据结构由下至上铺设高强度防火板各层、离型膜铺设在托盘中,放入热压机在温度130℃-160℃,压力1-20MPa条件下热压发泡2-60分钟后,在冷压机(压机通冷却水,冷却水的温度为常温水随气候变化而不同)1-20MPa压力条件下冷却10-30分钟,拆除离型膜后形成的高强度防火板。
所述的耐磨防火饰面板有三种制造方法,其一次热压成型制造方法为:根据耐磨防火饰面板的厚度选择相应的压机托盘,由下至上分别将底纹版、离型膜、根据一次热压成型耐磨防火饰面板结构由下至上的各层、离型膜、压纹板铺设在托盘中,放入热压机在温度130℃-160℃,压力1-20MPa条件下热压发泡2-60分钟后,在冷压机1-20MPa压力条件下冷却10-30分钟,拆除压纹版、离型膜、底纹版后形成一次热压成型耐磨防火饰面板。其二次热压成型制造方法为:先根据本发明高强度防火板制造方法制造高强度防火板,根据二步法耐磨防火饰面板的厚度选择相应的压机托盘,将二步法耐磨防火饰面板结构由下至上的各层铺设在托盘中,放入热压机在温度130℃-190℃,压力1-50MPa条件下热压0.5-10分钟,最终形成二次热压成型耐磨防火饰面板。其涂胶复合成型制造方法为:先根据本发明高强度防火板制造方法制造高强度防火板,在高强度防火板上双面涂胶,上方贴合耐磨表现层,下方贴合平衡层。
所述的高强度防火板可用于隔断、防护板、贴面形成饰面板用于装饰板、隔音板等领域。
所述的耐磨防火饰面板可用于地板、墙板、装饰板等领域。
本发明的有益效果是:在三聚氰胺分子中含有大量的氮,在燃烧过程中,分解时,氮气逸出,使制品具有自熄灭性,不添加任何阻燃剂或其它添加剂,即可达到如下标准要求:德国DIN4102规定的B1级低可燃性材料标准;美国保险协会UL94-V0级高阻燃材料标准;欧盟BS 6853、NF F16-101、DIN5510防火认证;中国国家标准GB/T8624-2006中B级(难燃级)阻燃标准。表面添加纳米三氧化二铝,增强耐磨耐刮性能,超过EN16094标准保光性A1和微刮伤B1的要求。由三维网状开孔结构构成和高开孔率(开孔率高达99.9%),声波能方便而有效地进入泡体的深层,转变为网格的震动而被消耗和吸收,同时能有效地消除反射波,在较宽的声频范围内具有优越的吸声性能,特别是在低频噪音的吸收上具有突出的效果。加之独具特色的热稳定性,可适用于高温场所如地暖和阳光直射地区。添加氧化石墨烯增加板材的强度,同时还具有很好的韧性和抗静电性。使用水溶性热固性树脂溶液,无溶剂更环保。

一种高强度防火板,其特征在于该高强度防火板具有两种结构,其第一种结构为ABA三层热压复合结构,如图1所示,由上至下分别为纤维层11、发泡纤维层12、纤维层13,其第二种结构为纤维层热压复合而成。纤维层是单张或者多张纤维毡经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液后干燥裁切组成,发泡纤维层是单张或者多张纤维毡经过浸渍热固性树脂发泡混合溶液后干燥裁切组成,纤维毡可以为化学纤维、天然纤维、无机纤维中的一种或几种编织或者针刺而成的,常用的化学纤维包括:涤纶、丙纶、腈纶、氨纶、锦纶、维纶等,天然纤维包括:麻纤维、棉纤维、竹纤维、木纤维、秸秆纤维等,无机纤维包括碳纤维、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝纤维、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维等。
热固性树脂混合溶液使用了热固性树脂、固化剂、氧化石墨烯、水,具体组分及重量份为:

本实施例中参与测试产品为三层热压复合结构,所述的纤维层是单张纤维毡经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液后干燥裁切组成,发泡纤维层是两张纤维毡经过浸渍热固性树脂发泡混合溶液后干燥裁切组成,纤维毡为麻纤维编织而成,热固性树脂混合溶液具体组分及重量份为:热固性树脂100份、固化剂1份、氧化石墨烯1份、水20份;热固性树脂发泡混合溶液具体组分及重量份为:热固性树脂100份、固化剂1份、发泡剂5份、聚山梨酯-80 2.5份、水20份;热固性树脂为酚醛树脂,固化剂为多元胺。
上述高强度防火板制造方法为:根据高强度防火板的厚度选择相应的压机托盘,由下至上分别将离型膜、根据结构由下至上铺设高强度防火板各层、离型膜铺设在托盘中,放入热压机在温度130℃-160℃,压力1-20MPa条件下热压发泡2-60分钟后,在冷压机1-20MPa压力条件下冷却10-30分钟,拆除离型膜后形成的高强度防火板。
实施例2:

上述耐磨防火饰面板的制造方法为:根据耐磨防火饰面板的厚度选择相应的压机托盘,由下至上分别将底纹版、离型膜、根据一次热压成型耐磨防火饰面板结构由下至上的各层、离型膜、压纹板铺设在托盘中,放入热压机在温度130℃-160℃,压力1-20MPa条件下热压发泡2-60分钟后,在冷压机1-20MPa压力条件下冷却10-30分钟,拆除压纹版、离型膜、底纹版后形成一次热压成型耐磨防火饰面板。
实施例3:
一种耐磨防火饰面板,其特征在于该耐磨防火饰面板为二次热压成型,具有两种结构,如图6所示,其第一种结构为由上至下分别是耐磨表现层61、高强度防火板62、平衡层63;如图7所示,其第二种结构为由上至下分别耐磨层71、花纹层72、高强度防火板73、平衡层74。耐磨表现层是已商用的三聚氰胺喷涂纸或者用印刷花纹图案的花色纸经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液干燥后表面滚涂三聚氰胺耐磨胶后干燥裁切而成,耐磨层是已商用的透明三聚氰胺耐磨纸或者用透明纸浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液干燥后表面滚涂三聚氰胺耐磨胶后干燥裁切而成,高强度防火板根据实施例制备而成,花纹层是由PE、PP、PET、PETG、PVC等材料中的一种制备的白膜或者纸印刷花纹图案而成,平衡层是已商用的三聚氰胺平衡纸或者用原纸经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液后干燥裁切而成,纤维毡可以为化学纤维、天然纤维、无机纤维中的一种或几种编织或者针刺而成的,常用的化学纤维包括:涤纶、丙纶、腈纶、氨纶、锦纶、维纶等,天然纤维包括:麻纤维、棉纤维、竹纤维、木纤维、秸秆纤维等,无机纤维包括碳纤维、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝纤维、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维等。

本实施例中参与的测试产品为第一种结构,所述耐磨表现层是已商用的用印刷花纹图案的花色纸经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液干燥后表面滚涂三聚氰胺耐磨胶后干燥裁切而成,高强度防火板为实施例1参与测试的产品,平衡层是已商用的三聚氰胺平衡纸经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液后干燥裁切而成;热固性树脂混合溶液的组分及重量份为:热固性树脂100份、固化剂1份、氧化石墨烯1份、水20份;三聚氰胺耐磨胶的组分及重量份为:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)100份、固化剂2份、聚氨酯40份、纳米三氧化二铝20份、水6份;热固性树脂为环氧树脂,固化剂为过氧化甲乙酮。
上述耐磨防火饰面板的制造方法为:先根据本发明高强度防火板制造方法制造高强度防火板,根据二次热压成型耐磨防火饰面板的厚度选择相应的压机托盘,将二步法耐磨防火饰面板结构由下至上的各层铺设在托盘中,放入热压机在温度130℃-190℃,压力1-50MPa条件下热压0.5-10分钟,最终形成二步法耐磨防火饰面板。
实施例4:
一种耐磨防火饰面板,其特征在于该耐磨防火饰面板为涂胶复合成型,如图8所示,其结构为由上至下分别是耐磨表现层81、胶82、高强度防火板83、胶84、平衡层85。耐磨表现层是已商用的三聚氰胺喷涂纸或者用印刷花纹图案的花色纸经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液干燥后表面滚涂三聚氰胺耐磨胶后干燥裁切而成,高强度防火板根据实施例制备而成,平衡层是已商用的三聚氰胺平衡纸或者用纸经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液后干燥裁切而成,纤维毡可以为化学纤维、天然纤维、无机纤维中的一种或几种编织或者针刺而成的,常用的化学纤维包括:涤纶、丙纶、腈纶、氨纶、锦纶、维纶等,天然纤维包括:麻纤维、棉纤维、竹纤维、木纤维、秸秆纤维等,无机纤维包括碳纤维、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝纤维、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维等。

上述耐磨防火饰面板的制造方法为:先根据本发明高强度防火板制造方法制造高强度防火板,在高强度防火板上双面涂胶,上方贴合耐磨表现层,下方贴合平衡层。
性能测试:
防火燃烧性测试:样品尺寸长*宽*厚=127*12.7*5mm,用酒精灯垂直燃烧15min,样品长度垂直向下移动与距离酒精灯火焰顶端下方10mm处火焰部分接触燃烧。结构如下表所示:

1.一种高强度防火板,其特征在于:所述高强度防火板具有两种结构,其第一种结构为三层热压复合结构,由上至下分别为纤维层、发泡纤维层、纤维层,其第二种结构为纤维层热压复合而成。
2.一种耐磨防火饰面板,其特征在于:所述耐磨防火饰面板由包含权利要求1所述的高强度防火板经一次热压成型,或者可以二次热压成型,或者涂胶复合成型制得。

4.根据权利要求3所述的耐磨防火饰面板,其特征在于:所述的耐磨表现层是已商用的三聚氰胺喷涂纸或者用印刷花纹图案的花色纸经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液干燥后表面滚涂三聚氰胺耐磨胶后干燥裁切而成;
所述的耐磨层是已商用的透明三聚氰胺耐磨纸或者用透明纸浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液干燥后表面滚涂三聚氰胺耐磨胶后干燥裁切而成;
所述的纤维层是单张或者多张纤维毡经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液后干燥裁切组成;
所述的发泡纤维层是单张或者多张纤维毡经过浸渍热固性树脂发泡混合溶液后干燥裁切组成;
所述的花纹层是由PE、PP、PET、PETG、PVC材料中的一种制备的白膜或者纸印刷花纹图案而成的;
所述的平衡层是已商用的三聚氰胺平衡纸或者纸经过浸渍热固性树脂混合溶液后干燥裁切而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐磨防火饰面板,其特征在于:所述的纤维毡为化学纤维、天然纤维、无机纤维中的一种或几种编织或针刺而成的毡,所述的化学纤维为涤纶、丙纶、腈纶、氨纶、锦纶、维纶中的一种或几种,天然纤维为麻纤维、棉纤维、竹纤维、木纤维、秸秆纤维中的一种或几种,无机纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝纤维、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求6或8所述的耐磨防火饰面板,其特征在于:所述的热固性树脂为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的耐磨防火饰面板,其特征在于:所述的固化剂为多元胺、酸酐、聚醚、过氧化甲乙酮中的一种或几种。
11.权利要求1-10任一项所述的高强度防火板制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:根据高强度防火板的厚度选择相应的压机托盘,由下至上分别将离型膜、根据结构由下至上铺设高强度防火板各层、离型膜铺设在托盘中,放入热压机在温度130℃-160℃,压力1-20MPa条件下热压发泡2-60min后,在冷压机1-20MPa压力条件下冷却10-30min,拆除离型膜后形成的高强度防火板。
12.权利要求2-10任一项所述的耐磨防火饰面板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括3种制造方法,其一次热压成型制造方法为:根据耐磨防火饰面板的厚度选择相应的压机托盘,由下至上分别将底纹版、离型膜、根据一次热压成型耐磨防火饰面板结构由下至上的各层、离型膜、压纹板铺设在托盘中,放入热压机在温度130℃-160℃,压力1-20MPa条件下热压发泡2-60分钟后,在冷压机1-20MPa压力条件下冷却10-30分钟,拆除压纹版、离型膜、底纹版后形成一次热压成型耐磨防火饰面板;其二次热压成型制造方法为:先根据本发明高强度防火板制造方法制造高强度防火板,根据二步法耐磨防火饰面板的厚度选择相应的压机托盘,将二步法耐磨防火饰面板结构由下至上的各层铺设在托盘中,放入热压机在温度130℃-190℃,压力1-50MPa条件下热压0.5-10分钟,最终形成二次热压成型耐磨防火饰面板;其涂胶复合成型制造方法为:先根据本发明高强度防火板制造方法制造高强度防火板,在高强度防火板上双面涂胶,上方贴合耐磨表现层,下方贴合平衡层。
13.高强度防火板在隔断、防护板、贴面形成饰面板用于装饰板、隔音板中的应用。
14.耐磨防火饰面板在地板、墙板、装饰板中的应用。
