Abstract
一种可生物降解的矿物纤维组合物,可通过下列组分的重量百分数来表征:SiO250-65;Al2O3少于2;CaO16-30;MgO4-15;Na2O8-20;K2O0-2;B2O30-10;TiO2,Fe2O3,Cr2O3,BaO,MnO,P2O50-5。
Description
本发明涉及一种可生物降解的矿物纤维组合物。
现有技术描述了一些所谓可生物降解的矿物纤维组合物。
矿物纤维组合物的可生物降解性非常重要,因为各种研究指出,在小于3微米范围内,直径很小的矿物纤维是致癌的,而如此直径的可生物降解的矿物纤维则显示出较低致癌性,或没有致癌性。
但是,不仅是生物降解性,矿物纤维或由其生产的产品的机械性能和热性质,以及矿物纤维组合物的加工性能同样也是非常重要的。例如,矿物纤维在很大程度上被用于绝缘。特别在工业领域内的这种应用,需要矿物纤维具有足够的温度稳定性。
此矿物纤维组合物也必须是可加工的,能通过已知方法,如喷射法,生产出直径很小的矿物纤维。
本发明以上述问题为着眼点,提供了一种新的矿物纤维组合物,该组合物以生物降解性为特点,有良好的温度稳定性,并易于加工。
本发明以发现由一种矿物纤维组合物能解决这个问题为基础,该组合物基本上由氧化硅,氧化钙,氧化镁及氧化钠组成。
已发现,这种矿物纤维组合物实现了所需性质,即生物降解性,温度稳定性和良好的加工性能的结合。
本发明目的是提供一种可生物降解的矿物纤维组合物,由下列组分的重量百分数来表征:
SiO2 50-65
A12O3 少于2
CaO 16-30
MgO 4-15
Na2O 8-20
K2O 0-2
B2O3 0-10
TiO2,Fe2O3,Cr2O3,BaO,MnO,P2O5 0-5
本发明的矿物纤维组合物是可经喷射法或旋转法拉伸的。得到的纤维具有良好的温度稳定性。很令人惊奇的是,此矿物纤维组合物显示了生物降解性。纤维的平均直径优选小于或等于10微米,特别是在2.5和5微米之间。
本发明的矿物纤维组合物优选含有如下重量百分数的组分:

CaO 16-25
MgO 5-15

氧化镁的含量优选6-12重量%,特别优选8-12重量%。
氧化铬的含量优选少于1.5重量%,特别优选少于1.0重量%。
氧化硼的含量优选少于4重量%。
为评估生物降解性,采用了德国玻璃学会(German GlassSociety)的标准粉末试验。这是易于实行的方法,并且能对生物降解性充分测量。在L.Springer“Laboratoriumsbuch für dieGlasindustrie”,第3版,1950,Halle/s:W.Knapp Verlag中描述了此法。
通过瑞典法检测此矿物纤维的温度性能。此法运用了一个碳化硅管炉,它具有两端开口的水平工作管,长350mm,内径27mm。炉中央有一个小的陶瓷托盘(30×20×3mm),用来盛装试验样品。试验样品三维尺寸是12×12×12mm或12mmφ×12mm高。容积密度一般为100Kg/m3。以5K/min升温。通过读数镜片连续检测试验样品高度的改变。

实例1
生产了以重量百分数计具有如下组成的矿棉:
SiO2 56

此组合物在拉伸温度为1330℃下,通过喷射法能被很好地加工成平均直径为2.5微米的矿物纤维。
按照德国玻璃学会(German Glass Society)的标准粉末试验检测得到测试值为35mg/kg,此值代表了高生物降解性。
通过瑞典法检测温度性能,得到温度稳定性是:620℃下,高度减少5%,这能通过单张附图的实例显示的相应图中清晰看出。

按照德国玻璃学会的标准粉末试验检测得到测试值为37mg/kg,此值代表了高生物降解性。
通过瑞典法检测温度性能,得到温度稳定性是:600℃下,高度减少5%。

SiO2 50-65
Al2O3 少于2
CaO 16-30
MgO 4-15
Na2O 8-20

B2O3 0-10
TiO2,Fe2O3,Cr2O3,BaO,MnO,P2O5 0-5
