a second driving block 605 is fixedly connected to the first driving block 604, the driving end of a second driving motor 606 is connected to a vertical sliding rail platform 607 through a transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly is formed by a synchronous belt 205 and a belt wheel in a matching way; the second driving motor 606 drives the vertical slide rail platform 607 to move up and down on the second driving block 605;
a third driving motor 608 is arranged on one side of the vertical slide rail platform 607 far away from the second driving block 605, the driving end of the third driving motor 608 is connected with the clamping jaw device 5, and the clamping jaw device 5 performs rotary motion under the driving of the third motor;

Method of use and principles
Removing plastic packages from the packaging paper and the seal of the cigarette case, putting the cigarette case into a storage box 4, putting the storage box 4 on a second supporting table 209 of the three-dimensional warehouse 1, conveying the cigarette case to the top end of the three-dimensional warehouse 1 through a conveying mechanism 2, and pushing the cigarette case to a first supporting table through a pushing mechanism 3; the cigarette box is clamped by a clamping jaw device 5, the transmission mechanism 6 drives the cigarette box to move and rotate, and the cigarette box is scattered by a scattering device 7 and then is put into a feeding hole of a cigarette box packaging machine.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic cigarette case accessory feeding system is characterized by comprising:

the transmission mechanism (6) drives the cigarette case to do horizontal, vertical and rotary motion through the clamping jaw device (5);
the conveying mechanism is arranged in a cavity of the three-dimensional warehouse (1) in a sliding manner; the conveying mechanism conveys cigarette case accessories to the supporting table top from the bottom of the three-dimensional warehouse (1).
2. Cigarette pack accessory automatic feed system according to claim 1, characterized in that the transport mechanism (6) comprises:
the horizontal transmission mechanism (6) is provided with a horizontal sliding rail platform (601; a rotating motor; 602), a first driving block (604) and a first driving motor (603), wherein the first driving block (604) is driven by the first driving motor (603) to horizontally move along the horizontal sliding rail platform (601; the rotating motor; 602);
the vertical transmission structure is provided with a vertical sliding rail platform (607), a second driving block (605) and a second driving motor (606); the second driving block (605) is connected to the first driving block (604), and the vertical slide rail platform (607) is driven by the second driving motor (606) to vertically move along the second driving block (605);
a rotation mechanism having a third drive motor (608); the third driving motor (608) is mounted on the vertical sliding rail platform (607); the driving end of the third driving motor (608) is connected with the clamping jaw device (5), and the clamping jaw device (5) rotates under the driving of the third driving motor (608).

An automatic cigarette pack accessory feeding system according to claim 1, wherein the transport mechanism comprises: the conveying track (201), the fourth driving motor (202) and the fourth driving block (203) are vertically arranged in a cavity of the three-dimensional warehouse (1); the fourth driving block (203) is driven by a fourth driving motor (202) to vertically move along the conveying track (201);
and a second supporting table surface (209) for placing cigarette case accessories is arranged on the fourth driving block (203).

An automatic cigarette case accessory feeding system according to claim 3, characterized in that a pushing mechanism is arranged on the second supporting table (209); the pushing mechanism drives the cigarette case auxiliary materials to move from the second supporting table surface (209) to the first supporting table surface;
the push mechanism includes: a pushing track (301) arranged on the second supporting table surface (209), a fifth driving motor (303) and a fifth driving block (302) for placing cigarette case accessories; the fifth driving block (302) is driven by a fifth motor to horizontally move along the pushing track (301).
5. Cigarette pack accessory automatic feed system according to claim 1, characterized in that the jaw device (5) comprises:
the fixed body (501) is rotatably arranged on the transmission device;
a set of wrapper clamping jaws (502) having a first wrapper clamping finger (504) and a second wrapper clamping finger (505) arranged in opposition;
a seal clamping jaw group (503) provided with a first seal clamping finger (507) and a second seal clamping finger (508) which are oppositely arranged;
the set of wrapping paper jaws (502) and the set of sealing jaws (503) are disposed on opposite first and second sides of the solid body, respectively.
6. Cigarette pack accessory automatic feeding system according to claim 5, characterized in that the first wrapper clamp finger (504) and the first seal clamp finger (507) are slidably arranged on the fixed body (501) by driving means.
7. An automatic cigarette pack accessory feeding system according to claim 6, characterized in that the group of carton jaws (502) further comprises:
a third wrapper gripping finger (506) slidably disposed on the first side of the solid body.
8. The cigarette pack accessory automatic feed system of claim 7, further comprising:
the scattering device (7) is arranged on one side of a first supporting table top of the three-dimensional warehouse (1); the scattering device (7) is provided with two scattering plates (701) which are oppositely arranged.
9. Cigarette pack accessory automatic feed system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the cigarette pack accessories are stored by means of a magazine (4); the storage box (4) includes:
a carrier tray (401);
the first storage position is arranged in the middle of the bearing disc (401); the first storage position is suitable for placing wrapping paper;
the second storage bit is arranged at two ends of the first storage bit; the second storage location is adapted to receive a seal.
