本发明公开了一种新能源汽车用充电桩,包括固定基座,所述固定基座上端固定连接充电桩箱体,充电桩箱体上端焊接顶棚,顶棚顶部固定架设有支撑架,支撑架顶端装设有自动识别摄像头,所述固定基座下部开有深槽,深槽内装有电线收纳装置,电线收纳装置由收线盘、固定销、扁盘簧、固定轴组成,收线盘一侧中心安装固定轴,固定轴与扁盘簧内端挂接;收线盘同侧安装有固定销,固定销与扁盘簧外端挂接,收线盘绕有充电线,充电线一端连接充电枪,所述充电桩箱体前侧上部固定设有滑轨,滑轨两侧装设有凸形滑块,凸形滑块外侧连接固定平板。本发明能够防止机动车占取充电车位,可以对充电线进行自动回收,且充电枪不会裸露在外。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电桩技术领域,具体是一种新能源汽车用充电桩。
背景技术
新能源汽车包括纯电动汽车、增程式电动汽车、混合动力汽车、燃料电池电动汽车、氢发动机汽车、其他新能源汽车等。目前市场上的充电柱,处在多出缺陷,例如机动车会占充电车位,以至于电动汽车充电难,且充电随地拖,可能会被车辆碾坏。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种新能源汽车用充电桩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新能源汽车用充电桩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新能源汽车用充电桩,包括固定基座,所述固定基座上端固定连接充电桩箱体,充电桩箱体上端焊接顶棚,顶棚顶部固定架设有支撑架,支撑架顶端装设有自动识别摄像头,所述固定基座下部开有深槽,深槽内装有电线收纳装置,电线收纳装置由收线盘、固定销、扁盘簧、固定轴组成,收线盘一侧中心安装固定轴,固定轴与扁盘簧内端挂接;收线盘同侧安装有固定销,固定销与扁盘簧外端挂接,收线盘绕有充电线,充电线一端连接充电枪,所述充电桩箱体前侧上部固定设有滑轨,滑轨两侧装设有凸形滑块,凸形滑块外侧连接固定平板。
自动识别摄像头会自动识别所属车辆是否是新能源汽车,如果是新能源汽车,控制器会控制液压桩降至地表以下,新能源汽车可进入车停位进行充电,若是机动车自动识别摄像头不能识别,液压桩阻拦机动车进入停车位,充电时向上托起把手,把手带动固定平板向上运动,固定平板带动凸形滑块沿滑轨向上运动,拔出充电枪对车辆进行充电,充电枪带动充电线从电线收纳装置中抽出,收线盘逆时针转动,扁盘簧向内收缩,充电完毕后,将充电枪放回原位置,固定平板在重力作用下下落至挡板处停止下落,同时收线盘在扁弹簧的恢复力下顺时针转动,将充电线重新收入电线收纳装置,车辆离开车位后,控制装置控制液压桩恢复原状。
充电桩外设液压桩,液压桩埋设在地表下,支撑架为液压杆,且上端可进行旋转调节,固定平板外侧装设有把手,滑轨下方装设有挡板,且挡板位于充电桩箱体前侧,述固定平板下侧开设有通孔,通孔直径与充电线直径相同,所述充电桩箱体内部设有控制装置,控制装置分别与自动识别摄像头、支撑架、液压桩电性相连。
支撑架可对自动识别摄像头进行调节,方便对车辆的识别,由于固定平板下方开设通孔,所以充电线不会受到挤压,且对充电枪起到封闭作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、可通过自动识别摄像头识别车辆类型,防止机动车占新能源汽车充电车位,对新能源汽车有桩可充电起到保障;
2、可对充电枪起到封闭效果,防止充电枪裸露在外,起到一定的安全防护;
3、设计电线收纳装置可对充电进行自动回收,防止车辆对拖出来的充电线碾压造成损坏。

自动识别摄像头8会自动识别所属车辆是否是新能源汽车,如果是新能源汽车,控制器会控制液压桩1降至地表以下,新能源汽车可进入车停位进行充电,若是机动车自动识别摄像头8不能识别,液压桩1阻拦机动车进入停车位,充电时向上托起把手9,把手9带动固定平板4向上运动,固定平板4带动凸形滑块9沿滑轨10向上运动,拔出充电枪12对车辆进行充电,充电枪12带动充电线13从电线收纳装置14中抽出,收线盘17逆时针转动,扁盘簧15向内收缩,充电完毕后,将充电枪12放回原位置,固定平板4在重力作用下下落至挡板11处停止下落,同时收线盘17在扁弹簧15的恢复力下顺时针转动,将充电线13重新收入电线收纳装置14,车辆离开车位后,控制装置控制液压桩1恢复原状。
充电桩外设液压桩1,液压桩1埋设在地表下,支撑架7为液压杆,且上端可进行旋转调节,固定平板4外侧装设有把手9,滑轨10下方装设有挡板11,且挡板11位于充电桩箱体3前侧,述固定平板4下侧开设有通孔,通孔直径与充电线13直径相同,所述充电桩箱体3内部设有控制装置,控制装置分别与自动识别摄像头8、支撑架7、液压桩1电性相连。
支撑架可对自动识别摄像头进行调节,方便对车辆的识别,由于固定平板4下方开设通孔,所以充电线13不会受到挤压,且对充电枪起到封闭作用。
本发明的工作原理是:将汽车开到充电桩附近,自动识别摄像头8会自动识别所属车辆是否是新能源汽车,如果是新能源汽车,控制器会控制液压桩1降至地表以下,新能源汽车可进入车停位进行充电,若是机动车自动识别摄像头8不能识别,液压桩1阻拦机动车进入停车位,充电时向上托起把手9,把手9带动固定平板4向上运动,固定平板4带动凸形滑块9沿滑轨10向上运动,拔出充电枪12对车辆进行充电,充电枪12带动充电线13从电线收纳装置14中抽出,收线盘17逆时针转动,扁盘簧15向内收缩,充电完毕后,将充电枪12放回原位置,固定平板4在重力作用下下落至挡板11处停止下落,由于固定平板4下方开设通孔,所以充电线13不会受到挤压,且对充电枪起到封闭作用,同时收线盘17在扁弹簧15的恢复力下顺时针转动,将充电线13重新收入电线收纳装置14,车辆离开车位后,控制装置控制液压桩1恢复原状。
