then, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5-8, after the use, the air duct 5, the air blowing cover 6 and the top of the air duct 11 need to be disinfected and cleaned, the motor 24 is driven, the motor 24 drives the second screw 25 to rotate, under the limiting action of the limiting rod 29 and the limiting groove 30, the mounting column 26 and the cleaning barrel 27 can be driven to slide in the air duct 5, meanwhile, the guide groove 32 in the cleaning barrel 27 slides on the guide rod 31, so that the cleaning barrel 27 can rotate on the mounting column 26 during the sliding process, further, the cleaning barrel 27 can synchronously rotate when extending into the air duct 5 and the air blowing cover 6, the cleaning brush 28 on the cleaning barrel 27 is matched to be infected with disinfectant to automatically and uniformly disinfect the interior of the air duct 5 and the air blowing cover 6, meanwhile, the second screw 25 drives the toothed roller 34 to rotate through the belt 33, and through the meshing of the toothed roller 34 and the toothed rack 35, the air duct 11 can be driven to slide up and down in the air duct 5, simultaneously, the rack 35 connected with the embedded shaft is used, when the gear roller 34 drives the air pipe 11 to ascend, the rack 35 can be stressed to rotate inwards, the top of the air pipe 11 is prevented from being clamped with the cleaning barrel 27, the rack 35 can be automatically rotated to the original position by gravity, the meshing state is kept, meanwhile, the mounting plate 36 and the second reset spring 37 are matched for use, the air pipe 11 can be subjected to elastic tension, when the gear roller 34 continuously rotates, the movement of the air pipe 11 cannot be influenced, the length of the gear roller 34 enables the air pipe 11 to be in the meshing state when the gear roller follows the horizontal movement of the air guide pipe 5, and the disinfection water in the disinfection water tank 21 can be replaced through the water inlet pipe 22 and the water outlet pipe 23.
