The safe and reliable medical disinfection and processing device according to claim 6, wherein the inner wall of the bottom of the cleaning chamber (1) is welded with uniformly distributed oscillating springs (21), the outer wall of the top of the oscillating springs (21) is welded with supporting blocks (20), and the supporting blocks (20) are supported on the outer wall of the bottom of the elastic membrane (22).
