Description

A topical Chinese medicinal composition for treating intervertebral disc diseases and hyperosteogeny, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an external traditional Chinese medicine for treating intervertebral disc diseases and hyperosteogeny and a preparation method thereof.
Background
When the intervertebral disc is extruded, under the action of pressure, tension, torsion force, when the stress exceeds the stress capability of the intervertebral disc, the intervertebral disc damages the annulus fibrosus to cause the nucleus pulposus to overflow, the overflowing nucleus pulposus protrudes into the intervertebral foramen or the vertebral canal and presses the spinal nerve root to generate a series of diseases of the intervertebral disc, the elasticity and toughness of the diseases are weakened after the disease symptoms appear, if the upper body bending force is too strong, the protrusion, the bulge, the prolapse, the degenerative change and the like of the intervertebral disc are easily caused, and the symptoms are common diseases of the intervertebral disc. After the intervertebral disc is protruded, expanded and prolapsed, peripheral nerves are stressed or stimulated, and peripheral blood vessels are stressed, so that pain and numbness of the waist and the lower limbs, or pain and numbness of the neck, the shoulder and the upper limbs, headache, dizziness and other related complications are caused. Moreover, the incidence rate is more than 96 percent, and diseases and symptoms related to intervertebral discs can be induced by sneezing, bending waist, dragging the ground, stretching the waist, being suffered from gravity, trauma and the like in daily life, and the diseases seriously affect and puzzle the life and production of people.
In the modern society, the rhythm of life is fast, and people are under tension and pressure, so that proliferative osteoarthropathy such as neck, shoulder, waist, leg and the like becomes common diseases, and the proliferative osteoarthropathy is also called as hyperosteogeny. The hyperosteogeny generally refers to proliferative osteoarthropathy, which refers to chronic arthropathy caused by the destruction of articular cartilage due to the degeneration of joints. Also known as degenerative arthritis, osteoarthritis, hypertrophic arthritis, etc., osteoarthropathy is classified into primary and secondary osteoarthropathies, and primary osteoarthropathy is a manifestation in osteoarthropathy due to gradual aging and degeneration after human maturation. Secondary osteoarthropathy refers to cartilage destruction, or a change in joint structure, due to some known cause, such as trauma, surgery or other obvious factor. The degeneration of the articular surface is caused by friction or imbalance of pressure. The middle-aged and old people with more than 50 years old of osteoarthropathy frequently suffer from, the affected joints can have persistent dull pain, the pain is aggravated when the activity is increased, the pain is not serious, the air pressure is reduced and the climate change is aggravated, the stiffness of the related joints is felt, the internal friction sound is provided, the stiffness of the joints is aggravated after the people sit for a long time, the later-stage joint swelling, enlargement and movement are limited, the bone is rarely and completely rigid, the symptoms of bone block are generally shown, the osteoarthropathy seriously affects the life and production of people, and a lot of inconvenience and pain are brought to patients.
At present, most cases of intervertebral disc and hyperosteogeny diseases are western medicine treatment, wherein the intervertebral disc and the hyperosteogeny diseases are treated by operation treatment and western medicine treatment, the operation treatment comprises various operation modes such as extirpation, ablation or closure, and the like, the diseases are easy to recur, great risk exists during treatment, patients pay high medical expense, the curative effect cannot be guaranteed, the disease condition can be aggravated, the stomach is injured by using the western medicine for internal administration, the side effect is large, only transient alleviation symptoms can be achieved, and the purpose of radical treatment cannot be achieved.
Other traditional Chinese medicine formulas have poor effects, are difficult to cure radically, have too many varieties, and do not better utilize the main treatment efficacy and application of key medicines, so that the cost of the traditional Chinese medicine formulas is high, the varieties are more and inconvenient to purchase and collect, if the proportion is not well mastered, the curative effect is possibly influenced, and the root treatment effect cannot be exerted.

The external traditional Chinese medicine with the dosage form of the traditional Chinese medicine cake is prepared by providing the preparation method of the external traditional Chinese medicine, the external traditional Chinese medicine can be quickly prepared, the external traditional Chinese medicine with the dosage form of the traditional Chinese medicine cake is attached to the affected part of a patient, typhonium giganteum and corydalis saxicola are decocted, so that various traditional Chinese medicines are mixed with each other, water is concentrated after decocting for 60-180min, the concentrated medicine is crushed and then attached to a carrier, and finally the concentrated medicine is attached to the affected part, so that the medicinal effects of the typhonium giganteum and the corydalis saxicola are synergistic, pain can be effectively relieved, and the external traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable treatment effect; based on the drug effect complementation of typhonium giganteum and coriaria sinica, after the typhonium giganteum and the coriaria sinica are mixed, a better synergistic effect can be exerted, and the affected part can be better treated.
In treating patients, there are two methods of use:
firstly, externally-applied traditional Chinese medicine in the form of medicine mud is coated on an affected part and is periodically replaced, and the external application is carried out for a treatment course; then the external traditional Chinese medicine with the dosage form of medicinal liquor is coated on the affected part, and the affected part is kneaded and wiped for a plurality of times for a treatment course. The drug effect is stronger in the first treatment course, and the physical condition is better improved after the first treatment course; by continuing the second treatment course, the effect is consolidated and the therapeutic effect is maintained.
Secondly, the external traditional Chinese medicine in the form of medicine mud is firstly coated on the affected part and is replaced periodically for one treatment course; spraying the topical Chinese medicinal preparation in the form of spray on affected part, kneading for several times, and maintaining for a treatment course; finally, the external traditional Chinese medicine in the form of the traditional Chinese medicine cake is stuck on the affected part for a treatment course. The drug effect is stronger in the first treatment course, the physical condition is better improved after the first treatment course, but certain irritation is caused to the skin; through the second treatment course, the irritation of the skin of the patient is relieved, and the effect is consolidated; after the skin of the patient is adapted, the third treatment course is continued, so that the curative effect is increased, and the curative effect is strengthened.
By continuing the second treatment course, the effect is consolidated and the therapeutic effect is maintained.
