Abstract
提供了一种基因芯片及其制备方法。该基因芯片包括芯片载体以及组装于芯片载体上的DNA纳米球。该基因芯片进一步包括聚合物膜,该聚合物膜形成于芯片载体上并包裹DNA纳米球,其中该聚合物膜包括正电聚合物膜、改性正电聚合物膜、两性离子聚合物膜以及复合聚合物膜中的至少一种,复合聚合物膜通过正电聚合物和负电聚合物层层自组装形成。该基因芯片可降低表面干燥或表面非特异性吸附。
