firstly, mixing the component A and the component B of the coating, stirring uniformly by a stirrer, and then adding the component C. Then the mixture is stirred evenly by a stirrer;
secondly, troweling, namely paving the mixed coating on the prepared intermediate coating, and troweling the coating by using a trowel with the diameter of 5 mm;
defoaming, namely pulling the surface of the trowelled coating back and forth by using a defoaming roller to uniformly distribute the colored organic aggregate in the coating;
and fourthly, water grinding, namely, after the coating is completely dried for 48 hours at the temperature of 25 ℃, water grinding by using 2000-mesh resin grinding pieces, and completely drying the water to obtain the beautiful and durable floor finished product.
Effects of the implementation
It can be seen from the above examples 1 and 2 that various performance indexes of the floor coating prepared according to the present invention can meet the use requirements, in the present invention, the component B is a modified alicyclic amine epoxy hardener, and the alicyclic amine has a skeleton structure similar to adamantane and has strong mechanical strength; the component C is melamine resin sand, and has the advantages of no toxicity, no odor, collision resistance, corrosion resistance, compact structure, strong hardness, strong durability, bright color, beautiful appearance and excellent scratch resistance.

Claims (9)
1. The utility model provides an epoxy base terrace coating, includes A component, B component and C component, its characterized in that, the weight ratio of A component, B component and C component is 4: 1: 2.5, the component A comprises epoxy resin, a reactive diluent, an auxiliary agent, a pigment and a filler, and the weight percentage of the component A is as follows: 38-50% of epoxy resin, 2-9% of reactive diluent, 0.5-1% of auxiliary agent, 0.5-1% of pigment and 40-60% of filler, wherein the component B is a modified alicyclic amine epoxy curing agent, and the component C is a colored organic aggregate.
2. The epoxy resin-based floor coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary comprises 0.3-0.5% of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.2% of wetting agent, 0.2-0.4% of leveling agent and 0.1-0.4% of dispersing agent.
3. The epoxy resin-based floor coating of claim 1, wherein the epoxy resin is bisphenol a epoxy resin with an epoxy value of 0.48-0.54.
4. The epoxy resin-based floor coating of claim 1, wherein the reactive diluent is one or more selected from butyl glycidyl ether, C12-14 alkyl glycidyl ether, phenyl glycidyl ether, benzyl glycidyl ether or allyl glycidyl ether.
5. The epoxy resin-based floor coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filler is one or more selected from quartz powder, ground limestone or barite powder, and the size of the quartz powder is 325-600 meshes.
6. The epoxy resin-based floor coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pigment is one or more selected from titanium dioxide, phthalocyanine green, medium chrome yellow, lemon yellow, carbon black, phthalocyanine blue, permanent red and molybdate red.
7. The epoxy resin-based floor coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modified alicyclic amine epoxy hardener is one or more selected from ancamine1618, ancamine2726 and ancamine 1784.

The epoxy resin-based floor coating of claim 1 or 2, wherein the colored organic aggregate is colored melamine resin sand, the colored melamine resin sand is 40-100 meshes in size, the dispersant is one of EFKA4015 and BYK163, the wetting agent is EFKA5065, the defoamer is DEFOM6800, and the leveling agent is one of BYK361N and TEGO 1484.
9. A method for preparing an epoxy resin-based floor coating according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
1) mixing, namely mixing the component A and the component B of the coating, uniformly stirring by using a stirrer, then adding the component C, and uniformly stirring by using the stirrer;
2) troweling, namely paving the mixed paint on the prepared intermediate coat, and troweling the mixed paint by a trowel with the diameter of 5 mm;
3) defoaming, namely pulling a defoaming roller back and forth on the surface of the coating trowelled so as to uniformly distribute the colored organic aggregate in the coating;
4) and (3) water grinding, namely, after the coating is completely dried for 48 hours at 25 ℃, water grinding by using 2000-mesh resin grinding pieces, and completely drying the water to obtain the beautiful and durable floor finished product.
