本发明涉及一种出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统,其特征在于,该系统包括保护膜放料辊、一冲前贴合单元、一冲模切单元、收料前贴合单元和模切件收料单元;经一冲前贴合单元后,薄膜(2)、双面胶(3)和辅助离型膜(4)依次贴合在保护膜(1)上,形成初步料带;再经过一冲模切单元后,收料前贴合单元、收料单元后,形成模切件成品,进行收卷。与现有技术相比,本发明具有节省设备投资,原料利用率提高,还可以使出货料带精确贴合等优点。

一种出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统
技术领域
本发明涉及模切技术领域,尤其是涉及一种出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统。
背景技术
目前,在进入卷料阶段之前,需要将出货料带贴在双面胶上,完成卷料,而此时,双面胶贴合在更宽的保护膜上。由于出货料带与双面胶在贴合时,存在带边的误差,也就是不能完全对应地贴合。
现有的弥补方法需要多增加一台模切机去修剪料带边,直至想要的宽度。这就会导致增加产品工时,占用更多的模切机和人力,而且不得不模切出比预期更窄的料带,造成了资源的浪费,原料利用率的下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种节省设备投资,原料利用率提高,还可以使出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统,该系统包括保护膜放料辊、一冲前贴合单元、一冲模切单元、收料前贴合单元和模切件收料单元;所述的一冲前贴合单元包括薄膜放料辊、双面胶放料辊、辅助离型膜放料辊;所述的薄膜放料辊放卷出薄膜、双面胶放料辊放卷出双面胶、辅助离型膜放料辊放卷出辅助离型膜;
所述的保护膜放料辊放卷出保护膜,经一冲前贴合单元后,薄膜、双面胶和辅助离型膜依次贴合在保护膜上,形成初步料带;初步料带经过一冲模切单元后,产生图案,并将废料排出,形成次级料带;次级料带上的双面胶与出货料带经收料前贴合单元精确贴合,形成料带半成品;保护膜经收料单元后从料带半成品下方剥离,形成模切件成品,进行收卷。
进一步地,所述的一冲模切单元包括一冲模切机和第一排废辊;所述的一冲模切机上设有刻蚀刀模,该刻蚀刀模两侧设有裁剪保护膜边料的刀修边线;该刻蚀刀模中间还设有刻蚀刀片,刻蚀刀片模切出的图形与图案对应,所述的第一排废辊将一冲模切机模切后的辅助离型膜和边缘废料排出。
进一步地,所述的刀修边线和刻蚀刀片之间还设有冲孔刀片和多个定位导柱,刀修边线的冲切层次包括辅助离型膜、双面胶、薄膜和保护膜;刻蚀刀片、冲孔刀片和定位导柱的冲切层次包括辅助离型膜、双面胶和薄膜。
进一步地,所述的收料前贴合单元包括出货料带放料辊和治具,所述的出货料带放料辊放卷出出货料带,所述的治具包括用于定位出货料带的治具上板和用于定位次级料带的治具下板,所述的治具上板和治具下板相互连接。
进一步地,所述的治具上板呈哑铃状,两侧开设有套针孔,中间开设有与定位出货料带宽度相匹配的上板定位槽。
进一步地,所述的治具下板两侧开设有与套针孔匹配的套针,中间开设有与次级料带料带宽度相匹配的下板定位槽;
将次级料带放置在下板定位槽内,再将出货料带穿过上板定位槽后,然后将治具上板盖住治具下板,最终使出货料带与次级料带上的双面胶精确贴合。
进一步地,所述的模切件收料单元包括第二排废辊和模切件收料辊,
所述的保护膜经第二排废辊后收卷排出,从料带半成品下方剥离,形成模切件成品,所述的模切件收料辊对模切件成品进行收卷。
进一步地,所述的薄膜为PET薄膜,所述的双面胶为PET基材双面胶。
总地来说,出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统的运行,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薄膜、双面胶和辅助离型膜依次贴合在保护膜上,形成初步料带;
(2)将初步料带经过一冲模切机冲切后,产生图案;
(3)将辅助离型膜和边缘排料排出,形成次级料带;
(4)将次级料带上的双面胶与出货料带经过起到定位作用的治具精确贴合,形成料带半成品;
(5)将保护膜从料带半成品下方剥离,形成模切件成品,进行收卷。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)使用与出货料带和次级料带同时匹配的治具使得出货料带和次级料带能够精确贴合,提升产品质量;
(2)出货料带和次级料带能够精确贴合后,不必再进行第二次冲切,节省设备投资,并且避免了没有必要的裁边,使得原料利用率也有所提升;
(3)利用相邻的定位导柱插入冲孔刀片冲切出的孔,两个定位导柱之间的间距即为一个跳步长度,通过定位导柱插入孔中,修正每个跳步之间的微小误差,使得跳步长度保持一致,进而使每个模切件产品图案间距保持一致,使产品质量更高;
(4)改进后的方案仅需一台模切机,可以将另一台模切机用于另一条生产线上,由此可见改进后的方案不仅节省了机台资源和人力资源,还可以使生产效率成倍的提升。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
一种出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统,如图1,该系统包括保护膜放料辊、一冲前贴合单元、一冲模切单元、收料前贴合单元和模切件收料单元;一冲前贴合单元包括薄膜放料辊、双面胶放料辊、辅助离型膜放料辊;薄膜放料辊放卷出薄膜2、双面胶放料辊放卷出双面胶3、辅助离型膜放料辊放卷出辅助离型膜4;保护膜放料辊放卷出保护膜1,经一冲前贴合单元后,薄膜2、双面胶3和辅助离型膜4依次贴合在保护膜1上,形成初步料带;初步料带经过一冲模切单元后,产生图案6,如图3-4,并将废料排出,形成次级料带;次级料带上的双面胶3与出货料带8经收料前贴合单元精确贴合,形成料带半成品;保护膜1经收料单元后从料带半成品下方剥离,形成模切件成品,进行收卷。
一冲模切单元包括一冲模切机5和第一排废辊;如图2,一冲模切机5上设有刻蚀刀模,该刻蚀刀模两侧设有裁剪保护膜1边料的刀修边线51;该刻蚀刀模中间还设有刻蚀刀片52,刻蚀刀片52模切出的图形与图案6对应,第一排废辊将一冲模切机5模切后的辅助离型膜4和边缘废料排出。刀修边线51和刻蚀刀片52之间还设有冲孔刀片53和两个定位导柱54,如图5,刀修边线51的冲切层次包括辅助离型膜4、双面胶3、薄膜2和保护膜1;刻蚀刀片52、冲孔刀片53和定位导柱54的冲切层次包括辅助离型膜4、双面胶3和薄膜2。
收料前贴合单元包括出货料带放料辊和治具7,出货料带放料辊放卷出出货料带8,如图6,治具7包括用于定位出货料带8的治具上板71和用于定位次级料带的治具下板72,治具上板71和治具下板72相互连接。治具上板71呈哑铃状,两侧开设有套针孔711,中间开设有与定位出货料带8宽度相匹配的上板定位槽712。治具下板72两侧开设有与套针孔711匹配的套针721,中间开设有与次级料带料带宽度相匹配的下板定位槽722;将次级料带放置在下板定位槽722内,再将出货料带8穿过上板定位槽712后,然后将治具上板71盖住治具下板72,最终使出货料带8与次级料带上的双面胶3精确贴合。
模切件收料单元包括第二排废辊和模切件收料辊,保护膜1经第二排废辊后收卷排出,从料带半成品下方剥离,形成模切件成品,模切件收料辊对模切件成品进行收卷。
对于本实施例来说,薄膜2为PET薄膜,双面胶3为PET基材双面胶。
总地来说,出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统的运行,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薄膜2、双面胶3和辅助离型膜4依次贴合在保护膜1上,形成初步料带;
(2)将初步料带经过一冲模切机5冲切后,产生图案6;
(3)将辅助离型膜4和边缘排料排出,形成次级料带;
(4)将次级料带上的双面胶3与出货料带8经过起到定位作用的治具7精确贴合,形成料带半成品;
(5)将保护膜1从料带半成品下方剥离,形成模切件成品,进行收卷。

Claims (8)

1.一种出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统,其特征在于,该系统包括保护膜放料辊、一冲前贴合单元、一冲模切单元、收料前贴合单元和模切件收料单元;所述的一冲前贴合单元包括薄膜放料辊、双面胶放料辊、辅助离型膜放料辊;所述的薄膜放料辊放卷出薄膜(2)、双面胶放料辊放卷出双面胶(3)、辅助离型膜放料辊放卷出辅助离型膜(4);
所述的保护膜放料辊放卷出保护膜(1),经一冲前贴合单元后,薄膜(2)、双面胶(3)和辅助离型膜(4)依次贴合在保护膜(1)上,形成初步料带;初步料带经过一冲模切单元后,模切出图案(6),并将废料排出,形成次级料带;次级料带上的双面胶(3)与出货料带(8)经收料前贴合单元精确贴合,形成料带半成品;保护膜(1)经收料单元后从料带半成品下方剥离,形成模切件成品,进行收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统,其特征在于,所述的一冲模切单元包括一冲模切机(5)和第一排废辊;所述的一冲模切机(5)上设有刻蚀刀模,该刻蚀刀模两侧设有裁剪保护膜(1)边料的刀修边线(51);该刻蚀刀模中间还设有刻蚀刀片(52),刻蚀刀片(52)模切出的图形与图案(6)对应,所述的第一排废辊将一冲模切机(5)模切后的辅助离型膜(4)和边缘废料排出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统,其特征在于,所述的刀修边线(51)和刻蚀刀片(52)之间还设有冲孔刀片(53)和多个定位导柱(54),刀修边线(51)的冲切层次包括辅助离型膜(4)、双面胶(3)、薄膜(2)和保护膜(1);刻蚀刀片(52)、冲孔刀片(53)和定位导柱(54)的冲切层次包括辅助离型膜(4)、双面胶(3)和薄膜(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统,其特征在于,所述的收料前贴合单元包括出货料带放料辊和治具(7),所述的出货料带放料辊放卷出出货料带(8),所述的治具(7)包括用于定位出货料带(8)的治具上板(71)和用于定位次级料带的治具下板(72),所述的治具上板(71)和治具下板(72)相互连接。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种出货料带精确贴合的模切件加工系统,其特征在于,所述的治具下板(72)两侧开设有与套针孔(711)匹配的套针(721),中间开设有与次级料带料带宽度相匹配的下板定位槽(722);
将次级料带放置在下板定位槽(722)内,再将出货料带(8)穿过上板定位槽(712)后,然后将治具上板(71)盖住治具下板(72),最终使出货料带(8)与次级料带上的双面胶(3)精确贴合。
