Abstract
本发明涉及一种PC罩加工模具。现有用于PC罩的加工模具其各个模穴处的油路汇总为一路,水路也汇总为一路,导致不能方便调整模温,影响生产效率和质量。本发明包括相互配合的上模、中模和下模,所述的上模包括面板和上模板,上模板上设置上模导柱,所述的面板和上模板之间设置热流道模板,热流道模板上设置多个热流道模块;所述的中模包括多个并排设置的加热油路机构,相邻的加热油路机构之间设置油路镶件,油路镶件内设置进出油路流道,中模的侧部连接套筒;所述的下模内设置多个滑块机构,滑块间由连杆连接,前后滑块机构分别连接油缸,由油缸控制整组滑块滑动。本发明能提高生产效率,方便调节模温,提高生产质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具加工领域,尤其是一种PC罩加工模具。
背景技术
现有用于PC罩的加工模具其各个模穴处的油路汇总为一路,水路也汇总为一路,导致不能方便调整模温,影响生产效率和质量。现有模具上模穴排位设计不多,也影响整体生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决上述背景技术的不足,提供一种PC罩加工模具,能提高生产效率,方便调节模温,提高生产质量。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于包括相互配合的上模、中模和下模,所述的上模包括面板和上模板,上模板上设置上模导柱,所述的面板和上模板之间设置热流道模板,热流道模板上设置多个热流道模块;所述的中模包括多个并排设置的加热油路机构,相邻的加热油路机构之间设置油路镶件,油路镶件内设置进出油路流道,中模的侧部连接套筒;所述的下模内设置多个滑块机构,滑块间由连杆连接,前后滑块机构分别连接油缸,由油缸控制整组滑块滑动。
所述的加热油路机构包括油座,油座的上部设置油管,所述油管的外部设置中模芯子和中模芯子外套,中模芯子的外部还设置中模芯子紧固块。
所述中模的上部还设置第一锁紧块和第二锁紧块。
所述的上模在侧部设置热流道接线盒。
所述的面板的下部设置隔热板。
所述的上模板上设置上模芯子和热咀块。
所述的滑块机构包括与其连接的滑块固定和滑块耐模块,还包括用于滑块导向的导向块。
所述的下模内在两侧位置分布设置水座。
所述的热咀块材料采用铍铜材料。
所述的滑块机构为上下两组,前后三排排部设置。
本发明的有益效果在于:1.油路各组独立,水路各组独立,方便调整模温。2.排位设计成3排,12个滑块,增加出模穴数,提高产量。3.滑块采用油缸拉动滑块拉块的方式开模,方便快捷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1-图9所示的一种PC罩加工模具,包括相互配合的上模、中模和下模,所述的上模包括面板8和上模板3,上模板上设置上模导柱4,所述的面板和上模板之间设置热流道模板6,热流道模板上设置多个热流道模块7;所述的中模包括安装板20、油路板21和中模芯子固定板19。
中模内设置多个并排设置的加热油路机构,相邻的加热油路机构之间设置油路镶件23,油路镶件内设置进出油路流道,中模的侧部连接套筒22;所述的下模包括底板29,底板上设置滑块垫板28。滑块垫板28上设置多个滑块机构,滑块间由连杆连接,前后滑块机构分别连接油缸,由油缸控制整组滑块滑动。中模的上部还设置第一锁紧块11和第二锁紧块13,第一锁紧块的侧部设置耐磨片12。
如图6所示,加热油路机构包括油座18,油座的上部设置油管17,所述油管的外部设置中模芯子14和中模芯子外套15,中模芯子的外部还设置中模芯子紧固块16。
上模在侧部设置热流道接线盒10。面板的下部设置隔热板9。上模板上设置上模芯子5和热咀块1。上模板的内侧面设置耐磨片2
如图7所示,滑块机构包括与滑块30连接的第一固定块24、第二固定块33和滑块耐模块25,还包括用于滑块导向的导向块26和用于定位的定位块32。滑块连接滑块拉块31,并与油缸连接,下模内在两侧位置分布设置水座27。热咀块材料采用铍铜材料。
本发明具有以下优点:1.油路各组独立,水路各组独立,方便调整模温。2.排位设计成3排,12个滑块,增加出模穴数,提高产量。3.滑块采用油缸拉动滑块拉块的方式开模,方便快捷。
本发明中上模板螺丝从正面锁,方便模具保养维修。上模板的四角倒大C角增加模具强度.热咀块材料采用铍铜材料,能有效控制出胶口温度。流道镶件采用S136HRC52-55度,增强硬度,提高寿命。滑块耐磨块采用热处理材料,提高寿命,采用活动安装方式,方便调整产品偏心。滑块导向块采用热处理硬料,提高寿命。

1.一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于包括相互配合的上模、中模和下模,所述的上模包括面板和上模板,上模板上设置上模导柱,所述的面板和上模板之间设置热流道模板,热流道模板上设置多个热流道模块;所述的中模包括多个并排设置的加热油路机构,相邻的加热油路机构之间设置油路镶件,油路镶件内设置进出油路流道,中模的侧部连接套筒;所述的下模内设置多个滑块机构,滑块间由连杆连接,前后滑块机构分别连接油缸,由油缸控制整组滑块滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于所述的加热油路机构包括油座,油座的上部设置油管,所述油管的外部设置中模芯子和中模芯子外套,中模芯子的外部还设置中模芯子紧固块。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于所述中模的上部还设置第一锁紧块和第二锁紧块。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于所述的上模在侧部设置热流道接线盒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于所述面板的下部设置隔热板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于所述的上模板上设置上模芯子和热咀块。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于所述的滑块机构包括与其连接的滑块固定和滑块耐模块,还包括用于滑块导向的导向块。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于所述的下模内在两侧位置分布设置水座。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于所述的热咀块材料采用铍铜材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC罩加工模具,其特征在于所述的滑块机构为上下两组,前后三排排部设置。
