本发明属于滋补保健品技术范围,特别是涉及一种鸡胎精口服液。
鸡胎含有丰富的氨基酸、卵磷质、不饱和脂肪酸、钙、锌、铁和维生素等营养成分,具有强体、健脑安神、防衰老和补虚养元之功能,是人们公认的传统高级补品。目前,人们对于鸡胎主要是煮食。这种食用方法,一是营养成分人体吸收率低,二是胃口差,致使大部分人不敢或不愿食用,三是不便保存,可食用期限短。
本发明的任务是提供一种具有高补养成分、便于饮用、并利于人体吸收的鸡胎精口服液及其生产加工方法,从而克服现有技术所存在的不足。
本发明的任务是以如下技术方案实现的:
本发明的鸡胎精口服液采用新鲜活鸡胎为原料。所说的鸡胎可以是在正常孵化条件(普通受精蛋21天±12小时出鸡条件)下孵化18—20天,去除鸡胎蛋黄后的全鸡胎,为突出其健脑作用,它也可以仅是其头颈部分,为突出其生长发育作用,它也可以是正常孵化条件下孵化12—17天的鸡胎胚芽部分。另外,为增加其对疾病的治疗作用,也可以配伍有适量的中药成分。为增强口感,也可以适量加入矫味剂。
本发明的鸡胎精口服液的生产方法,当其以去除鸡胎蛋黄后的全鸡胎为原料时,工艺步骤如下:
(一)原料准备:取正常孵化条件下孵化18—20天的新鲜活鸡胎蛋,用消毒液行表面消毒处理,清水冲洗干净,直接打开蛋壳,去除鸡胎蛋黄;
(二)粉碎:将上述去除鸡胎蛋黄的全鸡胎称重、以常规方法粉碎成糊状:
(三)自身消化:将上述粉碎的全鸡胎糊置于冷热缸内,控制温度在35—42℃,最好37—40℃,不断搅拌,搅拌速度可以在20—60转/分,最好在20—30转/分,保持2—3小时;
(四)加酶消化:用大体10%的NaOH溶液调整上述鸡胎糊的PH值,使之达到6.0—7.0,加蛋白酶,如胰蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶、多酶片等适量,控制温度在37—60℃,最好在45—50℃,不断搅拌,搅拌速度同步骤(三),保持6—7小时,至鸡胎糊消化水解成液体;
(五)杀酶滤清:将上述消化液加热至沸杀酶,并继续熬制10—20分钟,其后以常规方法滤清。所说的滤清可以采用一次过滤,最好采用两次过滤,即一次粗滤,如120目滤布过滤,一次细滤,如采用真空抽滤,制得澄清的鸡胎精原液;也可以将剩余渣滓部分加大体两倍水,加压提取大体1小时,抽滤后与原液合并,再减压浓缩至原液量;
(六)调配精滤:将上述所得原液用大体10%的NaOH或KOH溶液调整PH值至6.0—6.5,加离子水至定量混匀,适量加入焦糖色调色,如按液体总量的大体2%加入,再常规精滤一次,即得本发明口服液散品;
(七)灌封、消毒:常规灌封、消毒,即得本发明口服液成品。
当以鸡胎的头颈部分作原料时,本发明方法工艺步骤如下:
(一)原料准备:取正常孵化条件下孵化18—20天的新鲜鸡胎蛋,用消毒液行表面消毒处理,清水冲洗干净,打开蛋壳,从鸡胎颈的底部剪截,取鸡胎的头颈部分;
(二)—(七)同以全鸡胎(去除鸡胎蛋黄)为原料时的工艺步骤(二)—(七)。
当以鸡胎胚芽为原料时,本发明方法工艺步骤如下:
(一)原料准备:取正常孵化条件下孵化12—17天的新鲜鸡胎蛋,用消毒液行表面消毒处理,清水冲洗干净,以常规蒸煮法煮熟,打开蛋壳,直接分离出鸡胎的胚芽部分;
(二)—(六)同以全鸡胎为原料时的工艺步骤(二)、(四)—(七)。
上述所说的生产方法,当配伍有中药成分时,可以对中药部分单独提取,再将中药提取液混入杀酶滤清后的鸡胎精原液中。
本发明的鸡胎精口服液含有丰富的卵磷质,钾、钠、钙、镁、铁等微量元素和谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、甘氨酸、赖氨酸等氨基酸含量都大大高于乌鸡精口服液指标,并含有乌鸡精口服液所没有的色氨酸和撷氨酸,其营养丰富,易于人体吸收利用,具有助生长发育,健脑安神,强身健体,抗病防衰老作用和补虚养元功效,是一种非常理想的滋补保健饮品。其生产方法,工艺合理可行,步骤简单,易于操作控制。
实施例1;
(一)取正常孵化条件下孵化18天的鸡胎蛋,用高锰酸钾溶液浸泡2分钟,取出清水冲洗,打开蛋壳用大号针头抽除鸡胎蛋黄,保留全鸡胎身和蛋壳;
(二)称取上述保留部分4.5kg,用粉碎机碎成糊状;
(三)将上述鸡胎糊置于保温缸内,控制温度35℃左右,搅拌速度30转/分,自身消化3小时;
(四)用10%NaOH溶液调PH值为6.0,加多酶片45片,温度控制在40℃上下,搅拌速度30转/分,消化7小时,鸡胎糊成液体;
(五)将上述消化液加热至沸,继续熬制10分钟,用120目滤布滤除骨质和皮质,真空抽滤一次,得澄清鸡胎精原液2000ml,将渣滓部分加大体2倍水,加压提取大体1小时,抽滤后与原液合并,再减压浓缩至2000ml;
(六)上述原液用10%NaOH溶液调PH值为6.0,加入离子水至液体总量为5000ml,再加焦糖色10ml搅匀,真空抽滤一次,即得本发明口服液散品;
(七)常规灌封,消毒,即得成品。

实施例2:
(一)取正常孵化条件下孵化20天鸡胎蛋,同实施例1消毒清洗,打开蛋壳,剪截鸡胎的头颈部分;
(二)称取上述头颈部分2kg,碎成糊状;
(三)将上述鸡胎头颈糊置于保温缸内,控制温度大体42℃,以30转/分速度搅拌,自身消化2小时;
(四)用10%NaOH溶液调PH值为7.0,加多酶片20片,控制温度58℃左右,以30转/分速度搅拌,保持6小时,消化成液体;
(五)将上述消化液加热至沸,继续熬制20分钟,同实施例1过滤,制得鸡胎精原液1000ml,将剩余渣滓部分加大体2倍水,加压提取大体1小时,抽滤后与原液合并,再减压浓缩至1000ml;
(六)用10%KOH溶液调PH值为6.5,加离子水至液体总量为2000ml,再加焦糖色4ml搅匀,真空抽滤一次,得本发明口服液散品;
(七)常规灌封,消毒处理,即为本发明口服液成品。
实放例3:
(一)取正常孵化条件下孵化15天的鸡胎蛋,同实施例1消毒清洗,置锅中煮熟,打开蛋壳,剥离出胚芽部分;
(二)称取上述胚芽部分1.5kg,碎成糊状;
(三)将上述胚芽糊置于保温缸内,用10%NaOH溶液调整PH值为6.5,加入多酶片15片,控制温度50℃左右,搅拌速度30转/分,保持6.5小时,消化成液体;
(四)将上述消化液加热至沸,继续熬制15分钟,同实施例1进行二次过滤,制得原液1100ml;
(五)用10%KOH溶液调其PH值为6.2,加离子至总量为2000ml,加焦糖色4ml搅匀,抽滤一次,制得本发明口服液散品;
(六)常规灌封,消毒处理,即为成品。
Claims (8)
1、一种鸡胎精口服液,其特征在于它是采用新鲜活鸡胎为原料。
2、根据权利要求1所述的口服液,其特征在于所说的鸡胎是在正常孵化条件下孵化18—20天、去除鸡胎蛋黄后的全鸡胎。
3、根据权利要求1所述的口服液,其特征在于所说的鸡胎是在正常孵化条件下孵化18—20天鸡胎的头、颈部分。
4、根据权利要求1所述的口服液,其特征在于所说的鸡胎是在正常孵化条件下孵化12—17天鸡胎的胚芽部分。
5、根据权利要求1或2、或3、或4所述的口服液,其特征在于其中配伍有适量的中药成分。
6、一种根据权利要求2所述口服液的生产方法,其特征在于工艺步骤为:
(一)原料准备:取正常孵化条件下孵化18—20天的新鲜活鸡胎蛋,用消毒液行表面消毒处理,清水洗净,直接打开蛋壳,去除鸡胎蛋黄;
(二)粉碎:将上述去除鸡胎蛋黄后的全鸡胎称重、粉碎成糊状;
(三)自身消化:将上述粉碎的全鸡胎糊置于冷热缸内,控制温度35—42℃,不断搅拌,搅拌速度在20—60转/分,保持2—3小时;
(四)加酶消化:用大体10%的NaOH溶液调整上述鸡胎糊的PH值至6.0—7.0,加蛋白酶适量,控制温度在37—60℃,不断搅拌,速度在20—60转/分,保持6—7小时,至鸡胎糊消化水解成液体;
(五)杀酶滤清:将上述消化液加热至沸杀酶,并继续熬制10—20分钟,其后以常规方法滤清,制得澄清的鸡胎精原液:
(六)调配精滤:将上述原液用大体10%的NaOH溶液调整PH值至6.0—6.5,加离子水至定量混匀,加焦糖色适量。常规精滤一次,即得本发明口服液散品;
(七)灌封、消毒:常规灌封、消毒,即得本发明成品。
7、一种根据权利要求3所述口服液的生产方法,其特征在于工艺步骤为:
(一)原料准备:取正常孵化条件下孵化18—20天的新鲜鸡胎蛋,用消毒液行表面消毒处理,清水洗净,打开蛋壳,从鸡胎颈的底部剪截,取鸡胎的头颈部分;
(二)—(七)同以全鸡胎为原料时的工艺步骤(二)—(七)。
8、一种根据权利要求4所述口服液的生产方法,其特征在于工艺步骤为:
(一)原料准备:取正常孵化条件下孵化12—17天的新鲜鸡胎蛋,用大体10%NaOH溶液行表面消毒处理,清水洗净,以常规蒸煮法煮熟,打开蛋壳,直接分离出鸡胎的胚芽部分;
(二)—(六)同以全鸡胎为原料时的工艺步骤(二)、(四)至(七)。
