- 모자반을 건조한 후 파쇄하는 단계;상기 파쇄된 모자반에 정제수 및 젖산을 첨가하여 모자반 추출물을 추출하는 단계;상기 모자반 추출물을 여과하고, 여기에 소듐메타포스페이트, 소르비탄팔미테이트, 사이클로덱스트린 및 덱스트린으로 구성되는 식품첨가물을 첨가하는 단계; 및상기 식품첨가물이 첨가된 모자반 추출물을 동결건조 및 분쇄하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘흡수 보조제의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 모자반 추출물을 여과하는 단계는, 모자반 추출물을 여과한 후 당도 20brix가 될 때까지 농축하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘흡수 보조제의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 정제수는 모자반 100질량부에 대하여 1000 내지 3000질량부를, 상기 젖산은 모자반 추출물 100질량부에 대하여 0.001 내지 0.1질량부로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘흡수 보조제의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 식품첨가물은, 건조된 모자반 추출물 100질량부를 기준으로 소듐메타포스페이트 0.1 내지 3질량부, 소르비탄팔미테이트 0.2 내지 5질량부, 사이클로덱스트린 1 내지 30질량부 및 덱스트린 10 내지 200질량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 칼슘흡수 보조제의 제조방법.
