Acrylic acid modified chitosan is used as a carrier of the traditional Chinese medicine extract, wherein the polyhydroxypropionate nanometer short fiber is not dispersed, but is in a broken gel state after the dressing absorbs water, is easy to disperse and is not suitable for being used as a clinical dressing, so that the mechanical property of the medical dressing can be improved by dispersing the polyhydroxypropionate nanometer short fiber, and the dressing can be better uncovered.
Acrylic acid modified chitosan is used as a carrier of a traditional Chinese medicine extract, polyester materials of the nano short fibers are modified into materials such as polyglycolide, polylactide, polytrimethylene carbonate and the like, but due to the structural problem of the polyester materials, other polyester materials cannot be well dispersed in a traditional Chinese medicine composition and an acrylic acid modified chitosan-acetic acid mixed solution in the preparation process, a dispersing agent needs to be added, but the biocompatibility of the dressing to a wound is affected after the dispersing agent is added, and the wound is easy to feel itch, so that polyhydroxypropionate with good dispersion degree is used as the material of the nano short fibers.
