Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine dressings for burns and scalds, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition and a medical dressing special for treating burns and scalds.
Background
The function of the skin is to prevent bacterial erosion and infection of the human body, regulate the body temperature and discharge body fluid and the like, is an organ with the largest area of the human body, and inevitably causes skin damage in daily life, wherein burn and scald are more difficult to treat than common wounds, and especially the treatment of large-area skin burn and scald is always a medical problem. The large-area skin burn and scald has a medical problem because the gas permeability of the skin is influenced after the burn and scald occurs, loss of tissue fluid and body fluid and loss of electrolytes and proteins are caused, contact rejection of tissues is damaged, and particularly, a series of complex pathological and physiological changes of the whole body can be caused when the large-area skin burn and scald occurs, such as imbalance of water, electrolytes and acid-base balance, shock, infection and septicemia.
The ideal clinical burn and scald dressing has the following functions besides isolating the wound from the outside and avoiding infection: the hemostatic property is good, and the tissue fluid secreted by the wound can be absorbed; effectively prevent bacteria from invading the wound; the air permeability is good, and the wound is kept moist; can adhere to healthy tissue but not to wound tissue, and the dressing can be easily removed from the wound without causing secondary damage to the patient, but to date, no wound dressing meets the requirements of the ideal dressing.

the mass ratio of the acrylic acid modified chitosan to the acetic acid solution to the traditional Chinese medicine extract to the nano short fibers is 100: 600-2000: 40-50: 10 to 15.
The preferred electrostatic spinning method is to add the polyhydroxy propionic acid ester into dioxane to prepare a solution with the mass concentration of 8 percent or heat the polyhydroxy propionic acid ester into a molten liquid, spray the solution by a capillary tube by adopting electrostatic spinning equipment, and draw and stretch the solution by the potential difference of a high-voltage electrostatic field of 10kv to obtain the nano-fiber with the diameter of 200-300 nm.
In the preferable preparation method, the mass concentration of the acetic acid solution is 4 percent; the mass ratio of the acrylic acid modified chitosan to the acetic acid solution is 100: 1000.
in the development process, glutaraldehyde cross-linked chitosan is used as a carrier of the traditional Chinese medicine extract, and polyhydroxypropionate is dispersed in the glutaraldehyde cross-linked chitosan by the same operation, but after the dressing absorbs water, the glutaraldehyde cross-linked chitosan is broken into gel, is easy to disperse and is not suitable for being used as a clinical dressing, so that the common glutaraldehyde cross-linked chitosan is not suitable for being used as a carrier of the traditional Chinese medicine extract.
Acrylic acid modified chitosan is used as a carrier of the traditional Chinese medicine extract, wherein the polyhydroxypropionate nanometer short fiber is not dispersed, but is in a broken gel state after the dressing absorbs water, is easy to disperse and is not suitable for being used as a clinical dressing, so that the mechanical property of the medical dressing can be improved by dispersing the polyhydroxypropionate nanometer short fiber, and the dressing can be better uncovered.
Acrylic acid modified chitosan is used as a carrier of a traditional Chinese medicine extract, polyester materials of the nano short fibers are modified into materials such as polyglycolide, polylactide, polytrimethylene carbonate and the like, but due to the structural problem of the polyester materials, other polyester materials cannot be well dispersed in a traditional Chinese medicine composition and an acrylic acid modified chitosan-acetic acid mixed solution in the preparation process, a dispersing agent needs to be added, but the biocompatibility of the dressing to a wound is affected after the dispersing agent is added, and the wound is easy to feel itch, so that polyhydroxypropionate with good dispersion degree is used as the material of the nano short fibers.
The invention is further described with reference to specific examples.
