Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multifunctional air fryer and aims to solve the problem of high cooking limitation.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a multifunctional air fryer which comprises a shell, a placing and taking port arranged on one side of the shell and a plurality of heating assemblies arranged in the shell, wherein each heating assembly comprises a fan and a heating body positioned below the fan;
the frying barrel is in a cover shape with an upward opening, a plurality of partition plates are vertically arranged on the inner wall of the frying barrel, the partition plates divide the frying barrel into a plurality of mutually independent heating spaces, and one heating assembly is arranged above each heating space.
The invention is further arranged in that the heating assembly comprises a first fan, a first heating body, a second fan and a second heating body which are arranged in the shell, the first fan is positioned above the first heating body, the second fan is positioned above the second heating body, the first fan is positioned on the side part of the second fan, and the number of the partition plates is one.
The deep frying device is further provided with a support piece with an upward U-shaped opening, a support groove is formed in the middle of the support piece, the bottom and two sides of the partition board are clamped in the support groove, the top of the partition board is higher than the support piece, a sealing piece with a W-shaped longitudinal section is horizontally arranged at the top of the placing and taking opening, and the top of the partition board is clamped in the middle of the sealing piece.
The invention is further provided that a plurality of supporting parts are arranged on the supporting parts positioned on the two sides of the supporting groove, each supporting part is horizontally provided with a stabilizing part, and the stabilizing parts penetrate through the partition plate.
The invention is further provided that one end of the stabilizing part penetrating through the clapboard is provided with a flexible expansion part, and the flexible expansion part is abutted against the clapboard.
The invention is further provided with a convex body arranged on the inner wall of the supporting piece, a convex groove is arranged at the bottom of the convex body, a yielding groove matched with the convex body is arranged at the side part of the partition board, a convex part is vertically arranged on the partition board below the yielding groove, and the convex part is clamped in the convex groove.
The invention is further provided that the two bulges are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the supporting piece, and the top of the bulge groove is positioned in the middle of the bulge.
The invention is further provided that the supporting piece is abutted against the side wall and the bottom of the frying barrel, the inner wall at the opposite side of the frying barrel and the bottom of the inner wall are both provided with combined rails oppositely, and two sides of the partition plate are respectively clamped between the two combined rails oppositely arranged.
The invention is further provided that the top of the combined rail is provided with an inclined guide part, and the two guide parts form an inverted splayed shape.
The invention is further provided that a connecting rod is arranged on the side part of the frying barrel, a matching door matched with the placing and taking opening is arranged at the end part of the connecting rod far away from the frying barrel, a set distance is reserved between the matching door and the outer wall of the frying barrel, and a handle is arranged on one side of the matching door far away from the frying barrel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the multifunctional air fryer, when in use, each heating component is provided with the independent control switch, so that when in actual use, a plurality of heating components can be selected to be specifically used, and the power of each heating component is also separately controlled, so that when food is cooked, different food materials can be put into different heating spaces at the same time, and then the heating is carried out at the same time, thereby improving the cooking efficiency; meanwhile, because the adjacent foods are separated by the partition plate and the adjacent heating spaces are mutually independent, the adjacent foods do not have mutual action, the processing quality is ensured, the taint of odor can be avoided, and meanwhile, the heat transfer among the different heating spaces can be reduced, so that the temperature in the heating space with higher temperature can be higher, the temperature in the heating space with lower temperature can be lower, and the cooking quality is ensured; and if once only need cook more food, can also take off the back with the baffle, put into same food and cook in whole frying the bucket, just so can improve cooking efficiency.

Detailed Description
The present invention provides a multi-functional air fryer, which is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the embodiments. The advantages and features of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is provided solely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention. The same or similar reference numbers in the drawings identify the same or similar elements.
A multifunctional air fryer, as shown in fig. 1 to 17, comprising a housing 1, a placing and taking port 2 opened at one side of the housing 1, and a plurality of heating assemblies arranged in the housing 1, wherein each heating assembly comprises a fan and a heating body positioned below the fan (the first heating body 6 and the second heating body 8 can be preferably spiral electric heating rings);
the frying barrel 3 is in a cover shape with an upward opening, a plurality of partition plates 4 are vertically arranged on the inner wall of the frying barrel 3, the partition plates 4 divide the frying barrel 3 into a plurality of mutually independent (namely mutually not communicated) heating spaces, and each heating assembly is arranged above each heating space.
The heating assembly comprises a first fan 5, a first heating body 6, a second fan 7 and a second heating body 8, wherein the first fan 5, the first heating body 6, the second fan 7 and the second heating body 8 are arranged in the shell 1, the first fan 5 is located above the first heating body 6, the second fan 7 is located above the second heating body 8, the first fan 5 is located on the side portion of the second fan 7, and the number of the partition plates 4 is one.
The inner wall of the frying barrel 3 is provided with a supporting piece 9 with an upward U-shaped opening, the middle part of the supporting piece 9 is provided with a supporting groove 10, the bottom and two sides of the clapboard 4 are clamped in the supporting groove 10, the top of the partition plate 4 is higher than the support member 9, the top of the placing and taking port 2 is horizontally provided with a sealing member 10a with a W-shaped longitudinal section, the top of the partition plate 4 is clamped in the middle of the sealing member 10a (wherein the length direction of the sealing member 10a is the same as the moving direction of the frying barrel 3 in and out, so that when the frying barrel 3 is placed in the placing and taking port 2, the partition plate 4 can be just abutted and attached to the middle of the sealing member 10a, the partition plate 4 can be directly pulled out from the sealing member 10a when the frying barrel 3 is pulled out, and meanwhile, the end part of the sealing member 10a is preferably in a horn shape, so that the partition plate 4 and the sealing member 10a can be conveniently matched. The supporting pieces 9 positioned at two sides of the supporting groove 10 are respectively provided with a plurality of supporting parts 11, each supporting part 11 is horizontally provided with a stabilizing part 12, and the stabilizing parts 12 penetrate through the partition board 4. One end of the stabilizing part 12 penetrating through the partition board 4 is provided with a flexible expansion part 13, and the flexible expansion part 13 is abutted against the partition board 4.
The inner wall of the supporting piece 9 is provided with a convex body 14, the bottom of the convex body 14 is provided with a convex groove 15, the side part of the partition board 4 is provided with a yielding groove 16 matched with the convex body 14, a convex part 17 is vertically arranged on the partition board 4 below the yielding groove 16, and the convex part 17 is clamped in the convex groove 15. The number of the convex bodies 14 is two, and the top of the convex groove 15 is located in the middle of the convex body 14.
The supporting pieces 9 abut against the side wall and the bottom of the frying barrel 3, the inner wall of the opposite side of the frying barrel 3 and the bottom of the inner wall are both provided with combined rails 18 in a relative mode (wherein the combined rails 18 at the side of the frying barrel 3 are necessarily arranged in a relative mode, but the combined rails 18 at the bottom of the frying barrel 3 can be distributed on two sides of the supporting pieces 9 in a relative mode or in a staggered mode, preferably in the staggered mode in the application, as shown in the attached drawings, so that the position stability of the supporting pieces 9 and the partition boards 4 can be well improved and guaranteed through the combined rails 18 at the side wall and the bottom of the frying barrel 3, the support pieces 9 and the partition boards 4 are prevented from shaking or moving, meanwhile, a good blocking effect is achieved for adjacent heating spaces, and two sides of the partition boards 4 are respectively clamped between the two combined rails 18 which are arranged in a relative mode. The top of the combined rail 18 is provided with an inclined guide part 19, and the two guide parts 19 form an inverted splayed shape.
The lateral part of the frying barrel 3 is provided with a connecting rod 20, the end part of the connecting rod 20 far away from the frying barrel 3 is provided with a matching door 21 matched with the placing and taking port 2, a set distance is reserved between the matching door 21 and the outer wall of the frying barrel 3, and one side of the matching door 21 far away from the frying barrel 3 is provided with a handle 22.
When the multifunctional air fryer is used, firstly, each heating component is provided with an independent control switch, so that in actual use, a plurality of heating components can be selected to be specifically used, and the power of each heating component is also separately controlled, so that different food materials can be simultaneously put into different heating spaces when food is cooked, and then the food materials are simultaneously heated, so that the cooking efficiency is improved; meanwhile, adjacent foods are separated by the partition plates 4, and the adjacent heating spaces are mutually independent, so that the adjacent foods do not have mutual action, the processing quality is ensured, taint of flavor can be avoided, heat transfer among different heating spaces can be reduced, the temperature in the heating space with higher temperature can be higher, the temperature in the heating space with lower temperature can be lower, and the cooking quality is ensured; and if once only need cook more food, can also take off back with baffle 4, put into same food and cook in whole frying bucket 3, just so can improve cooking efficiency.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the number of the heating elements is two, and the number of the partition plates 4 is one, and other numbers may be selected according to actual situations, and the shapes and the principles thereof are consistent with the present application and are not described herein in detail.
The supporting piece 9 and the partition plate 4 can be separated from the frying barrel 3, so that when the frying barrel 3 is required to be used as a whole for cooking units, the supporting piece 9 and the partition plate 4 can be directly taken down for cooking; when the first fan 5, the first heating body 6, the second fan 7 and the second heating body 8 cook the two sides of the food, the circulation effect of the hot air inside the food can be better comprehensively.
When the supporting piece 9 is taken out of the frying barrel 3, the supporting piece 9 and the partition plate 4 only need to be pulled out upwards, when the supporting piece 9 is combined into the frying barrel 3, two ends of the supporting piece 9 only need to be inserted between two adjacent combined rails 18 from top to bottom, and the deep-frying machine is simple and convenient; not only does this, the guide portion 19 at the top of the sectional rail 18 can enlarge the size of the opening at the top of the sectional rail 18, and enables the support member 9 to be more easily combined into the sectional rail 18, improving operability.
In practice, the consumption of the partition 4 is greater, and therefore its service life is in practice shorter than that of the support 9, so that the frequency of replacement is higher. When in replacement, the clapboard 4 is directly detached and discarded; when a new partition plate 4 is combined on the support 9, the edge of the partition plate 4 is firstly inserted into the support groove 10, the flexible expansion part 13 is deformed and then penetrates through the partition plate 4 (the partition plate 4 is provided with a hole for the flexible expansion part 13 to be deformed and then penetrates through), then the bulge part 17 is bent, and the bulge part 17 is inserted into the bulge groove 15, at the moment, in the vertical direction, the bottom of the support groove 10 limits the downward movement of the partition plate 4, the bulge part 14 limits the upward movement of the partition plate 4, and the inner wall of the support groove 10 in the horizontal direction limits the position of the partition plate 4, so that the position of the partition plate 4 can be stably connected with the support. Simultaneously in actual culinary art, there is the air current in the heating space, so baffle 4 also can bear the reciprocal effect of blowing of horizontal direction, and supporting part 11 this moment still can play the effect of supporting baffle 4 to further improvement the positional stability of baffle 4, also prevented simultaneously that baffle 4 from taking place deformation, prolonged the life of baffle 4. The flexible enlarged portion 13 is sandwiched by both sides of the separator 4, thereby further ensuring the stability of the position and shape of the separator 4.
When the frying barrel 3 is taken out of the casing 1, the handle 22 is used for carrying out the process; after the frying barrel 3 is placed in the shell 1, the placing and taking-out opening 2 is blocked by matching with the door 21, so that heat overflow can be well prevented; meanwhile, in the cooking process, although the outer wall of the frying barrel 3 generates high temperature, the connecting rod 20 enables the matching door 21 and the outer wall of the frying barrel 3 to have a distance, so that the temperature of the frying barrel 3 can be well prevented from being transmitted to the matching door 21, and the use safety is improved.
In a further embodiment, the stabilizing portion 12 and the flexible expansion portion 13 are both made of flexible elastic materials (high temperature resistant flexible food grade materials), and at the same time, there is no corresponding opening on the partition board 4, and in practical use, the flexible expansion portions 13 on both sides of the partition board 4 are both abutted against both sides of the partition board 4, so that the partition board 4 can maintain its own position stability under the action of the supporting groove 10 and the flexible expansion portions 13, and at the same time, the partition board can be conveniently taken down for replacement or cleaning, and the use convenience is higher.
