Description

轴驱动器
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的轴驱动器。
重型车辆类型(商用车辆和客车)的领域中的驱动刚性轴体由差速器、从动轴和轴体(该轴体经由转向器与车辆的车体相连接)构成。大体上如下地实施部件的布置:其他轴部件的重心与轴中心处于共轴。这在大多数情况下是由结构决定的。在除了已提及的部件还具有其他构件(例如马达或传动装置)的轴驱动器中,这些构件的布置可能导致绕轴中心的力矩。这例如在具有马达而不是差速器壳体的解决方案中出现,其中用于引导轴的转向器因此一直处于应力下,这可能尤其对轴承和转向器的使用寿命有负面影响。绕轴中心的力矩尤其在竖直加速度额外作用于轴或其部件时出现。
从EP 09 66 361 B1已知一种用于电驱动车辆的驱动设备,其中每个驱动车轮指配有所属的单车轮驱动器。在此,相应的单车轮驱动器沿行驶方向布置在驱动车轮前方或后方,并且为了降低在转向器的紧固位置附近的动态惯性力而布置车辆底盘上、布置在转向器的紧固位置与驱动车轮之间。电动马达(E-Motor)尽可能近地布置在转向器头部的旋转轴线处,因此使动态惯性力的影响尽可能小。
本发明所基于的目的在于,展示一种轴驱动器的部件的布置方式,通过该布置方式可以避免绕轴中心的力矩并且可以防止已提出的问题。
本发明如下地实现所提出的目的:提出一种轴驱动器,该轴驱动器除了从动轴之外还具有至少一个或恰好一个第一驱动单元和第二驱动单元作为部件,并且这些驱动单元在此被布置成使得总重心靠近从动轴的轴中心或由轴驱动器驱动的车辆车轮的旋转轴线。从动轴尤其形成为驱动单元的共用的从动轴。
第一驱动单元和第二驱动单元可以围绕从动轴的轴中心对称地布置。此外有利的是:这些驱动单元分别以与从动轴相同的间距布置。此外,这些驱动单元的驱动轴可以布置在与从动轴相同的高度上。
优选地,这些驱动单元分别具有一个电动机器并且分别具有一个传动装置,其中这些传动装置可以被实施为副轴结构方式或行星齿轮传动装置。替代于此,这些驱动单元可以分别具有一个电动机器,这些驱动单元被实施为具有共用的传动装置。这个共用的传动装置还可以被实施为副轴结构方式或行星齿轮传动装置。这些电动机器优选地被设计为相同的。

图1示出了根据本发明构造的用于电动地驱动机动车辆车轴的电动的轴驱动器1,其中驱动单元2对称地布置。驱动单元2由相应的电动机器3和指配给相应的电动机器3的传动装置4组成。在此,驱动单元2的驱动轴5相对于位于机动车辆车轴的轴中心的从动轴6轴向平行并且对称地布置。这个轴中心还与机动车辆车轴的由从动轴6驱动的车辆车轮的旋转轴线相对应。在图2的背景中示例性地展示了这样的车辆车轮。
图2示出了图1的轴驱动器1的截面视图。在此,驱动单元2及其单件重心8被布置成使得机动车辆车轴的总重心7靠近由从动轴6驱动的车辆车轮的旋转轴线。在此,旋转轴线同时位于从动轴6的轴中心或车轮中心。驱动单元2围绕从动轴6的轴中心对称地定位。这意味着,驱动单元2的驱动轴5以相对于从动轴6的轴中心相同的间距x定位。
图3示出了具有与呈行星结构方式的共用的传动装置4相结合的、对称布置的电动机器3的电动的轴驱动器1。传动装置4藉由累加齿轮(Summenrad)与从动轴6连接。驱动轴5和从动轴6布置在相同的高度z上。驱动单元2还相对于从动轴6以相同的间距x布置。驱动单元2或其驱动轴6彼此之间不具有横向偏差y。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于驱动机动车辆车轴的轴驱动器(1),所述轴驱动器具有:至少一个或恰好一个第一驱动单元(2)和第二驱动单元;以及一个从动轴(6),其特征在于,所述驱动单元(2)被布置成使得所述轴驱动器(1)的总重心(7)靠近所述从动轴(6)的轴中心和/或所述机动车辆车轴的由所述轴驱动器(1)驱动的车辆车轮的旋转轴线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴驱动器(1),其特征在于,所述驱动单元(2)分别具有一个电动机器(3)并且分别具有一个传动装置(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轴驱动器(1),其特征在于,所述驱动单元(2)分别具有一个电动机器(3)并且具有共用的传动装置(4)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的轴驱动器(1),其特征在于,所述传动装置(4)被实施为副轴结构方式或行星齿轮传动装置。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的轴驱动器(1),其特征在于,所述第一驱动单元(2)和所述第二驱动单元围绕所述从动轴(6)的轴中心对称地布置。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的轴驱动器(1),其特征在于,所述驱动单元(2)分别以与所述从动轴(6)相同的间距(x)布置。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的轴驱动器(1),其特征在于,所述驱动单元(2)具有驱动轴(5),所述驱动轴布置在与所述从动轴(6)相同的高度(z)上。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的轴驱动器(1),其特征在于,所述驱动单元(2)具有驱动轴(5),所述驱动轴彼此之间不具有横向偏差(y)。
