Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述类型的机动车的车桥的车轮的车轮悬架。
背景技术
DE 10 2010 012 115 A1公开了一种本类型的车轮悬架。该公开的车轮悬架包括通过导向臂装置在汽车车轮支承件(特别是轮毂托架)和/或车身上铰接地支承的轮毂,以及用于驱动轮毂的至少一个电机,其中电机借助于配属的另外的转向装置或运动学等效的支承结构在车轮支承件和/或车身上铰接地支承。
发明内容
本发明的任务是这样改进权利要求1前序部分所述类型的、机动车的车桥的车轮的车轮悬架,使得在保持行驶性能的同时能够更好地封装电驱动机。
该任务由权利要求1的特征以及其前序部分特征实现。
从属权利要求构成了本发明的有利改进方案。
对于机动车的车桥的车轮的车轮悬架已知的是,在车轮支承件中能转动地支承的轮毂由电驱动机驱动。此外已知,车轮支承件通过至少一个导向臂以可围绕摆动轴摆动的方式支承在机动车车身上。
根据本发明,电驱动机与导向臂彼此刚性连接。该实施方案证实是有利的,因为这样确保了导向臂的刚度极高的设计,这对于行驶动力学性能有非常积极的影响。
根据本发明的第一实施方式,在此导向臂和电驱动机、即导向臂和驱动机的壳体通过力锁合、形锁合和/或材料锁合的连接彼此刚性连接。在简化安装方面证实特别有利的是,驱动机壳体与导向臂尤其力锁合的连接,例如通过螺纹连接。
根据本发明的特别有利的第二实施方式提出,电驱动机集成布置在导向臂中。也就是说,电驱动机的壳体和导向臂构成了一件式的、材料统一(材料一体)的结构单元。在该实施方式中特别有利的是,电驱动机的壳体由此表面大大增加,这对于被动冷却有特别积极的影响。
在此优选电驱动机相对于导向臂这样定位,使得从摆动轴出发沿导向臂纵向方向观察,摆动轴距电驱动机的重心间距A相对于导向臂的整个导向臂长度L满足:

由此以有利方式确保了,电驱动机的重量被定位得非常接近于导向臂的摆动轴,从而电驱动机的惯性矩保持得尽可能低。
构成摆动轴的底盘支承件在此可以选择性地设计在电驱动机上或导向臂上。
优选电驱动机通过与电驱动机抗弯连接的驱动轴与轮毂作用连接。其技术效果是,驱动轴与电驱动机构造成摆动的,因此可以省去实现弯角的万向节。
根据本发明的另一实施方式提出,导向臂和电驱动机更确切地说是导向臂和电驱动机的壳体由不同材料、尤其是由钢、铝、塑料或纤维复合材料构成。由此使得结构设计轻量化。
本发明的另一优选实施方式的突出之处在于,车轮支承件也被设计为导向臂的一体组成部分。一体组成部分在下面被这样理解,即车轮支承件直接形成在导向臂上,例如构成一件式的结构单元。由此提供了特别紧凑、具有更少零件且刚性的设计方案,这又对行驶动力学性能有积极影响。

具体实施方式
图1至图3示出在此未示出的车轮悬架的导向臂10,该车轮悬架用于机动车的车桥的利用单独动力设备(或者说各自的动力设备)驱动的车轮。
车轮悬架的所示出的导向臂10是在此未进一步示出的复合导向臂结构的一部分,通过复合导向臂结构将支承轮辋12和制动盘14的车轮支承件16借助于底盘支承件18-1和18-2以可围绕摆动轴S摆动的方式支承在机动车车身20上。根据图1至图3中示出的实施方式,在此该车轮支承件16被设计为导向臂10的一体的组成部分。
属于该车轮的单独动力设备在此被设计为电驱动机22的形式,其通过与驱动机22抗弯连接的驱动轴24与轮毂26作用连接。该轮毂26在此优选构造在压入到车轮支承件16中的车轮轴承28上、尤其在车轮轴承28的内环上。该轮毂可以以未详细示出的方式被设计得可相对于车轮支承件16摆动,参见DE 10 2011 121 262或DE 10 2010 012 115。
如从图1至图3还可看出,电驱动机22在此与导向臂10刚性连接。在此该电驱动机22集成地布置在导向臂10中,也就是整体以附图标记22表示的电驱动机的壳体和导向臂10构成了一件式的、材料统一的结构单元。
此外如尤其从图2中可以看出,电驱动机22被这样定位,使得沿导向臂纵向方向I观察,电驱动机22的重心SP紧邻摆动轴S,从而在导向臂10围绕摆动轴S弹入和弹出运动时电驱动机22的惯性矩被保持得尽可能小。
对于电驱动机22在导向臂10上的根据本发明的刚性连接特别有利的是,在此提供尤其节省结构空间的布置结构,该布置结构有利于“封装”并且由于与之相关的刚性的导向臂设计对行驶动力学性能有积极影响。
图1至图3中所示的电驱动机22在导向臂10中的集成布置结构的另一优点是,电驱动机22的壳体表面大大增加,这有利于被动冷却。
图4和图5中示出的导向臂10的实施方式基本对应于图1至图3中示出的实施方式。也就是,该实施方式也将电驱动机22集成布置在导向臂10中,即整体上以附图标记22表示的电驱动机的壳体和导向臂10构成了一件式的材料统一的结构单元。
如尤其从图4中可以看出的,在此该导向臂10构成了三角导向臂,其通过外部的支点30、优选通过球节可相对于车轮支承件(在此未示出)摆动地支承,也就是导向臂10和车轮支承件根据该实施方式被设计为两个单独的结构件。

Claims (8)

1.一种机动车的车桥的车轮的车轮悬架,在该车轮悬架中,在车轮支承件(16)中以能转动的方式支承的轮毂(26)能够被电驱动机(22)驱动,车轮支承件(16)通过至少一个导向臂(10)以能围绕摆动轴(S)摆动的方式支承在机动车车身(20)上,其特征在于,电驱动机(22)与导向臂(10)彼此刚性连接,
电驱动机(22)被这样定位,使得从摆动轴(S)出发沿导向臂纵向方向(l)观察,摆动轴(S)距电驱动机(22)的重心间距(A)相对于导向臂(10)的整个导向臂长度(L)满足:

5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的车轮悬架,其特征在于,导向臂(10)借助于底盘支承件(18-1,18-2)能摆动地支承在机动车车身(20)上,底盘支承件(18-1,18-2)布置在电驱动机(22)或导向臂(10)上。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的车轮悬架,其特征在于,电驱动机(22)通过与电驱动机(22)抗弯连接的驱动轴(24)与轮毂(26)作用连接。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的车轮悬架,其特征在于,导向臂(10)和电驱动机(22)由不同材料构成。
8.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的车轮悬架,其特征在于,车轮支承件(16)被设计为导向臂(10)的一体的组成部分。
