Abstract

一种刨花板铺装方法,在拌胶刨花板坯上、下表层各铺一层无胶刨花,无胶刨花铺装厚度根据产品的公称厚度和砂光厚度而定,其铺装厚度范围是以热压后的厚度计算为0.1~1.0毫米,本方法避免了热压时粘板现象,大大减少热压板腐蚀,砂光时上下各砂掉一层无胶刨花,减少砂光损失2~8%,提高出板率。

Description

刨花板铺装方法
本发明涉及一种刨花板的铺装方法。
现行的刨花板板坯铺装均是只采用拌胶后的刨花来完成的,因此热压时易产生粘板,并由于热压板直接接触带胶的刨花,胶合剂对热压板有腐蚀作用,而且在砂光时砂掉的部份均为施胶后的刨花造成浪费且降低出板率。
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的刨花板铺装方法,避免粘压板现象,且砂光砂掉的部分只是无胶的刨花,以降低损失,提高出板率。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术解决方案实现的。本方法包括板坯铺装,其方法要点在于在拌胶刨花板坯上、下表层各铺一层无胶刨花。
无胶刨花的铺装厚度根据产品的公称厚度和砂光厚度而定,其铺装的厚度范围是以热压后的厚度计算为0.1~1.0毫米。
本发明与现有的方法比较具有以下优点:
1、热压时不会产生粘压板现象:
2、大大减少热压板腐蚀;
3、砂光时上、下各砂掉一层(0.1~1.0mm)的无胶刨花板,减少了砂光损失2-8%,提高出板率;
4、本方法还可应用于纤维板铺装上,应用范围广。
结合实施例进一步说明本发明的技术解决方案。本发明方法是在拌胶刨花板坯上、下表层各铺一层无胶刨花,用此方法铺装后的板坯从上到下的组成为无胶刨花、拌胶刨花、无胶刨花,无胶刨花的铺装厚度根据产品的公称厚度和砂光厚度而定,其铺装厚度范围是以热压后的厚度计算计算为0.1~1.0毫米。

1、一种刨花板铺装方法,包括板坯铺装,其特征在于:在拌胶刨花板坯上、下表层各铺一层无胶刨花。
2、根据权利要求1所述的刨花板铺装方法,其特征在于:无胶刨花铺装厚度根据产品的公称厚度和砂光厚度而定,其铺装厚度范围是以热压后的厚度计算为0.1~1.0毫米。
