本发明提供一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,涉及控制系统技术领域。该脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,该阻燃剂的组成质量百分比为:硫酸铵1‑50%、聚磷酸铵1‑50%、氢氧化钙1‑50%、氯化钙1‑30%、硫酸铝1‑80%、磷酸二氢铝1‑50%、碳酸钙1‑80%。本发明提供了一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,该阻燃剂用于添加在脲醛胶中,该阻燃剂可以代替面粉的使用,节省粮食,节约成本,该阻燃剂中添加有很多阻燃成分,具有极好的阻燃防火性能,同时还可以长时间保持干燥,安全无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃剂技术领域,具体为一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂。
背景技术
脲醛胶是尿素与甲醛在碱性催化剂或酸性催化剂作用下,缩聚成初期脲醛树脂,然后再在固化剂或助剂作用下,形成不溶的末期树脂胶粘剂。随着科技的飞速发展,脲醛胶的生产工艺新技术与时俱进,在原来传统的基础上不断提高,甲醛、尿素和胶得宝作为主要原料,采用在调酸之前20分钟,大比例加入胶得宝,调酸之后,PH值调整7-7.5,。采用新技术生产的脲醛胶性能指标好、生产成本低、降低游离醛含量。由于脲醛胶新技术制造简单、使用方便、成本低廉、性能良好,已成为我国人造板生产的主要胶种,占人造板用胶量90%以上。
为了增加脲醛胶的防火阻燃性能,需要在脲醛胶胶黏剂中添加专用阻燃剂,现有的脲醛胶阻燃剂容易出现返潮情况、而且具有腐蚀性,容易污染环境,而且使用时干燥时间长,制作成本高,为此需要设计一种新型脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,解决了现有阻燃剂容易出现返潮情况、而且具有腐蚀性,容易污染环境,而且使用时干燥时间长,制作成本高的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,该阻燃剂的组成质量百分比为:无机添加剂1-50%、防火浸渍剂1-50%、无机氢氧化物1-50%、防火添加剂1-30%、固化剂1-80%、磷酸二氢铝1-50%、碳酸钙1-80%。
优选的,所述无机添加剂选用硫酸铵,纯品为无色透明斜方晶系结晶,有吸湿性,吸湿后固结成块。
优选的,所述防火浸渍剂选用聚磷酸铵,作扑灭森林和山火灾的重要化学品,以及木材的防火浸渍剂。
优选的,所述无机氢氧化物选用氢氧化钙。
优选的,所述防火添加剂选用氯化钙,无色立方结晶体,白色或灰白色,有粒状、蜂窝块状、圆球状、不规则颗粒状、粉末状,用作多用途的干燥剂、防火剂。
优选的,所述固化剂选用硫酸铝,可以加快脲醛胶黏剂固化速度较快。
优选的,该脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂的制备过程包括以下步骤:
S1.按照比例准备好各个原材料;
S2.将所有原材料加入混合釜中,然后使用搅拌装置将所有原料搅拌混合,得到阻燃剂。
(三)有益效果
该阻燃剂用于添加在脲醛胶中,相比于现有技术,该阻燃剂可以代替面粉的使用,节省粮食,节约成本,同时,该阻燃剂中添加有硫酸铵、聚磷酸铵、氢氧化钙、氯化钙和硫酸铝,使得该阻燃剂具有极好的阻燃防火性能,同时还可以长时间保持干燥,安全无污染。

制备过程如下:

本发明实施例提供一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,该阻燃剂的组成质量百分比为:硫酸铵10%、聚磷酸铵20%、氢氧化钙15%、氯化钙5%、硫酸铝40%、磷酸二氢铝5%、碳酸钙5%。
制备过程如下:
S1.首先按照比例准备好各个原材料;
S2.将所有原材料加入混合釜中,然后使用搅拌装置将所有原料搅拌混合,得到阻燃剂。
实施例四:
本发明实施例提供一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,该阻燃剂的组成质量百分比为:硫酸铵20%、聚磷酸铵10%、氢氧化钙15%、氯化钙10%、硫酸铝35%、磷酸二氢铝5%、碳酸钙5%。
制备过程如下:
S1.首先按照比例准备好各个原材料;
S2.将所有原材料加入混合釜中,然后使用搅拌装置将所有原料搅拌混合,得到阻燃剂。
实施例五:
本发明实施例提供一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,该阻燃剂的组成质量百分比为:硫酸铵20%、聚磷酸铵20%、氢氧化钙25%、氯化钙5%、硫酸铝20%、磷酸二氢铝5%、碳酸钙5%。
制备过程如下:

实施例六:
本发明实施例提供一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,该阻燃剂的组成质量百分比为:硫酸铵20%、聚磷酸铵20%、氢氧化钙20%、氯化钙15%、硫酸铝15%、磷酸二氢铝5%、碳酸钙5%。
制备过程如下:
S1.首先按照比例准备好各个原材料;
S2.将所有原材料加入混合釜中,然后使用搅拌装置将所有原料搅拌混合,得到阻燃剂。
分别取实施例一、二、三、四、五、六制备的阻燃剂加入脲醛胶中,然后使用这六种脲醛胶制成胶合板,将这六组胶合板分别命名为实验组一、实验组二、实验组三、实验组四、实验组五、实验组六,然后分别对这六组胶合板进行着火实验,即分别将这六组胶合板点着,然后观察这些胶合板需要多长时间才能自己熄灭,然后将不加入该阻燃剂的脲醛胶制成胶合板,作为对比组,然后对对比组同样进行着火实验,得到以下数据:

从上表可知,本发明设计的脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂具有极好的阻燃效果,可以防止脲醛胶的燃烧。

1.一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,其特征在于:该阻燃剂的组成质量百分比为:无机添加剂1-50%、防火浸渍剂1-50%、无机氢氧化物1-50%、防火添加剂1-30%、固化剂1-80%、磷酸二氢铝1-50%、碳酸钙1-80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述无机添加剂选用硫酸铵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述防火浸渍剂选用聚磷酸铵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述无机氢氧化物选用氢氧化钙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述防火添加剂选用氯化钙。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述固化剂选用硫酸铝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂,其特征在于:该脲醛胶添加型阻燃剂的制备过程包括以下步骤:
S1.按照比例准备好各个原材料;
S2.将所有原材料加入混合釜中,然后使用搅拌装置将所有原料搅拌混合,得到阻燃剂。
