Abstract

本发明公开了二裂酵母植物肌底液，包括以下质量分数组成：液态水：29.2％，二裂酵母发酵产物滤液：40％，二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物：20％，2,3‑丁二醇：5％，1,3‑丙二醇：3％，抑菌提取物：1％，4D玻尿酸：1％，甘油葡糖苷：0.5％，黄原胶：0.3％；所述抑菌提取物包括肉桂提取物、八角茴香果提取物、茵陈蒿提取物和酵母发酵产物提取物中的一种或任意几种组合，所述4D玻尿酸包括透明质酸钠交联聚合物、透明质酸钠、乙酰化透明质酸钠和水解透明质酸钠中的一种或任意几种组合。本发明采用了可以抑制细菌霉菌生长的植物提取物‑肉桂树皮提取物、八角茴香果提取物、茵陈蒿提取物、酵母发酵产物提取物，刺激小，对环境无二次污染，没有加化工合成原料，无香精无防腐无色素。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域，具体为二裂酵母植物肌底液。
背景技术
肌底液大都采用是二裂酵母产物溶胞物为主要原料加工的，但其加了日用香精、化工合成的增稠剂-丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵、防腐剂-苯甲酸钠灯、以及其他化工合成原料，这类产品的缺点是刺激性大，有的会含有一定的风险物质，对肌肤有一点的副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决背景技术中的问题，提供二裂酵母植物肌底液。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
二裂酵母植物肌底液，包括以下质量分数组成：
液态水：29.2％，二裂酵母发酵产物滤液：40％，二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物：20％，2,3-丁二醇：5％，1,3-丙二醇：3％，抑菌提取物：1％，4D玻尿酸：1％，甘油葡糖苷：0.5％，黄原胶：0.3％；
所述抑菌提取物包括肉桂提取物、八角茴香果提取物、茵陈蒿提取物和酵母发酵产物提取物中的一种或任意几种组合，所述4D玻尿酸包括透明质酸钠交联聚合物、透明质酸钠、乙酰化透明质酸钠和水解透明质酸钠中的一种或任意几种组合。
优选的，所述液态水采用蒸馏水。
二裂酵母植物肌底液的加工工艺，包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将液态水、2,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇和黄原胶按照设定比例混合，加热，再冷却；
步骤二：将二裂酵母发酵产物滤液和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物加入步骤一中的混合液中，充分搅拌，再降温；
步骤三：将抑菌提取物、4D玻尿酸和甘油葡糖苷加入步骤二中的混合液中，充分搅拌，再冷却至室温；
步骤四：检验、储存和包装入库
优选的，所述步骤一中的混合液先加热至75-85摄氏度，保温搅拌3-5小时，再降温至43-47摄氏度。
优选的，所述步骤二中的混合液在43-47摄氏度的温度下搅拌3-5小时，再降温至38-42摄氏度。
优选的，所述步骤三中的混合液在38-42摄氏度的温度下搅拌5-8小时。
优选的，所述步骤一、步骤二和步骤三使用搅拌机的速率为100转每种至150转每分钟，优先使用立式转轴搅拌机。
综上所述，由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明中，采用了可以抑制细菌霉菌生长的植物提取物-肉桂树皮提取物、八角茴香果提取物、茵陈蒿提取物、酵母发酵产物提取物，刺激小，对环境无二次污染，没有加化工合成原料，无香精无防腐无色素。

实施例1：
参照图1，二裂酵母植物肌底液，取液态水：292g，二裂酵母发酵产物滤液：40g，二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物：20g，2,3-丁二醇：5g，1,3-丙二醇：3g，抑菌提取物：1g，4D玻尿酸：1g，甘油葡糖苷：0.5g，黄原胶：0.3g；
抑菌提取物采用肉桂提取物、八角茴香果提取物、茵陈蒿提取物和酵母发酵产物提取物中的一种或任意几种组合，4D玻尿酸采用透明质酸钠交联聚合物、透明质酸钠、乙酰化透明质酸钠和水解透明质酸钠中的一种或任意几种组合。
将上述原料按照以下步骤处理：
步骤一：将液态水、2,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇和黄原胶混合加入容器中，加热至75摄氏度，保温搅拌4小时，再冷却至43摄氏度；
步骤二：将二裂酵母发酵产物滤液和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物加入步骤一中的混合液中，在43摄氏度的温度下搅拌4小时，再降温至38摄氏度；
步骤三：将抑菌提取物、4D玻尿酸和甘油葡糖苷加入步骤二中的混合液中，在38摄氏度的温度下搅拌6小时，再冷却至室温；
步骤四：检验、储存和包装入库，标记为1号。
实施例2：
参照图1，二裂酵母植物肌底液，取液态水：292g，二裂酵母发酵产物滤液：40g，二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物：20g，2,3-丁二醇：5g，1,3-丙二醇：3g，抑菌提取物：1g，4D玻尿酸：1g，甘油葡糖苷：0.5g，黄原胶：0.3g；
抑菌提取物采用肉桂提取物、八角茴香果提取物、茵陈蒿提取物和酵母发酵产物提取物中的一种或任意几种组合，4D玻尿酸采用透明质酸钠交联聚合物、透明质酸钠、乙酰化透明质酸钠和水解透明质酸钠中的一种或任意几种组合。
将上述原料按照以下步骤处理：
步骤一：将液态水、2,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇和黄原胶混合加入容器中，加热至80摄氏度，保温搅拌4小时，再冷却至45摄氏度；
步骤二：将二裂酵母发酵产物滤液和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物加入步骤一中的混合液中，在45摄氏度的温度下搅拌4小时，再降温至40摄氏度；
步骤三：将抑菌提取物、4D玻尿酸和甘油葡糖苷加入步骤二中的混合液中，在40摄氏度的温度下搅拌6小时，再冷却至室温；
步骤四：检验、储存和包装入库，标记为2号。
实施例3：
参照图1，二裂酵母植物肌底液，取液态水：292g，二裂酵母发酵产物滤液：40g，二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物：20g，2,3-丁二醇：5g，1,3-丙二醇：3g，抑菌提取物：1g，4D玻尿酸：1g，甘油葡糖苷：0.5g，黄原胶：0.3g；
抑菌提取物采用肉桂提取物、八角茴香果提取物、茵陈蒿提取物和酵母发酵产物提取物中的一种或任意几种组合，4D玻尿酸采用透明质酸钠交联聚合物、透明质酸钠、乙酰化透明质酸钠和水解透明质酸钠中的一种或任意几种组合。
将上述原料按照以下步骤处理：
步骤一：将液态水、2,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇和黄原胶混合加入容器中，加热至85摄氏度，保温搅拌4小时，再冷却至47摄氏度；
步骤二：将二裂酵母发酵产物滤液和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物加入步骤一中的混合液中，在47摄氏度的温度下搅拌4小时，再降温至42摄氏度；
步骤三：将抑菌提取物、4D玻尿酸和甘油葡糖苷加入步骤二中的混合液中，在42摄氏度的温度下搅拌6小时，再冷却至室温；
步骤四：检验、储存和包装入库，标记为3号。
由上述三个实施例制得的二裂酵母植物肌底液经过人体试验得知，实施例2为本发明的最佳实施例。

1.二裂酵母植物肌底液，其特征在于：包括以下质量分数组成：
液态水：29.2％，二裂酵母发酵产物滤液：40％，二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物：20％，2,3-丁二醇：5％，1,3-丙二醇：3％，抑菌提取物：1％，4D玻尿酸：1％，甘油葡糖苷：0.5％，黄原胶：0.3％；
所述抑菌提取物包括肉桂提取物、八角茴香果提取物、茵陈蒿提取物和酵母发酵产物提取物中的一种或任意几种组合，所述4D玻尿酸包括透明质酸钠交联聚合物、透明质酸钠、乙酰化透明质酸钠和水解透明质酸钠中的一种或任意几种组合。
2.如权利要求1所述的二裂酵母植物肌底液，其特征在于：所述液态水采用蒸馏水。
3.如权利要求1所述的二裂酵母植物肌底液的加工工艺，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将液态水、2,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇和黄原胶按照设定比例混合，加热，再冷却；
步骤二：将二裂酵母发酵产物滤液和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物加入步骤一中的混合液中，充分搅拌，再降温；
步骤三：将抑菌提取物、4D玻尿酸和甘油葡糖苷加入步骤二中的混合液中，充分搅拌，再冷却至室温；
步骤四：检验、储存和包装入库。
4.如权利要求3所述的二裂酵母植物肌底液的加工工艺，其特征在于：所述步骤一中的混合液先加热至75-85摄氏度，保温搅拌3-5小时，再降温至43-47摄氏度。
5.如权利要求3所述的二裂酵母植物肌底液的加工工艺，其特征在于：所述步骤二中的混合液在43-47摄氏度的温度下搅拌3-5小时，再降温至38-42摄氏度。
6.如权利要求3所述的二裂酵母植物肌底液的加工工艺，其特征在于：所述步骤三中的混合液在38-42摄氏度的温度下搅拌5-8小时。
7.如权利要求3所述的二裂酵母植物肌底液的加工工艺，其特征在于：所述步骤一、步骤二和步骤三使用搅拌机的速率为100转每种至150转每分钟。
